Kate Gosselin labeled her son Collin “mentally ill” in a social media comment addressing his ongoing claims of abuse. Kate took to TikTok Tuesday to share a daily update on her rescue dog, Koda. In the comments thread, a follower referencing Collin’s ongoing accusations wrote that her “heart is with” the reality TV star, as she empathizes with being “constantly disparaged and lied about” by an “adult child with a skewed version of their childhood.”“Thank you! YOU understand,” Kate, 51, replied in the thread. “Sadly, only parents who have a mentally ill child understand!” Kate went on, writing that it’s “so tough” and saying she’s “learning that [people] have NO ability to understand unless they’ve been through it themselves.”A day prior, another follower wrote that the comments “have to be filtered,” to which Kate wrote, “Yep!
