Prostitution Case Against Home Alone Star Dropped

Share Post

A legal case against actor Daniel Stern, known for Home Alone, has been dismissed. He was accused of soliciting prostitution in Ventura County, California.

Stern got a misdemeanour citation in December for allegedly trying to hire a prostitute. His attorneys received the news of the case dismissal in court on Friday.

The Ventura County District Attorney's representative stated that Stern completed an education class, leading to the case's dismissal. This is typical for a first-time prostitution offence.

Last month, news emerged that Stern was involved in an alleged prostitution sting in Camarillo, California. He and his wife have three children, including a son who is a California Senator.

Following the dismissal, Stern is set to appear in the upcoming movie Everything’s Peachy as Jerry Schiff. This film is currently in pre-production.

Recently, Home Alone actress Catherine O’Hara passed away at the age of 71. Her co-star Macaulay Culkin paid tribute to her on Instagram.
