Paris Jackson's Rare Selfies with Mom Debbie Rowe Unveiled

Share Post

Paris Jackson recently shared photos with her mother, Debbie Rowe, on social media, marking a rare public appearance for the pair. The model and actress posted these images to her Instagram Story.

Mother-Daughter Moments

The first photo showed Paris in a red jacket featuring a Navajo-inspired pattern, standing beside Rowe, who wore a plaid flannel. They seemed to be enjoying each other's company outdoors in the second snapshot, where Paris donned a turquoise trucker hat as Rowe smiled for the camera.

Reflecting their bond, Paris added captions like "Lately" with heart emojis to the pictures. She also shared clips of herself riding a horse, with captions such as "Just a chip off the ol' block."

A Complex Family History

Debbie Rowe was married to Michael Jackson from 1996 to 1999, during which she gave birth to two children: Prince and Paris. She met Michael years earlier while working as his dermatologist's nurse.

The couple got married in Sydney in November 1996 and had their first child, Prince, shortly after. Paris was born in April 1998. After their divorce in 1999, Rowe relinquished custody of both children.

Reconnecting Over Time

After Michael Jackson passed away in June 2009, Paris reconnected with her mother at age 13. In interviews, Paris has described their relationship as more akin to that of friends than the traditional parent-child dynamic.

Paris supported Rowe during her battle with cancer in 2016 and has spoken about their connection in various interviews since. She appreciates how they share similarities and interests, such as music tastes.
