Milania Giudice's Arrest: The Dramatic Night That Has Everyone Talking
Milania Giudice acted erratically before her May 14 arrest for domestic violence, according to a police report obtained by Page Six.
Per the Montville Police Department, the daughter of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice was “throwing food [and] candles” during the “domestic violence dispute” at Teresa and Luis “Louie” Ruelas’ New Jersey home.
Teresa’s other daughter Gabriella Giudice — who was identified as the “reporting party” — called 911 just before 6:15 p.m. and said her “sister [was] acting erratically,” according to police.
The report, which was first obtained by the Sun, also stated that no weapons were involved and no injuries were reported.
Milania, 20, was placed under arrest with “double-locked” handcuffs and charged with one count of simple assault.
Montville Municipal Court records show no plea was entered during her initial appearance on May 19. However, according to the Montville Daily Voice, she has since pleaded not guilty.
She is due back in court for a hearing on July 14.
Though Milania has been posting on social media since her arrest, she broke her silence on the incident Monday via TikTok.
“It is what it is. S–t happens in life. It is what it is. You gotta learn from it and just become a better person and talk about it,” the University of Tampa student said in the late-night, selfie-style video.
Milania explained she was “not in a good area in [her] life” at the time of the incident.
“That happens. I’ve been through a lot in life, and some other stuff happened to me,” she told her followers. “Just because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life, you just really don’t.”
Milania also blasted an allegedly fake mugshot of her circulating online, which she insisted is “AI.”
“I ate down in my mugshot. I looked fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of, but I made sure of that,” she boasted, adding, “I can’t believe you guys even believe that’s real.”
In New Jersey, many aspects of domestic violence cases are not publicly available.
Teresa, 54, shares her four daughters — Milania, Gabriella, 21, Gia Giudice, 25, and Audriana Giudice, 16 — with her first husband, Joe Giudice.
The exes were married from October 1999 to September 2020, divorcing after their respective stints in prison on federal fraud charges.
Teresa went on to marry Ruelas, who shares two sons with his first wife, in August 2022.
