Halle Berry’s 12-year-old son pleaded with his father, Olivier Martinez, to pick him up after she allegedly choked him, according to court docs obtained by Page Six.

Martinez claimed their son, Maceo, called him in a panic on Sept. 26 and asked him to “come pick [him] up right now.”

In text messages included in the filing, Maceo later wrote to his dad, “Are u here please come.”

Martinez filed for a domestic violence restraining order against Berry Thursday and asked the court to temporarily halt her visits with their son. The allegations have not been proven in court. The filing was entered in Los Angeles Superior Court on Oct. 1.

Martinez claimed the initial call from Maceo lasted just 27 seconds and said his son was in a “panicked state,” prompting him to immediately head to Berry’s home.

Meanwhile, Maceo continued texting his dad as Martinez made his way to Berry’s home.

Martinez told his son he was “on my way” and later said he was eight minutes away, according to screenshots submitted with the filing.

When Martinez arrived, he claimed Maceo came out of Berry’s home followed by her boyfriend, who was carrying bags containing the boy’s clothes.

It wasn’t until they returned to Martinez’s home that Maceo allegedly told his dad about the altercation.

According to Martinez’s declaration, Maceo claimed he had been playing a virtual reality game in his bedroom at around 8:30 p.m. when Berry came into the room and began pushing him.

Maceo allegedly told his mom, “Stop. Let me finish the game first,” according to Martinez.

Martinez alleged the “Catwoman” star told their son he looked “so stupid” and was “such an idiot” for playing with the VR goggles before the situation allegedly turned physical.

“She grabbed Maceo by the neck and started choking him while shouting, ‘Who is dominant now?! Who is dominant?'” Martinez alleged in the filing.

He claimed Maceo “had to fight back” and managed to escape Berry’s grip before he began screaming, at which point Berry’s boyfriend entered the room.

The following morning, Berry allegedly reached out to Martinez, writing, “I feel terrible about what happened last night as I know he does as well.”

The French actor said he texted Berry to let her know Maceo had asked him to pick him up, but she allegedly responded, “No I’m not ok with it. He wants to fight his mother?? What kind of kid are we raising.”

“As a father ask him what kind of kid is he. I’m his mother?” she allegedly continued in text messages included as exhibits in the filing.

Martinez responded that he did not know what was happening between the mother and son, but told Berry that she had been “fighting too much” with Maceo and questioned whether she would keep him at her home even if he did not want to stay.

“This is wrong Olivier I’m his mother and this is wrong!” Berry allegedly replied. “He had no respect for his mother and this should not be ok for you as his father!!!”

Martinez claimed the Sept. 26 altercation was not an isolated incident, and alleged Berry had put Maceo in chokeholds in the past. He asked the court to halt Berry’s visits with Maceo and grant him sole legal and physical custody. The former couple currently shares 50-50 custody, according to the filing.

Reps for Berry and Martinez did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

Berry and Martinez met while filming the 2012 thriller “Dark Tide” in 2010 and tied the knot in France in July 2013. They welcomed Maceo that October before announcing their split in 2015 after two years of marriage.
