Gypsy Rose Blanchard recently shared her weight loss journey, revealing that life changes led to her transformation. She now weighs 108.2 pounds.

Blanchard posted a video on Instagram showing herself stepping on the scale to reveal her current weight. Standing at 4’11”, she did not resort to dieting, exercise, or medications to lose weight.

She explained that her lifestyle evolved after her release from prison in December 2023. During her time incarcerated, she served eight years for her involvement in the murder of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard.

Lifestyle Changes

The transition from prison food to homemade meals significantly impacted her habits. She mentioned she doesn't follow a strict diet or workout routine but instead enjoys smaller portions and tries new foods.

Following the birth of her daughter Aurora with boyfriend Ken Urker, Gypsy Rose noted losing 25 pounds three months post-birth by simply adjusting to life outside of confinement.

Personal Revelations

In November 2025, she surprised fans by unveiling her natural hair after wearing wigs for years due to damage from bleaching. Now opting for a pixie cut while waiting for healthy growth, she usually wears wigs until comfortable with longer hair again.
