N.-P, rreth 49-vjeçare.Siç merr vesh Sinjali, gjatë verifikimeve, Policia ka kontaktuar Aeroportin Ndërkombëtar të Prishtinës, nga ku ka rezultuar se Armend Nimanaj kishte dalë nga Kosova më 9 maj 2026, në orën 09:00, përmes aeroportit.Më 16 qershor, në Polici është paraqitur edhe vëllai i tij, A. Udhëheqja irlandeze mund të jetë më pozitive për ecjen para të dosjes së dorëzuar nga Kosova me kërkesën për anëtarësim në BE, por asgjë konkrete s’u premtua nga Presidenca irlandeze në një përgjigje për Gazetën Express.Irlanda do të mbështesë zgjerimin e Bashkimit Europian gjatë udhëheqjes së saj meqë thotë se e sheh si një investim gjeostrategjik për paqen, sigurinë, stabilitetin dhe prosperitetin e kontinentit europian.Në këtë kuadër, Presidenca irlandeze tha se do të punojë edhe për përparimin e Kosovës drejt BE’së pa e përmendur lëvizjen tutje të aplikimit të Kosovës, e cila është shteti i vetëm në rajon që ka statusin e vendit kandidat potencial.“Irlanda e mbështet fuqishëm zgjerimin e Bashkimit Europian, i cili është një nga prioritetet kryesore të Presidencës sonë të BE-së. Për Malin e Zi premtoi se do t’i sjellë në fund negociatat e anëtarësimit, ndërsa premtoi përshpejtim për tri kandidate tjera, përfshirë Shqipërinë.“Presidenca irlandeze do t’i japë përparësi përfundimit të negociatave të anëtarësimit me Malin e Zi dhe do të avancojë hartimin e Traktatit të Anëtarësimit të Malit të Zi. Ne do të synojmë të arrijmë përparim të shpejtë në negociatat me Ukrainën, Moldavinë dhe Shqipërinë. Gjithashtu, marrim në konsideratë referendumin e planifikuar në Islandë”, thotë Presidenca irlandeze.Ministri në detyrë i Jashtëm, Glauk Konjufca, kërkoi “bashkëpunim të ngushtë” me Irlandën gjatë muajve të ardhshëm në një urim për marrjen e udhëheqjes së Presidencës homologes së tij irlandeze.“Urime Irlandës për marrjen e Presidencës së Këshillit të Bashkimit Europian. I shpreh urimet më të mira Ministres së Punëve të Jashtme, Helen McEntee, dhe ekipit të saj për një mandat të suksesshëm dhe produktiv. Përkushtimi i qëndrueshëm i Irlandës ndaj zgjerimit të Bashkimit Europian ka një rëndësi të veçantë për rrugën europiane të Kosovës dhe pres me padurim bashkëpunimin e ngushtë me Presidencën irlandeze gjatë muajve në vijim”, shkroi Konjufca në X.Rruga e Kosovës drejt reformave të kërkuara nga BE po vështirësohet edhe në kuadër të Planit të Rritjes – një pako e Unionit në vlerë 6 miliardë euro që synon të ndihmojë gjashtë vendet e rajonit për t’u përafruar me BE’në.Mungesa e institucioneve stabile në Kosovë po rrezikon që vendi t’i humbë këto mjete.Kryenegociatori i Kosovës me BE-në, Jeton Zulfaj, në një konferencë për media më 1 korrik, tha se gjashtë hapa nuk u zbatuan deri në afatin shtesë që skadoi më 30 qershor.“Për hapat që nuk kanë arritur të përfundohen në periudhën shtesë, mjetet e dedikuara për përfundimin e tyre humbin. Nga 13 hapat që kishin afat shtesë deri më 30 qershor, shtatë konsiderohen të zbatuar, ndërkaq gjashtë nuk kanë arritur të zbatohen plotësisht. Nga këta gjashtë hapa, ka zbatim në disa nënhapa. Kostoja llogaritet të jetë mbi 40 milionë euro. Vlera e saktë do të përcaktohet nga Komisioni Evropian, varësisht nëse do t’i llogarisë edhe nënhapat e zbatuar”, tha Zulfaj.Së fundi u raportua se Bashkimi Europian do të ridrejtojë fondet për reforma në Ballkanain Perëndimor ndaj vendeve që kanë pasur përparim më të madh në procesin e integrimit, pra Shqipërisë, Malit të Zi dhe Maqedonisë së Veriut.Për përparimin e hovshëm të shteteve fqinje të Kosovës drejt BE’së – përjashtuar Serbinë – si dhe mundësinë që kufiri i BE’së për Kosovën të jetë Kukësi e Rozhaja, një paralajmërim e bëri sot analisti politik, Agon Maliqi.Ai ngre shqetësimin se harta e re e mundshme e BE’së do të nënkuptonte për Kosovën një “ngulitje” në ombrellën e “botës serbe” dhe një përmbysje të integrimit të Kosovës me Shqipërinë për shkak të kufirit europian.“Nëse Kosova nuk mbushet mend dhe nuk del nga dehja dhe dalldia populliste dhjetëvjeçare mbi dialogun e ndërmjetësuar nga Brukseli, brenda 3-5 viteve kjo mund të bëhet harta politike e Ballkanit, me Kukësin dhe Rozhajen si kufi europian të Kosovës. Rezultati ironik i “sovranistëve” që po e luftojnë Serbinë nga brenda, ka për të qenë ngulitja edhe më e thellë e Kosovës në orbitën e shteteve të marra peng nga Serbia së jashtmi nën ombrellën e “botës serbe”, si dhe përmbysja e trendit integrues me Shqipërinë nga kufiri i fortë europian. Është lehtësisht e kuptueshme se pse dështimi i dialogut me Kosovën ka qenë synimi dhe ëndrra e nacionalistëve serbë, sepse na mban peng. Më pak e kuptueshme është se pse këtij synimi i ka ndihmuar edhe dalldia jonë populiste”.
