Kim Zolciak Steps Out Amid Son's Legal Battle - What's Really Happening? New

Kim Zolciak Steps Out Amid Son's Legal Battle - What's Really Happening?

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum Kim Zolciak was seen stepping out in Georgia as her son’s complex legal battle escalated. The reality star, 48, was pictured stepping out for shopping in Alpharetta, GA on Friday, wearing a fitted black tank top and relaxed jeans. She accessorized with a necklace, sunglasses, and a pair of pointed-to heels, and carried a white cell phone and her keys during the outing. At one point, she was seen putting away a shopping cart. She wore her blond hair in waves around her shoulders and parted it down the middle and remained expressionless. The sighting comes after Zolciak’s son, 15-year-old KJ Biermann, suffered a legal blow in his sodomy and sexual battery case. Kim Zolciak was spotted out in Alpharetta, Georgia on Friday, as seen above. BACKGRIDShe wore jeans and a black tank top for the shopping outing. BACKGRIDThe “RHOA” alum accessorized with sunglasses. BACKGRIDBiermann’s motion to close the courtroom was denied by Fulton County Superior Court Judge Melynee Leftridge, who according to documents obtained by Page Six, stated that “the high legal standard for permitting a closed courtroom was not met by Defendant.” The court granted the teen’s motion to limit photography and media recording, and allowed for protections over his juvenile court records, ordering that to keep them from the public, they “shall be filed under seal.” The judge denied the “Don’t Be Tardy” personality’s request to keep prosecutors from exposing limited information from his juvenile case that could affect the court’s consideration of his bond.Page Six confirmed on Friday that prosecutors filed an emergency motion asking the court to order forensic interviews of “minor children” for the case. KJ — whom Zolciak shares with estranged husband Kroy Biermann, 41 — was arrested in August and indicted on seven charges, including three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16, aggravated sodomy, aggravated child molestation, false imprisonment and aggravated sexual battery. The Bravo star carried keys and a cell phone. BACKGRIDZolciak remained expressionless during the outing. BACKGRIDA female classmate alleged the Bravo personality sexually assaulted her at the Life Time fitness center in Alpharetta, Georgia on April 23.The classmate alleged he made “multiple” attempts to have “sexual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants” in a co-ed sauna at the facility — despite her telling him “no” — according to court documents. The then-15-year-old alleged victim also claimed to investigators that KJ digitally penetrated her vagina and forced oral sex. Jason Sheffield, KJ’s attorney, denied wrongdoing on behalf of client, insisting to Page Six in a statement that he is “100% innocent.” Zolciak, meanwhile, vigorously hit back at what she called the “reckless and deeply troubling” allegations in a statement of her own. The Bravo star was seen pushing a shopping cart before opening her vehicle door. BACKGRIDHer son KJ Biermann, seen above in a mugshot, suffered a legal setback in his sodomy and sexual assault case. Alpharetta Police Department“He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct,” Zolciak said in part. The TV personality’s “RHOA” colleague NeNe Leakes claimed in a recent interview that Zolciak is “not OK” amid his continued legal woes. Zolciak — who appeared as a series regular in the Bravo hit from 2008 to 2012 — supported her son at a bond hearing on Sept. 11. Kroy was also present, and sat separately from his estranged wife during the proceedings. KJ was ultimately granted a $200,000 bond, though he must adhere to strict conditions, including electronic monitoring, a ban on cell phone use, and he must surrender his passport. KJ is also ordered to attend school virtually from his mother’s Georgia home, and cannot contact the alleged victim in any way — or be in contact with anyone under the age of 16. The 15-year-old, pictured above with his mother in a social media upload, was arrested last month. kimzolciakbiermann/InstagramKJ, pictured above with Zolciak in an Instagram photo, was indicted on seven charges. Zolciak and KJ’s lawyers have denied wrongdoing on his behalf. kimzolciakbiermann/InstagramProsecutors alleged during the hearing that videos of KJ having sex with an underage family member in April 2023 were previously found on his cellphone, and claimed that since October 2025, he’d been under court supervision due to the alleged separate incident. On Thursday, Page Six exclusive reported that Zolciak and her estranged husband had confiscated the teen’s cell phone a year prior to investigators discovering the videos. It’s unclear if the footage was connected to the alleged incident. Zolciak also shares kids Kash, Kaia, and Kane with Kroy, who also adopted her daughters from a previous relationship, Brielle and Ariana. Zašto Đilas veruje da tri opozicione liste mogu promeniti Srbiju? New

Zašto Đilas veruje da tri opozicione liste mogu promeniti Srbiju?

Foto: L.L./ATAImages autor: 20. sep. New

New

Rama's Statement on Kurti Shakes the Public: What Happened? New

Rama's Statement on Kurti Shakes the Public: What Happened?

Vučićeva promena retorike: Šta stoji iza 'naše braće i sestara'? New

Vučićeva promena retorike: Šta stoji iza 'naše braće i sestara'?

Aleksandar Vučić, Niš, sednica Glavnog odbora Srpske napredne stranke / Radule Perisic/ATAImages autor: 20. sep. Ed Sheeran's Emotional Return to Stage Amid Macklemore Controversy New

Ed Sheeran's Emotional Return to Stage Amid Macklemore Controversy

Ed Sheeran openly weeped during a passionate speech as he returned to the stage for his first concert since Macklemore was firing over a “Free Palestine” plea and the subsequent departures of the tour’s other openers. As he walked out onto the stage at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia Saturday night to rapturous applause, the British singer said, “Um, this is not usually how I would open the show, but before I play some songs tonight, I hope it’s OK if I say a few words about this last week.”“I’m used to my music being criticized, and I’m always happy to take that, because I’m lucky a lot of you like my stuff and, to be honest, I’m not surprised that other people don’t. That’s normal,” he continued. “But this week, the criticism was about something much more important.”“I am making mistakes,” Sheeran, 35, admitted, adding, “and I’m so, so sorry.”Ed Sheeran broke down in tears while addressing concertgoers at the Sept. 19 stop of his Loop Tour at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, as seen above. Lone Pine Press for NY PostSheeran addressed the drama of “last week” during a lengthy speech, saying, “I am making mistakes … and I’m so, so sorry.” Lone Pine press for NYPostSheeran, 35, said he’s “never wanted to be an activist musician,” but that he’s found himself “in the middle of an important and passionate argument about freedom of speech and the most complex political issue on the planet,” referring to the Israel-Palestine conflict.“My concerts have always been a safe space for everyone, and that matters hugely to me. Honoring my commitment to my fans is also completely essential to who I am. That is why I am here tonight, on my own, and continuing my current tour.”Sheeran’s Philly concert Saturday saw the start time pushed back to 8 p.m. instead of 5:30 p.m. after he was left with no openers. Protesters also gathered near the venue ahead of the show.Sheeran expressed that he “never wanted to be an activist musician” but that he’d found himself “in the middle of an important and passionate argument about freedom of speech and the most complex political issue on the planet.” Lone Pine press for NYPostSheeran also shared his personal feelings about the Israel-Palestine conflict, despite saying he’s always tried to avoid being “a political commentator of any kind.” Lone Pine press for NYPost“I honestly am so grateful that you’re here tonight with me,” Sheeran told the audience as he got visibly emotional. Lone Pine Press for NY PostThe “Shape of You” singer said he is “deeply worried” about the idea that venues — and, by extension, those who them — can have a say over what performers do on the stage, saying, “This happens in so many places that I perform around the world, but it should never happen in the free world.”Addressing the Israel-Palestine situation head-on — including if Saturday’s concert moving ahead “implies” where he stands — Sheeran said he’s tried to avoid being “a political commentator of any kind” throughout his career because he wants his music and shows “to be about unity, not division” and “about humanity, not politics.”“But this is a humanitarian issue, and I cannot hide how I feel about it anymore,” he added, calling the Oct. 7 bombing of the Nova music festival in Israel “horrific” and a compounding of “centuries of Jewish pain,” while noting that what’s happening in Gaza “is catastrophic and unjustifiable and disproportionate” and that the events unfolding in the West Bank “cannot be overlooked.”Sheeran vowed that his shows are “still a place where everyone is welcome and everyone here can stand beside people that have opposing views.” Lone Pine Press for NY PostPro-Palestinian protesters gathered outside the Philadelphia venue prior to Sheeran taking to the stage, as seen here. Lone Pine press for NYPostSheeran said he’s navigating how he can best make an impact for victims while he continues “listening and learning, because [he does] not know enough.”“I honestly am so grateful that you’re here tonight with me,” Sheeran concluded, getting emotional. “This concert is still a place where everyone is welcome and everyone here can stand beside people that have opposing views, and everyone here can stand by people they don’t agree with on everything — but they can all agree on singing these songs.”Macklemore (born Benjamin Hammond Haggerty) was dropped from Sheeran’s Loop Tour on Sept. 14 following backlash over remarks he made during his set at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. The “Thrift Shop” rapper, 43, called for a free Palestine and said he stood in solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza who have been displaced and lack necessary resources amid the ongoing Israel-Hamas war.Despite the controversy, Sheeran hinted that he will finish out his North American shows as he said he was “continuing [his] current tour.” Lone Pine press for NYPostSheeran went on to perform the concert as usual, singing his chart-topping hits for the audience, as seen above. Lone Pine Press for NY PostPhiladelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field was packed with Sheeran fans Saturday night, as seen above. Lone Pine Press for NY Post“A big part of the reason why I wanted to do this tour in the first place is so I could stand up in stadiums like this and say two words that are very near and dear to my heart: Free Palestine,” Macklemore said onstage.“I said, ‘Free Palestine!’ I want those words to be loud and clear so that people all the way in Gaza to the occupied West Bank know that we have not forgotten about them,” he added.Macklemore also performed his 2024 protest song “Hind’s Hall,” named after Hind Rajab, a 5-year-old Palestinian girl who was killed by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) in Gaza.Macklemore (seen above onstage in May 2024) was dropped from the tour following backlash over his “Free Palestine” speech. SplashNews.com“I consider him a brother,” Macklemore wrote of Sheeran in his Instagram statement about his firing. (Macklemore and Sheeran are seen above at the 2014 iHeartRadio Music Festival.) Theo Wargo“I consider him a brother,” he wrote in part. “And because of that, we have had some difficult conversations this past week, the type of talks rooted in love and respect for one another that still end in a place of fundamental disagreement.”Macklemore also claimed that Robert Kraft — the owner of the New England Patriots and the Kraft Group, which operates Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts — called Sheeran and said he “would not be allowed to perform” at the stadium later this month as planned. He further claimed that Sheeran told him the words “Free Palestine,” as well as an image of the Palestinian flag, were “hurtful to a lot of people he spoke with.”Macklemore (pictured above with Sheeran at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards) also claimed that Sheeran said Robert Kraft called him and said he “would not be allowed to perform” at Gillette Stadium later this month. I’m ashamed of my cousin Ed he’s done. Finally the world and all his fans see through him. He’s not a good person, I don’t like his music so I can’t say he’s even a good artist,” Jethro wrote. “In my opinion he’s a bad human. Just my opinion from my experiences.”

Ed Sheeran's Tearful Speech on Gaza Sparks Controversy at Philly Concert New

Ed Sheeran's Tearful Speech on Gaza Sparks Controversy at Philly Concert

Crooner Ed Sheeran called Israel’s actions in Gaza “unjustifiable” as he wept and broke his silence during his first concert since booting rapper Macklemore from his tour for tirades against the Jewish state.“I’ve never wanted to be an activist musician, but this put me in the middle of an important and passionate argument about freedom of speech and the most complex political issue on the planet,” Sheeran told the Philly crowd of concertgoers Saturday night.During his speech, which came at the start of the Saturday night show at Lincoln Financial Field, he also talked about the Gaza War, criticizing Israel and Hamas. “I have tried in my career not to be a political commentator of any kind, because I want my music and shows to be about unity, not division, about humanity, not politics,” Sheeran said, apparently reading from a teleprompter. “But this is a humanitarian issue. I cannot hide how I feel about it anymore. What happened in Israel, and at the music festival on October 7th was horrific and compounded centuries of Jewish pain,” he said as he broke down in tears.“What is happening in Gaza is catastrophic and unjustifiable and disproportionate.” “My heart has been broken by the scale of devastation and loss of civilian loss and loss of children’s lives. And the systemic injustice we’re seeing unfolding the West Bank cannot be overlooked,” the singer-songwriter said.He later shared that his first concert back “is not the usual ‘Loop’ show” as he was fearful of how the crowd would react after Macklemore’s departure.Ed Sheeran returned to his tour during a stop at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. Lone Pine press for NYPostSheeran gave a brief intro before going into his regular set on the “LOOP tour” Lone Pine Press for NY Post“I usually go out to a B stage and I’m going to be totally honest with you, I didn’t know what this audience would be like tonight,” Sheeran said, adding, “I didn’t know if I would have things thrown at me.”Sheeran confirmed he will be continuing “The Loop” tour despite all of his opening acts — including his backing band — dropping out since Macklemore received the boot. “Honoring my commitment to my fans is also completely central to who I am. And that is why I’m here tonight, on my own,” he said, receiving a roaring applause.Sheeran’s troubles began last week when his support act, Macklemore, went on a rant at Metlife Stadium. Lone Pine Press for NY PostSheeran performs at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026. Lone Pine Press for NY Post“I am deeply worried about the idea that venues should pre-approved content of performance,” the singer said, adding “this happens in so many places that I perform around the world, but it should never happen in the free world.”Sheeran said without concerts bringing people together, “the world is heading to a very, very, very dark place.”“If we get too divided…we need to come back to humanity, realize that we are all the same, and we understand each other,” Sheeran said.“I’ve had a week of learning,” he said smiling. He received only applause from the crowd, which appeared to not fill the football stadium. He then broke into his song “Castle on the Hill.”Sheeran’s opening acts and backing band quit after Macklemore was removed from the tour. Lone Pine Press for NY PostSheeran brought out a new group of musicians to fill in for his backing band, which quit over Macklemore, including violinist Alicia Enstrom who played “Galway Girl” alongside the singer. “When my friends dropped out of this show, I was thinking, ‘how am I going to keep the show the same? And how am I going to get musicians to stand on stage with me in a week where no one wants to stand on stage?’”He said the musicians had three days to learn the setlist and praised their bravery for standing alongside him during the barrage of hateful criticism he’s received recently. “And I just want to say, before they come on stage, they said yes to being on stage with the knowledge that the world thought I was a certain type of person,” Sheeran said. Pro-Palestinian protesters gather on the corner of Broad Street and Pattinson Avenue to protest Ed Sheeran’s performance at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026. Lone Pine press for NYPost“They said yes with the knowledge that the world may hate them too for standing on stage with me.”Some fans at the show praised the comments, which came after a week of turmoil, which saw all of Sheeran’s opening acts quit when he dropped Macklemore from the show after pressure from venue operators who objected to him saying “Free Palestine” during earlier appearances in the tour.“He was put in a tough spot. I am proud of him for finally speaking his mind. We are all human and I think it would have hurt more overall if he ignored all together,” attendee Bryan Prevette told The Post. “He ripped the bandaid off,” Prevette, who lives in Maryland said of Sheeran’s statement. “Was there any other [way] to do it? He had to address the elephant in the room,” he said. David, a concertgoer from Salt Lake City agreed and thought Sheeran “did great.”The crowd during Sheeran’s show at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026. Lone Pine Press for NY Post“It’s [a] touchy subject. I thought what he said was unifying,” he told The Post. Macklemore was let go from the tour after New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft barred the rapper from performing at Gillette Stadium over his comments. He was also barred from a series of other stadiums around the country.Jewish singer Pink spoke out against the “Thrift Shop” rapper, and slammed him for a 2014 incident in which he played a concert dressed as an antisemitic caricature of a Jewish person.
