İBB davasının 64. duruşmasında dün tansiyon zirveye çıktı. Mahkeme heyeti ile 476 gündür tutuklu İBB Başkanı ve CHP’nin cumhurbaşkanı adayı Ekrem İmamoğlu arasında yaşanan sert tartışmaya sahne oldu. Savunmasına müdahale edildiğini belirten İmamoğlu, mahkeme başkanının sözünü kesmesine ve süre sınırlamasına tepki göstererek, bunun açık bir hak ihlali olduğunu söyledi. Mahkeme Başkanı da “CMK 203” gerekçesiyle İmamoğlu’nu dün ikinci kez salondan çıkardı. İmamoğlu, karara “Türk yargısına ağır zarar veriyorsunuz” sözleriyle tepki gösterdi. Salondan ayrılırken ise “Adalet Bakanlığı çöküş bakanlığıdır. Benim Ankara’da yargılayacaklarım buradaki yargıyı yönetmeye çalışıyor “ dedi. İmamoğlu şunları söyledi:“10 gündür dayatma yapıyorsunuz. Benim burada ne konuşacağıma karar verecek değilsiniz. CHP’nin ele geçirilmesi, sonrasında gerçekleşecek seçimlerde cumhurbaşkanı olacak İmamoğlu’na ‘suç örgütü’ deniyor. Tek bir delil ya da evrak ekrana yansıtılamadı. Bir ses kaydı, bir delil ortaya konulamadı. President Donald Trump said on July 8 he will ask the U.S. Supreme Court to rehear a case challenging his executive order on birthright citizenship after justices rejected his policy in a landmark ruling on June 30.“I will be asking for a Rehearing by the United States Supreme Court, immediately,” Trump posted on Truth Social. “This miscarriage of justice will destroy America if they don’t change their absolutely insane decision.”In his statement, Trump said signs and billboards were being constructed “all over our Southern Border, and Mexico, advertising birthright citizenship, with ‘deliveries starting at $4,000.’”“Likewise, similar signs going up all over our country,” Trump said. “Billions of dollars will be illegally made by this scam, with citizenship going to anyone willing to pay.“It will be, by far, the number one way of becoming a citizen, and then the entire family will be allowed to follow,” Trump added in his Truth Social post. “Not sustainable.”U.S. Solicitor General John Sauer argued during the Supreme Court case that birthright citizenship had “spawned a sprawling industry of birth tourism as uncounted thousands of foreigners from potentially hostile nations have flocked to give birth in the United States in recent decades, creating a whole generation of American citizens abroad with no meaningful ties to the United States.”Related StoriesThe Center for Immigration Studies estimated in 2020 the number of birth tourists each year is 20,000 to 26,000.“American citizenship is not for sale! “Storage Wars” star Darrell Sheets left a suicide note citing “Facebook bullying” prior to his shocking death in April.According to a Lake Havasu City Police incident report obtained by Page Six, detectives located a handwritten note inside a “black bin” inside a closet, summarized by cops as reading “I could not take anymore the Facebook bulling, f*** you [redacted]”Per the report, “the writing appeared to be shaky.”The report also contained new details from the reality TV star’s final moments. The girlfriend also claimed in another interview that the arguments escalated to a point of shouting, and that she left as the son was yelling at Darrell.She allegedly said that he “didn’t want to be alone with them,” that he’d been “devastated” and “sad as hell” following the visit. The report also noted that the reality personality had faced chronic “sleep deprivation” and that his girlfriend claimed he had “been stressed out.” He had “never mentioned self-harm to her” and she said the relationship had been “good” leading up to his death. Darrell was found dead on April 22 of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. Una de las preguntas más recurrentes en la actualidad respecto al aspecto laboral en México, es cuándo se reducirá a 40 horas la jornada semanal, la cual consta hasta el momento de 48 horas semanales. Tomemos en cuenta que la reforma laboral en México reducirá la jornada máxima de 48 a 40 horas (5 días de trabajo y al menos 2 de descanso), sin afectar el salario ni prestaciones, beneficiando a más de 13 millones de trabajadores, de acuerdo al propio Gobierno de México.Fue en diciembre pasado cuando Marath Bolaños, titular de la Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social (STPS), confirmó en la conferencia de prensa de la presidenta, Claudia Sheinbaum, que la jornada laboral de 40 horas se encuentra en un proceso de implementación real, pues TODOS los trabajadores mexicanos laborarán dos horas menos a partir del 2027.“Para garantizar los derechos de las y los trabajadores, se establecerá a nivel constitucional, así como también en la Ley Federal de Trabajo, una jornada laboral de 40 horas semanales. Esta reducción de 40 a 48 horas no podrá implicar reducción de sueldos, ni de salarios, ni de prestaciones”, dijo Bolaños. Camino a las 40 horas avanza La Jornada laboral de 40 horas es una iniciativa que comenzó durante el gobierno de Andrés Manuel López Obrador, pero que se ha consolidado en el de la Presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum, quien desde el 1 de mayo pasado publicó la reforma de ley de este cambio paradigmático para los trabajadores.Pasos a seguir en la Reforma Laboral de las 40 horasA la par del anuncio de la jornada por las 40 horas para los empleados, también se hizo en aquel momento el anuncio del salario mínimo, el cual a partir de este 2026 tuvo un incremento del 13%, quedando en 315.04 pesos diarios. En la Zona Libre de la Frontera Norte, el salario mínimo aumentó en 5%, alcanzando los 440.87 pesos diarios.Sin embargo, la Jornada Laboral de las 40 horas aún tiene un camino a seguir para que implemente en todas las empresas y sobre esto te hablaremos aquí. Los pasos a seguir son: Entrada en vigor de la reforma será el 1 de mayo de 2026 1 de enero de 2027 se hace efectiva la primera reducción de 2 horas a la jornada laboral Jornada laboral de 40 horas | Cuartoscuro Puntos clave de la Reforma Laboral (México 2026 - 2030)La reducción es oficial y comenzará de manera gradual el 1 de enero de 2027, no de forma inmediata en este 2026. La reducción gradual se hará de la siguiente manera:  2026: Continúa la jornada de 48 horas 2027: La jornada se reduce a 46 horas semanales 2028: La jornada se reduce a 44 horas semanales 2029: La jornada se reduce a 42 horas semanales 2030: La jornada se reduce a 40 horas semanales El Gobierno de México se garantiza que no habrá reducción de sueldo al trabajar menos horas y que las horas extra se mantienen con su pago del 100 por ciento adicional (doble) y la posibilidad de alcanzar el 200 por ciento adicional (triple) si se excede el límite permitido.
