Gigi and Bella Hadid's Childhood Home Lot Sells for Stunning $6.5M
An empty lot in Malibu, once home to Gigi and Bella Hadid and later rented by Kylie Jenner, has sold for $6.5 million in an all-cash deal. The sale price is nearly half of its previous asking price of $11.99 million.
Historic Sale Despite Past Wildfires
This transaction marks a record post-2025 wildfires for an empty lot in Malibu, as confirmed by brokers Aaron Kirman and Daniel Milstein. An American real estate investor purchased the land to build a personal home.
The Property's Notable History
Previously owned by David Foster and Yolanda Hadid, the property, located at 3903 Carbon Canyon Road, covers 3.25 acres. The Hadids sold it after divorce proceedings began in 2017. A past listing valued the property at $35 million before the Palisades Fire.
Future Plans for Development
The new development is expected to be a 14,000-square-foot gated compound with luxury amenities such as a screening room and gym. The property includes views of the Santa Monica Mountains and proximity to notable Malibu locations like Nobu and Soho House.
"It's one of the largest land sales in Malibu," Kirman noted, highlighting its location's value and privacy compared to beachfront properties. The lot also offers access to La Costa Beach Club.
