They also have the second most veterans per capita with 103 for every 1,000 civilians.Virginians didn’t scrimp on their civic duty as they had a high voter turnout rate, with 72.9% of residents having voted in the 2024 presidential election, compared to the national average of 66%.Following on their heels in this geographical flag run was Montana, which notched a patriotism score of 67.9, borne aloft by their large voter turnout.  According to the survey, 69.2% of the state’s eligible residents showed up for the 2024 presidential election while almost 46% voted in the 2020 primary election — the highest primary turnout in the nation.Vermont, the home of Bernie Sanders, placed third (66.56), with the highest number of people per capita who served on juries over the past year. In addition, Vermont boasted the most Americorps volunteers per capita.On the other end of the red-white-and-blue color spectrum, Arkansas somewhat surprisingly placed dead last with a score of 28.23. Një operacion i Policisë së Kosovës në Zubin Potok ka rezultuar me zbulimin e një sasie të konsiderueshme municioni, armësh dhe pajisjesh ushtarake të fshehura në tri shtëpi të pabanuara në fshatin Bërllatë, raporton Sinjali.Burimet e Sinjalit bëjnë të ditur se aksioni është zhvilluar rreth orës 02:10 të mëngjesit, kur njësia e NJRSH-së së Mitrovicës së Veriut ka hasur në disa objekte të dyshuara, për të cilat më pas janë njoftuar njësitë relevante të Stacionit Policor në Zubin Potok.Gjatë kontrolleve janë sekuestruar: 432 fishekë të kalibrit 7.62 mm; 195 fishekë të kalibrit 7.9 mm; 20 fishekë të kalibrit 16 mm; 18 fishekë të armës së gjatë, me kalibër ende të paidentifikuar; 5 fishekë të armës së gjatë, me kalibër të panjohur; 4 fishekë të mbushur të kalibrit 16 mm; 56 gëzhoja të zbrazëta të armës së gjuetisë; një pushkë ajrore; një bajonetë (thikë ushtarake); një maskë ushtarake; tri pajisje ushtarake për ushqim; si dhe 40 mijë dinarë të vjetër jugosllavë, pa vlerë monetare. Të gjitha provat materiale janë sekuestruar nga Policia.Për momentin, autoritetet nuk kanë arritur ta identifikojnë pronarin e shtëpive ku u gjet arsenali, ndërsa me urdhër të Prokurorit të Shtetit është iniciuar rasti për veprën penale “Mbajtja në pronësi, kontroll ose posedim të paautorizuar të armëve”.Hetimet janë në vazhdim, me qëllim identifikimin e personave përgjegjës dhe zbardhjen e origjinës së arsenalit të sekuestruar.Sinjali – aty ku e vërteta flet para lajmit!/GazetaSinjali/

Kështu ka bërë të ditur Avokati Arianit Koci, përmes një postimi në Facebook.Ai ka njoftuar se Memçaj ndodhet në paraburgim në Serbi pasi është ndaluar në pikën kufitare në Merdarë.Sipas Kocit, Memçaj dyshohet për “nxitje të urrejtjes përmes rrjeteve sociale”, ndërsa familja e tij e ka kontaktuar avokatin duke i kërkuar që të marrë përsipër mbrojtjen e të drejtave të tij, transmeton Klankosova.tv.Familjarët, sipas Kocit, kanë deklaruar se Memçaj prej vitesh jeton në Kroaci, ku sipas tyre është pronar i disa furrave të bukës. Ata kanë sqaruar se rastin nuk e kanë bërë publik më herët nga frika e pasojave për të dhe për familjen e tij, pasi shpesh udhëtojnë përmes Serbisë drejt Kosovës.Koci ka bërë të ditur se do ta shqyrtojë rastin dhe do të ndërmarrë të gjitha veprimet ligjore të lejuara për mbrojtjen e të drejtave të Memçajt.Ai gjithashtu ka ngritur shqetësimin për raste të ngjashme të ndalimeve të shtetasve të Kosovës gjatë kalimit nëpër Serbi, duke përmendur edhe raportime për kontroll të telefonave mobilë në disa raste.Po ashtu, Koci u ka bërë thirrje qytetarëve që të njoftojnë institucionet e Kosovës dhe të kërkojnë ndihmë juridike nëse përballen me situata të ngjashme.

10:17 | 5 Korrik 2026 Pas protestave të zhvilluara në Kosovë, Shqipëri dhe Maqedoninë e Veriut, sot nga ora 18:00 pritet të mbahet një tubim edhe në Kroaci, në mbështetje të ish-krerëve të Ushtrisë Çlirimtare të Kosovës që po përballen me proces gjyqësor në Hagë.Organizatorët e protestave kërkojnë lirimin e ish-udhëheqësve të UÇK-së, ndërsa nga Organizata e Veteranëve të Luftës së UÇK-së është shprehur shpresa se këto tubime mund të jenë të fundit, me bindjen se vendimi përfundimtar i gjykatës pritet të sjellë lirimin e tyre.Ish-presidenti Hashim Thaçi, ish-kryetarët e Kuvendit Kadri Veseli dhe Jakup Krasniqi, si dhe ish-deputeti Rexhep Selimi, po gjykohen nga Dhomat e Specializuara në Hagë për krime lufte dhe krime kundër njerëzimit. Të gjithë të akuzuarit i kanë mohuar pretendimet e ngritura ndaj tyre.Vendimi përfundimtar në këtë proces pritet të shpallet më 16 shtator në orën 10:00.Në Kosovë dhe në diasporë, që nga fillimi i gjykimit në vitin 2023, janë organizuar disa protesta në mbështetje të tyre.
