Michael Jackson's Estate Sued by Former Friends Alleging Abuse

Share Post

Four former friends of Michael Jackson have filed a lawsuit accusing the late singer of child sex trafficking and abuse. The allegations were made in Los Angeles by siblings Frank, Dominic, Marie-Nicole Porte, and Aldo Cascio.

Allegations Against Jackson

The lawsuit claims that Jackson abused the siblings as young as seven or eight, employing typical methods associated with child predators. They accuse him of using his fame and wealth, alongside employees who concealed the alleged abuse.

The Cascio siblings say Jackson entered their lives through a connection with their father, who worked at a hotel frequented by the pop star. Allegedly, Jackson gave them lavish gifts and access to his celebrity lifestyle before the abuse began.

Claims of Manipulation

The court documents state that Jackson used drugs, alcohol, and pornography to desensitize the children to the abuse, instilling fear so they would not disclose the situation.

This new suit follows the family's attempt to nullify their financial settlement with the Jackson estate. A follow-up hearing is scheduled for March 5.

Response from Estate

Marty Singer, the attorney representing Jackson’s estate, denied these allegations. He characterized the lawsuit as a "desperate money grab" by the Cascio family.

Singer claims that for over 25 years, they had defended Jackson against any allegations of inappropriate conduct. The current legal action is seen by him as an attempt to gain financially through legal proceedings.
