Arrest in Monticello

A Kentucky woman named Brook McDaniel has been arrested on child abuse charges after allegedly tattooing her 22-month-old son. The incident occurred in Monticello, where police found the child with a small tattoo.

Tattoo and Living Conditions

Authorities discovered a black dot tattoo on the child's right forearm, surrounded by redness. Witnesses reported that McDaniel claimed her son wanted the tattoo, referring to it as a "party dot."

Police also noted the family's home was in poor condition, prompting them to involve the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
