Share Post

A human bone was found near Nancy Guthrie's home, the mother of Savannah Guthrie, amid Nancy's disappearance. Police determined the bone is not related to her case as it involves a prehistoric anthropological investigation.

Bone Discovery

The Tucson Police Department announced that a bone was discovered seven miles from Nancy's home. Both the University of Arizona Department of Anthropology and the Pima County Medical Examiner assisted in determining that it was not criminal in nature.

Nancy Guthrie's Disappearance

Nancy, aged 84, was last seen by family on January 31 and reported missing in February. The investigation has now reached nearly 100 days. The FBI joined the effort, releasing images from Nancy's doorbell camera showing a masked man on her porch.

Family Response

Savannah Guthrie took a break from work to support the search efforts with her siblings. They offered a $1 million reward for information about their mother's whereabouts. Savannah expressed concerns that her public profile may have contributed to her mother's disappearance.

The Pima County Sheriff's Office stated they remain committed to solving the case alongside the FBI, utilizing DNA and video analysis to advance their investigation.
