Kamala Harris Renames KamalaHQ to "Headquarters," Aims to Engage Young Voters Continuously, Not Just During Elections [Video]
Former Vice President Kamala Harris has revamped her online platform targeting younger voters, now called "Headquarters," in collaboration with People For the American Way. The initiative aims to engage Gen Z with progressive content on civic issues.
Relaunch Announcement
Harris announced the rebranding in a video on Twitter, inviting followers to join Headquarters for updates and discussions with various leaders. The move comes after her 2024 presidential bid and a national tour promoting her memoir, "107 Days."
Despite maintaining a lower profile post-election, Harris has continued to speak out on national matters. She recently criticized the arrests of journalists Don Lemon and Georgia Fort, attributing the incident to the actions of Donald Trump and his administration.
Platform Expansion
People For the American Way highlighted Headquarters' contribution during the 2024 campaign, where it promoted initiatives like Project 2025. The platform is positioned as a hub for progressive voices and civic engagement, led by Harris in her role as chair emerita.
