Shtetet e Bashkuara të Amerikës kanë reaguar pas aktgjykimit të Dhomave të Specializuara të Kosovës ndaj Hashim Thaçit, Kadri Veselit, Jakup Krasniqit dhe Rexhep Selimit.VAZHDO LEXIMIN ME POSHTE!Uashingtoni ka deklaruar se e respekton vendimin e shpallur nga gjykata në Hagë.Një zëdhënës i Departamentit amerikan të Shtetit e konfirmoi këtë qëndrim për Radion Evropa e Lirë.Sipas tij, SHBA-ja e respekton aktgjykimin e shpallur sot nga Dhomat e Specializuara të Kosovës.Departamenti amerikan i Shtetit theksoi gjithashtu rëndësinë e drejtësisë për viktimat dhe familjet e tyre.Në reagimin e tij, Uashingtoni përsëriti mbështetjen për proceset që synojnë vendosjen e llogaridhënies.SHBA-ja tha se mbështet gjithashtu respektimin e procesit të rregullt ligjor dhe sundimit të ligjit.Në të njëjtën kohë, autoritetet amerikane u bënë thirrje të gjitha palëve që ta pranojnë dhe respektojnë vendimin e gjykatës.Uashingtoni kërkoi që pas shpalljes së aktgjykimit të shmanget çdo retorikë që mund të nxisë tensione.Sipas Departamentit të Shtetit, palët duhet të përmbahen nga deklaratat nxitëse.SHBA-ja u bëri thirrje të gjithë të përfshirëve që të respektojnë institucionet e drejtësisë dhe vendimin e tyre.Në reagimin amerikan u theksua edhe nevoja për vazhdimin e punës drejt një të ardhmeje paqësore dhe demokratike.Ndërkohë, Dhomat e Specializuara në Hagë shpallën fajtorë katër ish-krerët e Ushtrisë Çlirimtare të Kosovës.Gjykata i gjeti ata fajtorë për katër akuza që lidhen me krime lufte.Në anën tjetër, katër të akuzuarit u liruan nga akuzat për krime kundër njerëzimit.Hashim Thaçi dhe Jakup Krasniqi u dënuan me nga 25 vjet burgim.Kadri Veseli u dënua me 18 vjet burgim.Rexhep Selimi u dënua me 13 vjet burgim.Vendimi i shpallur nga gjykata është aktgjykim i shkallës së parë.Mbrojtja e të akuzuarve ka bërë të ditur se synon ta apelojë vendimin.Procesi ndaj tyre pritet të vazhdojë përmes procedurave të apelimit, ndërsa aktgjykimi i shkallës së parë mbetet pjesë e procesit gjyqësor. Published 16:00 16 Sep 2026 GMT+1'Dude that's my crew in there, that is my own crew'A reporter was live on TV when an NBC news helicopter fell from the sky, which killed two of his colleagues and an unnamed civilian.NBC 4 journalist Robert Kovacik was covering a bus crash in Los Angeles' Chatsworth neighborhood on Tuesday (September 15) evening when the helicopter plummeted from the sky into a parking lost just a short distance away at 7pm local time.The reporter arrived at the scene completely unaware his colleagues were involved, as firefighters asked him to vacate the scene as clouds of smoke billowed in the sky."We don't know where the chopper is from, we don't know if it even is a chopper, if it's a news chopper, we are just looking right now," he said.AdvertAs people scrambled from the scene and vans from his network evacuated, the situation soon dawned on the reporter that his colleagues were in the plane, as new details were released."Dude that's my crew in there, that is my own crew," Kovacik pleaded with the police, as per the Mail Online."We are gonna get them evacuated, this isn't safe," the police officer responded.Eliana Moreno, a photo journalist employed by NBC 4, pilot George Marciniw, and an unnamed pedestrian were killed as a result of the helicopter crash.NBC host Colleen Williams was live on air when she received the confirmation that the fallen aircraft had belonged to the station.“We can now confirm that the chopper that went down in Chatsworth tonight, about two hours ago, was in fact news chopper four," she said.“We’ve been telling you that we’ve been piecing it together here, we knew it was a news chopper and we knew we’d lost contact with our people out there, and we’ve just received the confirmation that in fact news chopper four went down just before seven o’clock tonight in Chatsworth."Three people have died as a result of the crash (Blake Fagan/AFP via Getty Images)As well as the three people who lost their lives, Fire Battalion Chief Rico A. CCR surprinde: De ce pensiile militare nu pot depăși valoarea soldelor?

CCR a decis pensiile militare nu pot depăși valoarea soldelor, iar documentul a fost publciat în Monitoprul Oficial. Astfel, plafonarea pensiilor militare rămâne valabilă. Avem motivarea CCR a stabilit că plafonarea pensiilor militare este constituțională și a argumentat susținând că e dreptul legiuitorului (guvernului) să stabilească formula de calcul și să impună plafoane în funcție de bugetul avut la dispoziție.Citește și: Legea care ar crește pensiile militare, blocată în Parlament. Modificările cerute de CCR, ignorate de un anCCR a decis că pensii militare nu pot depăși valoarea soldelor. Plafonarea e constituțională. Cum a motivat?CCR a fost pusă să analize o speță care a fost înaintată de un pensionar prin intermediul Tribunalului Teleorman. Ceea ce s-a judecat în esență este următoarea prevedere - la stabilirea pensiei militare de stat, pensia netă nu poate depăși media soldelor/salariilor lunare nete corespunzătoare celor brute cuprinse în baza de calcul.Cu alte cuvinte: dacă e constituțional plafonul impus pensiilor militare. Citește și: Creșterea pensiilor militare în același timp cu solda, anulată de CCR. 200.000 pensionari, afectațiPensionarul a cerut ca prevederea de mai sus să fie declarată neconstituțională. CCR a respins această cerere spunând că guvernul poate impune plafoane la pensie.„Curtea a reținut că nici Constituția și nici vreun instrument juridic internațional nu prevăd cuantumul pensiei de care trebuie să beneficieze diferite categorii de persoane.Acesta se stabilește prin legislația națională. În aceste condiții, legiuitorul poate să prevadă și olimită minimă a cuantumului pensiei, precum și plafonul maximal al acesteia”.CCR dezvoltă și spune că guvernul poate să impună o limită cuatumului pensiei.Referitor la încălcarea art. 47 alin. (2) din Constituție, Curtea reține că, prin Decizia nr. 8 din 14 ianuarie 2021,paragraful 22, a constatat că dispozițiile de lege criticate, potrivit cărora pensia militară de stat netă nu poate fi mai mare decât media soldelor/salariilor lunare nete corespunzătoare soldelor  sau salariilor lunare brute cuprinse în baza de calcul al pensiei, sunt în acord cu dispozițiile art. 47 alin. (2) din Constituție, potrivit cărora cetățenii au dreptul la pensie și la alte drepturi de asigurări sociale, în condițiile legii.Astfel, legiuitorul este autorizat să stabilească conținutul dreptului la pensie și condițiile acordării acestuia, precum și să le modificeîn funcție de resursele financiare existente la un anumit moment”, arată CCR. Updated 14:01 16 Sep 2026 GMT+1Published 13:31 16 Sep 2026 GMT+1Police have shared videos of the toddler playing in the park minutes before he vanishedNew CCTV images have shown Noah Woods' last movements at a playground before he disappeared.A major search is ongoing to find the missing three-year-old, who was last seen at 2.37pm on Tuesday afternoon (15 September), when he became separated from a relative after visiting the playground in Suffolk.Noah was in the park on Merriam Close in Brantham, with new camera footage and images shared by Suffolk Police as part of the major search. It shows the youngster running around and using equipment before he was reported as missing.Hundreds of people have since gathered to join the search for the partially deaf toddler, with police suggesting there is 'nothing to indicate anything sinister or any element of criminality', but that they are keeping an open mind'.AdvertNoah has been missing since Tuesday afternoon. (Suffolk Police)Police suspect that Noah may have run off down an alleyway towards a housing estate, but the search is complicated by the fact that he is non-verbal and will not respond to his name if called.Superintendent Tom Pearse, from the force, said officers are doing everything they can to find him with members of the public urged to check gardens and sheds.Alongside the significant public presence in the search, police have deployed sniffer dogs, rescue teams and an overhead helicopter.Noah’s father Rhys posted in a local social media group asking volunteers to widen their search beyond the village where possible, alongside a heartbreaking plea to get his son home safely.In it, he penned: “I cannot go another night knowing he’s out there alone, please don’t give up on him guys. He is out there somewhere and I appreciate every single one of you.”He also shared that the 'emergency services are very confident that the high risk areas (Decoy pond, railway lines) are all clear', suggesting that his son 'has gone further'.Police have shared the CCTV footage (Suffolk Police)"We still have nothing, all the emergency services and all of you have shown how strong this community is, with people coming from far and wide also," he added."This means knowing our boy, he has gone even further, could I ask that all of you brilliant people out there today expand further if you are able to? Un menor de edad fue víctima de un fatal destino luego de que sus familiares se olvidaran que quedó al interior de un automóvil en un lugar donde la temperatura ambiental alcanzó los 38 grados celsius.La familia había regresado de un bautizo a las 13:00 horas. Poco después de las 15:45 horas notaron que el menor de edad había desaparecido y comenzaron a buscarlo. En ese momento, el niño de cinco años fue encontrado sin vida dentro de un vehículo estacionado frente a una casa en Peoria, Estados Unidos, el pasado 13 de septiembre.Fue sacado de inmediato para practicarle reanimación cardiopulmonar, sin embargo, fue declarado muerto poco después de que los bomberos de Peoria lo llevaran a un hospital cercano.
