Shia LaBeouf's Solo Day: From Running Shirtless to Dining Alone

Share Post

Shia LaBeouf spent a quieter Wednesday in New Orleans after his eventful Mardi Gras celebrations earlier in the week. The actor was seen enjoying a shirtless run and visiting several Catholic churches, although they were closed.

Post-Arrest Activities

After church visits, LaBeouf dined at Saj, a Mediterranean restaurant, alone despite chatting with someone outside. He had been released from jail on Tuesday following an arrest during Mardi Gras festivities.

The Arrest Incident

LaBeouf was arrested early Tuesday for involvement in a bar brawl during Mardi Gras, leading to charges of simple battery. Witnesses described him as "belligerent," and he was reportedly terrorizing the city prior to his arrest.

Return to Celebrations

Following his release, LaBeouf continued to celebrate Mardi Gras by walking two miles back into the festivities, buying a new outfit, and engaging with fans. He humorously danced with jail paperwork as part of the revelries.

The actor's activities follow reports of his split from wife Mia Goth nearly a year ago. He moved to New Orleans possibly to be closer to family and has embraced Catholicism more deeply after working on the film "Padre Pio."

He has been confirmed into the Catholic Church since then and has expressed interest in becoming a deacon.
