Kaley Cuoco's Surprise: Another Baby on the Way!

Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey are expecting baby No. 2.

“Completing our little family, what a dream come true!” Cuoco, 40, shared via Instagram on Wednesday, June 10. “This second time around journey has been a little windier in many ways, but wow we are so grateful for this moment!!”

Cuoco posted a photo of her and Pelphrey, 43, with their 3-year-old daughter, Matilda. The family was crowded around a gender reveal cake, which had been cut into to reveal the color pink — meaning the couple was welcoming another daughter.

“Little sissy on the way!!!” Cuoco concluded her post. “@tommypelphrey girl dad for life and yes, the last pic is our dainty princess giving us the middle finger!”

Pelphrey shared a separate post on his own Instagram, showing off different photos from the same day.

“Deep gratitude and joy — so much respect and admiration for @kaleycuoco on this journey of ups and downs,” he wrote. “(Doc gave her a little prod for the pic and this was her immediate response…. definitely my child).”

Cuoco and Pelphrey took their relationship public in May 2022 and she announced her pregnancy in October of that year. Matilda joined their family in March 2023. After more than two years together, Pelphrey proposed in August 2024. The couple have yet to tie the knot. (Cuoco was previously married to Ryan Sweeting from 2013 to 2016 and Karl Cook from 2018 to 2022.)

“I believe in love because I’ve had incredible relationships,” Cuoco told Glamour in 2022 of her love life. “I know that they’re out there. I like being someone’s partner and having that companionship.”

Cuoco’s social media post on Wednesday also featured several photos and videos of her growing baby bump.

One image showed the couple’s dog perched on top of her stomach. Pelphrey cradled Cuoco’s bump in another photo with Matilda standing close by. Another picture had Cuoco wearing a tank top that read, “I cried today,” as she made a sad face at the camera.

Months before Cuoco’s pregnancy announcement, Pelphrey called her a “great” mother during an exclusive interview with Us Weekly at the All the President’s Men benefit reading for the Stella Adler Foundation at the Harmony Gold Theater in Los Angeles.

“Thank god she’s there because we have a little girl, and she’s a daddy’s girl, and I have a hard time saying no to anything,” he said this past January. “So we need Kaley to lay down the law.”
