Influencer Accused in Lawsuit

Influencer Clavicular, also known as Braden Peters, faces a lawsuit from Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, who accuses him of fraud, battery, and emotional distress. The allegations center around instances where Peters allegedly took advantage of Mendoza.

Mendoza claims she met Clavicular when she was 16, under the impression that he could advance her social media career. However, she alleges an incident occurred where Clavicular had sex with her while she was too intoxicated to consent.

Allegations of Unauthorized Medical Procedures

The lawsuit also includes claims that Clavicular tried to enhance Mendoza’s appearance by injecting an unauthorised substance into her cheeks. Mendoza's legal team asserts that Clavicular falsely presented himself as medically qualified to perform the procedure.

The incident, allegedly broadcasted live, is claimed to have caused physical harm and emotional trauma to Mendoza. Her attorneys argue that these actions are considered battery under Florida law.

Response from Clavicular's Legal Team

Steve Kramer, Clavicular’s attorney, refutes the allegations. He stated that the accusations remain unproven and that Clavicular plans to defend himself through legal channels. They declined to comment further.

Despite facing challenges, including hospitalization for a suspected overdose during an April livestream and having two YouTube channels shut down for guideline violations, Clavicular continues to maintain a presence on Kick and TikTok.
