Cher’s Son Faces Another Arrest Days After Assault and Trespassing

Share Post

Cher's son, Elijah Blue Allman, was arrested on charges of felony burglary and breach of bail shortly after being charged with assault.

Details of the Arrest

The 49-year-old was taken into custody after allegedly breaking into a home in New Hampshire on Sunday. He was charged with two counts of criminal mischief and remains detained following his arraignment on Monday.

The break-in led to an unnamed woman hiding in a closet. Authorities found Allman smoking inside the house. Although nothing was stolen, damages included $1,700 to a door and $1,000 to a rug.

Previous Incidents

This incident follows Allman's arrest last Friday for alleged assault and trespassing at St. Paul's School in Concord, New Hampshire. Concord Police responded to reports of a disturbance involving him at the school.

Allman faced additional charges of simple assault, criminal threatening, and disorderly conduct. He was released on personal recognizance and awaits another court date.

Background and Family Concerns

Elijah Blue Allman has publicly struggled with addiction over the years. In September 2023, Cher reportedly took significant measures to enroll him in rehab during a drug relapse by allegedly enlisting help to "kidnap" him.

Cher also filed for conservatorship over him citing concerns about his ability to care for himself but withdrew her petition after nine months. Allman faced hospitalization following a drug overdose in June.
