Shia LaBeouf is facing new legal issues related to a Mardi Gras bar fight earlier this month. A new warrant has been issued for the 39-year-old actor by the New Orleans Police Department.

Additional Incident and Legal Action

The latest case involves another victim from the altercation at R Bar in New Orleans. This development follows LaBeouf's recent court appearance for his February 17 arrest, where he was released on a $100,000 bond.

Court-Ordered Conditions

As part of his release conditions, Judge Simone Levine ordered LaBeouf to attend rehab and participate in a drug testing program. During the incident, video footage allegedly shows him using slurs and engaging in physical violence.

Reactions and Aftermath

The police report claims that LaBeouf continued yelling slurs even after officers arrived, resulting in two counts of simple battery against him. Despite his release, he reportedly returned to partying soon after.

The actor is said to have mocked his arrest by dancing with his jail paperwork. Following these events, he was seen running and trying to visit church on Ash Wednesday.
