Sudden Passing of 'Twin Peaks' Star Owain Rhys Davies Leaves Unanswered Questions
Owain Rhys Davies, famous for his roles in “Twin Peaks: The Return” and “The OA,” has died. He was 44.The Welsh actor’s brother revealed the “devastating” news in a lengthy Instagram post Sunday, writing, “It is with profound sadness that my father and I share the news that my brother, Owain, has passed away.”Rhodri Davies explained that the news is shocking as “there are still questions that remain unanswered regarding the circumstances of his death.” However, the family understands that “Owain passed suddenly, naturally, and peacefully.”“Twin Peaks” actor Owain Rhys Davies (seen here in the show) has died. Alongside his biological one, he built extraordinary, family-like bonds with many of his closest friends, colleagues, and loved ones. “I am incredibly proud that, while he was my brother, he was also a brother to so many others. Owain also found great success working in London’s West End, with roles in “Mamma Mia!,” “The Wizard of Oz,” “By Jeeves” and “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum” at London’s The Royal National Theatre.
