Two major power dynasties will officially unite this weekend, Page Six hears.

Jennifer Meyer, the daughter of Hollywood giant Ron Meyer, and Geoff Ogunlesi, the son of BlackRock big Adebayo Ogunlesi, are set to wed at the Four Seasons Lanai in Hawaii, we’re told.

The news brings some clarity to an odd recent development: Jennifer settled her dangling divorce with “Spider-Man” star Tobey Maguire last week, a full decade after they split.

Given Ron’s past as head of Universal Studios, NBCUniversal, WME and CAA, plus Jennifer’s famously starry inner circle, which includes Kate Hudson, Jennifer Aniston and Gwyneth Paltrow, it’s likely to be an affair full of boldface names.

Buzz before the weekend was that Leonardo DiCaprio — famously a BFF of Maguire’s — was expected on the island, as well as Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez.

Geoff, who, at 34, is 15 years younger than jewelry designer Meyer, is a music exec who’s worked for Warner Music Group and Lyor Cohen’s 300 Entertainment, and now owns his own management company, the Ogunlesi Group.

They reportedly met in 2023, got engaged the following year and had a daughter earlier this year. (It was the first child for the groom and the third for the bride, who has a daughter, 19, and a son, 17, with Maguire.)

Meyer has told People, “Geoff loves [Tobey], and he loves Geoff. And so everything just works.”

Maguire and Meyer were also married in Hawaii, in Kona on the Big Island.

Geoff’s father, Nigerian lawyer and businessman Adebayo, sold his investment firm Global Infrastructure Partners — which owns London’s Gatwick airport and Edinburgh airport, among other assets — to BlackRock in 2024 and joined its board as part of the deal.
