Mia Goth has filed for divorce from Shia LaBeouf after 10 years of marriage, Page Six can confirm.

The actress filed the documents Tuesday night, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.

Their date of separation is listed as July 28, 2025.

Goth is asking for primary legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old daughter, Isabel, per the docs obtained by Page Six.

She is also requesting to terminate the court’s ability to award either her or the actor of spousal support.

TMZ was the first to report the news.

Page Six exclusively reported in February that the former couple had been separated for nearly a year by that point, but kept the split under wraps.

At the time, an insider told us that the “Transformers” star moved to New Orleans after the breakup to be closer to family members.

That same month, the troubled actor got arrested in the city after getting into a drunken brawl during Mardi Gras.

In March, LaBeouf opened up about his split from Goth, admitting he “failed” his marriage.

“We were deeply unhappy,” the former Disney Channel star confessed on “Channel 5 With Andrew Callaghan.”

“I made a lot of mistakes early on before we tried to have a baby. I had violated trust in a big, big way.”

The “Holes” star shared that ultimately, their problems were “impossible” to fix, and they didn’t want to “be unhappy around a baby.”

However, LaBeouf had nothing but good things to say about his ex.

“That’s a good girl,” he gushed. “That’s one of the best girls that ever lived. She’s incredible, that woman. Incredible … all the time. 10 out of 10.”

He continued, “We’re in a good spot. I mean, this isn’t new. … We’ve been there for a while, we’re trying to figure out co-parenting, and we’re good. Even through all this, she gives me grace.”

LaBeouf and Goth have been together on and off since 2012, having met on the set of “Nymphomaniac: Vol. II,” which was Goth’s big-screen debut.

They tied the knot in 2016 and broke up two years later — only to reconcile by 2020 and go on to welcome Isabel in 2022.
