Milania Giudice Sparks Concern with Shocking Airport Incident

Milania Giudice was “having suicidal thoughts” and a “mental breakdown” when she had a heated encounter with her mom, Teresa Giudice, and sister, Gia Giudice, at Tampa International Airport in Florida on Wednesday, Page Six can exclusively confirm.

Cops were alerted that “multiple females need police ASAP,” that she “got away” and that she was separated from a counselor, who was also on the scene, according to an incident report obtained by Page Six Thursday.

Milania, 20, was allegedly last seen 30 minutes before her mom saw her run away. About 10 minutes later, Milania was located and escorted by police to her gate.

Per the report, Milania was “just released” from a nearby hospital.

Law enforcement officials were informed that the incident was “possibly a Baker Act issue,” which is a Florida law allowing temporary detention and emergency mental health services for up to 72 hours for evaluation and treatment. They were also told that Teresa, Gia and the counselor were allegedly “having issues” transporting Milania.

Page Six confirmed Thursday that the Tampa International Airport Police Department received a call for assistance on Wednesday at 2:20 p.m. We’re told there was no arrest, no medical transport and no police report created.

Per the US Sun, cops were reportedly notified that Milania, who was traveling with her mom and Gia as well as a counselor, had “just [been] released from the hospital.” After about 12 minutes, Milania was found and boarded a plane with her family members.

Page Six has reached out to Milania’s rep for comment.

As Page Six previously reported, Milania posted and then deleted a video in which she recorded herself lashing out at family members while surrounded by cops.

“This is what we do now? This is what we do now?” Milania can be heard asking her mom and sister in the clip.

Teresa replied by repeatedly telling Milania, “I love you.”

This is when Gia, 25, interjected, saying, “Let her do what she wants to do” as Teresa continued to express her love for Milania.

“Shut the f–k up!” Milania snapped at the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star before the video cuts out.

Milania’s latest incident comes just over a month after Page Six exclusively revealed that she had enrolled in anger management classes following her domestic violence arrest.

Milania was charged with one count of simple assault in May, Montville Township Chief of Police Andrew Caggiano confirmed at the time.

A judge later claimed during her virtual court hearing that Milania “did knowingly cause bodily injury” to the victim, known as LR, by striking them “in the head with her fist.” The attack allegedly left redness in the middle of the victim’s forehead during a domestic dispute.

Milania later addressed the arrest, as she told Page Six, “It is what it is, s–t happens in life.” Milania also claimed that she “was not in a good area in [her] life” when she was arrested.

Teresa, who married Luis Ruelas in 2022, shares four daughters — Gia, Gabriella, 22, Milania and Audriana Giudice, 17— with her first husband, Joe Giudice.

Ruelas shares two sons with his first wife, Marisa DiMartino.
