He had a massive tumor measuring 4.4 × 3.8 × 2.8 inches.Despite multiple rounds of chemotherapy and surgery to remove the tumor, the cancer returned. There were three forms I had to fill out and I started filling them out. As I tried to explain different possible theories during deliberation, I kept getting cut off as if I had doubts based on the evidence present.“Based on all the physical evidence, key witnesses, and what the prosecution presents, I thought it was enough proof that she [Clancy] knew exactly what she was doing and planned.”Now, Clancy’s defence team has asked Judge William Sullivan to launch an investigation into the lone juror.Kevin Reddington has filed a new motion (CJ Gunther/Getty Images)The motion, filed by Clancy’s lawyer Kevin Reddington, has asked the judge to examine the juror’s mobile phone metadata during the time he was deliberating on the case.He also asks the judge to preserve the juror records from all 12 jury panellists and their six alternates, including questionnaires, courthouse CCTV, and sign-in sheets for their phones.Reddington has also requested that the juror - named as ‘Juror Doe’ in the filling - be questioned about the truthfulness on a number of matters, including the juror questionnaire and voir dire answers, statements made to the court, and the use of phone during deliberations.“The inquiry will not touch the substance of deliberations,” the motion reads.At her trial, Clancy did not deny killing her three children five-year-old Cora, three-year-old Dawson and eight-month-old Callan in January 2023.However, her legal team argued that the former nurse, who is now paralysed from the waist down following a suicide attempt, should not be held legally responsible as she was suffering from post-partum psychosis at the time.The prosecution argued that she knew what she was doing at the time of the killings. With the mistrial declared, Clancy’s case essentially goes back to its pre-trial status, with her being charged with three-counts of murder and held at a psychiatric facility.The prosecutors now have to decide if they will re-try the case with a new jury or not. Studenti biciklisti izazvali reakcije: Šta se dogodilo na Niškoj tvrđavi?

Oglas Okupljeni građani u Nišu su skandirali "Pobeda! Pobeda!", a doček biciklista je upriličen i muzikom.Nakon završetka skupa na kojem se veliki broj građana Niša okupio kako bi ispred Niške tvrđave dočekao studente bicikliste koji u predizbornoj kampanji obilaze Srbiju, naprednjaci su se s transparentom "Srbija pobeđuje" popeli na tvrđavu, dobacujući i vređajući one koji su se vraćali sa tog skupa, preneo je N1. Uporedo su na prostoru između dva skupa bili postavljeni brojni pripadnici policije.Gotovo istovremeno, na drugom kraju države, odnosno na severozapadu, u Somboru je takođe upriličen doček studentima biciklistima. Ovaj doček je bio u toliko "veći", jer su mu prisustvovali i simpatizeri vladajuće stranke, koji su u neposrednoj blizini Županije gde je doček upriličen, postavili svoj štand.Građani su napravili špalir kako bi omogućili koloni biciklista da dođu do improvizovane bine, a postavljen je i crveni tepih. Vijorile su se zastave i transparenti podrške, a građani su studente dočekali povicima „pumpaj, pumpaj“.Podsetimo, ranije danas ispred Niške tvrđave veliki broj građana se okupio kako bi dočekao studente uz povike "pumpaj, pumpaj".Među biciklistima koji su pristigli u Niš nalazi se studentkinja sa univerziteta u tom gradu, koja je održala govor, zajedno sa Slavoljubom Uzunovićem, koji je kandidat na Studentskoj listi, takođe sa niškog Univerziteta.Oni već sutra ujutru, posle večerašnjeg dočeka, kreću prema Prokuplju do Leskovca, gde je naredna pauza na putu prema Vranju, koje je konačno odredište na krajnjem jugu Srbije.Pred dolazak studenata u neposrednoj blizini su se okupili naprednjaci na štandovima koje su postavili, što je bio slučaj i u drugim mestima kroz koja su studenti prolazili.
