Claudia Sheinbaum sorprende con decreto que adelanta la jubilación a los 53 años

La presidenta de la República mexicana, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, firmó un decreto que beneficiará a miles de trabajadores que podrán jubilarse desde los 53 años, el cual, ya entró en vigor, por lo que si quieres saber si perteneces a este privilegiado sector de la población trabajadora en esta nota te diremos todo lo que hay que saber al respecto.El referido decreto de Claudia Sheinbaum ya fue publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federación, lo que significa que ya entró en vigor y en dicho documento, el cual se puede consultar de forma íntegra en este enlace, se indica que la disminución de edad para la jubilación será aplicable para todos los trabajadores afiliados al Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales para los Trabajadores del Estado (ISSSTE) y se señala que a partir del 2034 las trabajadoras podrán jubilarse a los 53 años de edad, mientras que los trabajadores podrán hacer lo propio a los 55. Miles de trabajadores mexicanos se verán beneficiados con el decreto de Claudia Sheinbaum para reducir la edad de jubilación. Foto: Cuartoscuro  Cabe mencionar que, mientras llega el 2034, la reducción en la edad de jubilación se llevará a cabo de manera gradual tal y como se indica en la siguiente tabla: Así se llevará a cabo la reducción de la edad de jubilación con el decreto de la presidenta Sheinbaum. Foto: DOF  Es importante señalar que, para poder ser beneficiario de la jubilación anticipada, las trabajadoras del Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales para los Trabajadores del Estado (ISSSTE) deben haber cotizado al menos 28 años, mientras que los trabajadores deben haber cotizado por lo menos 30 años.“ARTÍCULO ÚNICO. Se reconoce el derecho de las personas trabajadoras al servicio del Estado, que se encuentren dentro del supuesto del artículo Décimo Transitorio, fracción II, inciso a) de la Ley del Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores del Estado, publicada el 31 de marzo de 2007 en el Diario Oficial de la Federación, a acceder a una pensión jubilatoria justa y digna, por lo que se deberán realizar las acciones correspondientes a efecto de detener y reducir gradualmente la edad mínima para tener derecho a la pensión por jubilación, siempre que los trabajadores al servicio del Estado hubieren cotizado 30 años o más y las trabajadoras al servicio del Estado hubieran cotizado 28 años o más, y que no hubieran optado por la acreditación de bonos de pensión del ISSSTE” se puede leer en el decreto publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federación, el cual, ya se encuentra en vigor.

Erika Kirk is paying tribute to her late husband, conservative activist Charlie Kirk, on the first anniversary of his death. Erika, 36, marked the solemn anniversary on Thursday, September 10, by sharing a black-and-white photo of her and Charlie holding hands on their wedding day, along with the caption: "... Until heaven." The Turning Point USA cofounder was taking part in a campus discussion at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025, in Orem, Utah, when he was fatally shot. (Charlie was 31 at the time of his death. He was survived by wife Erika and two children.) Utah police arrested Tyler James Robinson, now 23, in connection with the shooting the following day and he was subsequently charged with aggravated murder and six other charges. (Robinson has pleaded not guilty.) Erika broke her silence about Charlie’s killing on September 12, 2025, when she took part in a social media memorial. “Charlie loved life. He loved his life, he loved America, he loved nature which always helped him closer to God,” Erika said in a livestream. “He loved the Chicago Cubs and my goodness did he love the Oregon Ducks.” She went on to say, “Most of all Charlie loved his children and he loved me with all of his heart and I knew that everyday. He made sure I knew that everyday. Everyday he would ask me, ‘How can I serve you better? How can I be a better husband? How can I be a better father?’ … He was a such a good man. He still is such a good man. He was the perfect father. He was the perfect husband.” Erika was named the chairwoman and CEO of her spouse’s advocacy group, Turning Point USA, following the controversial pundit’s death. On September 21, 2025, many prominent conservatives, including President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance, attended a public memorial for Charlie at State Farm Stadium in Phoenix. During her eulogy, Erika said that she had forgiven her husband’s alleged killer. “I forgive him because it is what Christ did,” Erika told mourners at the ceremony. “The answer to hate is not hate.” Erika has since marked many notable milestones without Charlie, including what would have been their fifth wedding anniversary in May and Father’s Day in June. She took a lead role in organizing Turning Point USA’s alternative Super Bowl Halftime Show in February, which she dedicated to her late spouse’s memory. A 20-year-old intern died after being struck by lightning – just days into his life-changing move to Florida to attend the Disney College Program.Matthew Jenkins was struck by lightning and found unresponsive near a hotel in Celebration on Tuesday evening, Osceola County Sheriff’s Office told WESH.He was running in a park near the Celebration Hotel on Bloom Street when a sudden thunderstorm forced him to seek shelter under a tree, according to a report from the Osceola County Medical Examiner’s office. Matthew Eric Jenkins, 20, of Michigan, died after he was found unresponsive Tuesday near downtown Celebration after a lightning strike. One year after Charlie Kirk was shot and killed, Megyn Kelly is hopeful that Erika Kirk will reevaluate her position within her late husband’s nonprofit organization, Turning Point USA. “I personally would like to see her take some personal time just so she can remove herself from the nonstop battering ram that is heading up a political organization in the United States of America, and allow herself a year to just work on healing,” Kelly, 55, shared on the Thursday, September 10, episode of Piers Morgan Uncensored on YouTube. “Helping her kids heal and herself heal. I don't know what she's going to do, but that's my prayer for her.” According to Kelly, it has been “very painful” to watch her “dear friend” suffer and deal with critics in a time of grief. “The overwhelming suffering has been caused by Charlie's murder and not by the internet nonsense, but that's been an added burden on her,” she claimed to host Piers Morgan. “There's no question, and I don't like it. I wish it weren't happening. I wish people would move on and just see the evidence that's there.” Kelly continued, “But I think part of the reason this is happening is because Erika stayed in the public eye as the CEO of Turning Point, and therefore, in some ways, criticism of her is fair game.” While Kelly said the conspiracy theories surrounding Charlie’s death are “all nonsense to me,” the criticisms of Erika's behavior or public appearances are more fair game if she’s the head of a political organization. “People who think that she's not grieving correctly. Look, all I can say, they're entitled to their opinions. I don't share their opinions, but I can't censor their opinions either,” she said. “The way Erika could avoid that is by not being the CEO of Turning Point, and she and I have had many conversations about this together.” Founded in 2012, Turning Point USA is a nonprofit organization that advocates for conservative politics on high school, college and university campuses. La Junta General Ejecutiva del Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE) dio un giro radical al cambiar los colores institucionales del órgano electoral federal, por lo que del rosa mexicano pasará ahora al color lila en diversos tonos.En sesión de la Junta General Ejecutiva, vía virtual, la consejera presidenta del INE, Guadalupe Taddei Zavala, sometió a votación el nuevo manual de identidad nacional del organismo electoral con los cambios en los colores.En ese manual se aprueban las modificaciones a los colores institucionales del INE para pasar del rosa mexicano al color lila.De acuerdo con la representación del partido Somos, el INE deja el rosa institucional que lo caracterizó por mucho tiempo y ahora va por tonos lilas claros y oscuros.Asimismo, el manual de identidad también prohíbe que las agrupaciones que busquen convertirse en partidos políticos utilicen los colores del organismo electoral en sus logotipos o emblemas.La consejera presidenta Guadalupe Taddei Zavala reconoció que es la primera vez que el INE aprueba un manual de este nivel de importancia.Y es que desde su creación en el 2014, el Instituto Nacional Electoral utiliza los colores y tonos rosas como parte de su identidad. Incluso antes, cuando era el Instituto Federal Electoral (IFE), también utilizó esos colores en tono rosa y grises. “Tendrá un impacto en el historial del instituto hacia delante, y esto nos permitirá contar con las posibilidades de en verdad registrar este manual, en donde tengamos que registrarlo, para que jamás nos vuelva a ocurrir que alguna organización que se convierte en partido político, en el camino de estas posibilidades, pueda usar el color que institucionalmente haya establecido esta junta general, que es el que está contenido en el mismo manual”, dijo Taddei Zavala. La consejera presidenta del INE sostuvo que con la aprobación de este manual se da un paso también en el reconocimiento del personal del INE, sobre todo en los momentos de las campañas electorales, ya que el color lila del órgano electoral federal será con el cual se distinguirán los trabajadores a través de la vestimenta.
