Robert Carradine, known for his roles in "Revenge of the Nerds" and "Lizzie McGuire," has passed away at 71 from suicide, as confirmed by the Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s Office.

Details of Passing

The cause of death was determined to be sequelae of anoxic brain injury due to hanging. Anoxic injuries occur when oxygen supply is entirely cut off from the brain.

Carradine's family released a statement confirming his death after a long battle with bipolar disorder. He was diagnosed following the death of his brother David in 2009.
