Brian Littrell's Trespassing Case Takes a Fresh Turn After Legal Setback

Share Post

Brian Littrell and his wife, Leighanne, have refiled a legal complaint against Carolyn Barrington Hill, accusing her of trespassing on their beachfront property in Walton County, Florida. This comes after a judge dismissed their previous lawsuit.

Allegations of Trespassing

The couple alleges that Hill ignored "no trespassing" signs and entered their property multiple times between April 26, 2025, and the time of filing. They claim that she verbally harassed them, set up beach furniture, and videotaped them without consent.

Incidents and Legal Actions

On May 4, 2025, an officer from the Walton County Sheriff's Department reportedly forced Hill to leave the property. The Littrells state they had to hire private security for protection. They are seeking over $50,000 in damages.

Previous Legal Proceedings

The new filing follows the dismissal of their original lawsuit for not stating a claim where relief could be granted. Initially filed on September 19, 2025, it included accusations of illegal trespassing and invasion of privacy.

The Littrells say Hill's actions have led to a loss of privacy and security in their home. A representative for them did not comment on the case.
