Supporting Eric Dane's Family

The fundraiser initially set a goal of $250,000 but later increased it to $500,000. As of Sunday, over $290,000 was raised to assist Dane’s teenage daughters, Billie and Georgia.

The Tragic Loss

Eric Dane passed away on Thursday due to ALS. He spent his last moments with close friends and family. His wife Rebecca Gayheart and their daughters were central in his life.

Dane announced his ALS diagnosis in April 2025. The Mayo Clinic describes ALS as a disease affecting nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord, leading to muscle control loss.
