Rekordna brzina naprednjaka u prikupljanju potpisa otvorila je mnogo pitanja, između ostalog i o mogućim nelegitimnim potpisima. Oglas Zbog sumnje u neregularnost čitavog procesa, Centar za istraživanje, transparentnost i odgovornost - CRTA, objavio je kako građani mogu da provere da li je njihov potpis zloupotrebljen za podršku nekoj izbornoj listi.Građani koji sumnjaju da je njihov potpis bez njihovog znanja iskorišćen za podršku nekoj od izbornih lista za parlamentarne izbore 25. oktobra, mogu da provere da li se njihovo ime nalazi među potpisnicima, navodi Crta.Iz ove organizacije ističu da građani mogu da se obratite Republičkoj izbornoj komisiji (RIK) sa zahtevom za proveru kojoj listi je dat njihov potpis.Reč je o zahtevu za ostvarivanje prava na pristup podacima o ličnosti, koji se može podneti na osnovu člana 26. Zakona o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti. "Na taj način možete da tražite da vas RIK obavesti da li se vaši podaci nalaze u dokumentaciji dostavljenoj uz neku od izbornih lista – u određenoj izjavi podrške ili u spisku birača koji su potpisima podržali izbornu listu. Naime, ona je podsetila na situaciju iz 2023. godine, kada se njen falsifikovani potpis našao na listi „Usame Zukorlić“ na beogradskim izborima.Ona je tada pozvala Zukorlića da zajedno odu u tužilaštvo da bi se što pre saznalo ko je odgovoran za taj falsifikat.Kaže gospodin Zukorlić:„Zaista ne znam otkud potpis Bojane Maljevic medju našim potpisima. Plašim se da taj potpis nije neko neautorizirano podmetnuo da bi se pravila politički motivisana priča koja odgovora odredjenim faktorima u Beogradu.""Neautorizirano podmetnuo? Ok. Mogu…— Bojana Maljević (@BojanaMaljevic) December 1, 2023Tri godine kasnije, Maljević navodi da Tužilaštvo i dalje nije reagovalo.„Tužilaštvo do danas nije reagovalo. O tome sam mnogo puta pisala i ako se još neko pita kako se skupe potpisi za sat vremena – evo ovako. S tim u vezi, gde je i šta radi opštinska overiteljka koja je uradila ovo krivično delo i koliko je overitelja sada opet učinilo isto? Imate pravo da pitate RIK da li se vaše ime i potpis nalaze na nekoj listi i na kojoj i da prijavite ako je neko zloupotrebio vaše podatke“, upozorila je Maljević.Tada se među falsifikovanim potpisama našlo i ime novinarke Jelene Zorić. El este cercetat într-un nou dosar în care este acuzat că a înșelat un afacerist cu peste 1.000.000 euro. Astăzi, fostul candidat la alegerile prezidențiale află dacă va fi arestat preventiv, așa cum cer anchetatorii, sau dacă va primi o măsură mai ușoară.Călin Georgescu va fi adus la Tribunalul București, unde va avea loc o ședință în care judecătorii de drepturi și libertăți vor decide dacă va fi arestat preventiv sau dacă va primi o măsură mai ușoară, arest la domiciliu sau control judiciar, informează jurnalista Digi24 Teodora Chiuș.Călin Georgescu și-a petrecut noaptea în arest.În fața Arestului Central au rămas peste noapte și câțiva dintre susținătorii lui.Fostul candidat la alegerile prezidențiale este acuzat de înșelăciune cu consecințe deosebit de grave și constituire a unui grup infracțional organizat. Procurorii susțin că a făcut parte dintr-o grupare care a înșelat un om de afaceri cu 1.100.000 de euro.La perchezițiile de luni, anchetatorii au ridicat mai multe documente, sume de bani, dispozitive de bruiaj, dar și alte probe importante, care vor fi analizate.Perchezițiile au durat mai bine de nouă ore, iar apoi Călin Georgescu n-a stat mai mult de patru în fața procurorilor la audieri, unde s-a prevalat de dreptul la tăcere și nu a făcut declarații în fața anchetatorilor. Oglas "Koji to pametniji posao može da ima onaj koji stoji na čelu trenutno najjače grupacije protiv vlasti, osim da ubedi narod zašto je dobro glasati za nih, a ne za aktuelnu vlast i kada je jasno da bi to sučeljavanje moglo da im donese ozbiljnu poltičku korist", kazao je Đukanović u autorskom tekstu za list "Politika".Dodao je da od kada postoji višestranačje opoziciji je cilj da dobije što veći medijski prostor i da učestvuje sa predstavnicima vlasti u što više debata."To mu dođe kao kolosalna prilika da se pokaže koliko je opozicija u pravu, da ima bolje planove i viziju kako dalje u odnosu na ono što vlast radi, te da kroz ubitačnu argumentaciju privuče pažnju birača koji gledaju to sučeljavanje. A cancer treatment has reached a remarkable milestone.While Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy has shown promising effects on blood cancers, like particular types of leukemia or lymphoma, its effects are limited when treating solid tumors — until now.A 3-year-old boy battling chemo-resistant cancer that had spread from his liver to his lungs and possibly his bones was declared cancer-free after just two doses of the experimental therapy. CAR T-cell therapy has shown promising effects on blood cancers, but it’s limited when treating solid tumors, until now. MIA Studio – stock.adobe.comThe report sharing the progress researchers at Texas Children’s, Baylor College of Medicine and Seattle Children’s was published this month in the New England Journal of Medicine.The toddler had been diagnosed with hepatoblastoma, a common form of childhood liver cancer. He had a massive tumor measuring 4.4 × 3.8 × 2.8 inches.Despite multiple rounds of chemotherapy and surgery to remove the tumor, the cancer returned. It metastasized to his lungs, and there was evidence it had spread to his bones.Doctors then tried CAR T-cell therapy, which involves taking a patient’s white blood cells (T cells) and genetically engineering them to become cancer-fighting machines.After receiving two doses of the experimental GPC3-CAR treatment over eight weeks, he had no remaining signs of the disease, even after one year — indicating complete regression.“This study provides evidence that these novel CAR T cells may be a safe and effective modality for hepatoblastoma and highlights the need for further assessment in patients with GPC3+ solid tumors,” study co-author and pediatric oncologist Andras Heczey said.Liver cancer is the third-leading cause of cancer-related deaths globally, yet hepatoblastoma typically relies on radiation and surgery to remove cancerous cells and tumors — methods that aren’t always successful. A hepatoblastoma tumor from liver cancer shrank after a groundbreaking CAR T-cell treatment in a 3-year-old boy. Steffin et al., NEJM, 2026And while CAR T-cell therapy is an innovative treatment, it’s only FDA-approved to mitigate certain types of leukemias, lymphomas and multiple myeloma.This particular therapy has proven to be a difficult way to treat solid tumors due to the hostile chemical shield that blocks and destroys immune cells.Tumor cells can also look like healthy cells, thanks to the tumors using surrounding healthy cells (like fibroblasts and regulatory immune cells) to create a barrier.This breakthrough in cancer treatment comes after T-cell therapy was found to be an effective treatment for deadly brain tumors in children.While the use of CAR T-cell therapy for liver cancer was in a single patient in an early-phase trial and more research is needed to see how effective and safe the treatment is, the results are promising.Continued testing of the GPC3-CAR treatment is being carried out as part of the CARE study, the first human trial of an experimental form of CAR T-cell therapy for pediatric patients with recurrent solid tumors, at Baylor College of Medicine.
