Musician Art Garfunkel has joined the growing list of celebrities considering leaving the United States in response to President Donald Trump’s administration and policies.In an interview with The Guardian, Garfunkel, 84, told the British publication he is concerned about the country’s stance on key issues and is considering moving elsewhere.“I don’t like America’s position at all,” he told the outlet. “I’m not aboard, and I’m thinking of leaving the country, frankly.”Garfunkel expressed concern about climate change, international affairs and other political issues.“It’s real that the planet is getting warmer, that the water’s rising, that so many people are starving,” Garfunkel said in the piece that originally ran Sept. 4.He also criticized Trump’s decision to launch a military operation that resulted in the capture of then-Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, who is facing a slew of federal charges while currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn, New York.“When Donald Trump took over Venezuela, are those the new rules? Jedna od starijih sugrađanki, na pitanje studenata zašto im je dala potpis je objasnila stanje u državi i emocije sa kojima su se mnogi identifikovali. Oglas Snimak "baka Branke iz Rakovice" danas je u roku od samo nekoliko sati postao viralan, tačnije pogledalo ga je, a što je još važnije poslušalo, desetine hiljada ljudi.Na snimku je starija gospođa, po imenu Branka koja je, kako iz snimljenog razgovora saznajemo, iz Rakovice, a došla je u Barajevo da svojim potpisom pruži podršku studentskoj listi.Nakon potpisa, sa njom je razgovarao jedan od studenata koji je zamolio da prokomentariše razloge zašto ih podržava."Reći ću u najkraćem. Čovek je samo onaj ko podržava svoje potomstvo jer na njima svet ostaje. Samo da korupcije nema. Dugo živim, veća od ove bila nije, a država sve manja. Moji preci su davali živote za Srbiju koja je sad na rasprodaji. I s tim ne mogu da se pomirim. Najteže mi to pada, sve manja je, a krčme je oni čiji preci, njihove kosti, nisu u Srbiji. Mislim da sam dovoljno rekla", izjavila je baka Branka.Posle razgovora, student se zahvalio gospođi Branki:"Hvala Vam na kontinuiranoj podršci. Podržavate nas uvek i pružate prodršku. Yaşar Ağa tarafından darp edilen Kaşifoğlu hakkında, yanındaki adamı İlhan'ın "Kaşifoğlu! Azrailin benim, Kaşifoğlu seni ben öldüreceğim" şeklinde tehditler savurduğu belirlendi. TBGazeta Minuti arbn · September 13, 2026 · Uncategorized Nënkryetari i sapozgjedhur i Kuvendit të Kosovës, Kujtim Shala, ka kontestuar kushtetutshmërinë e institucionit në të cilin u zgjodh.Deputeti i Lidhjes Demokratike të Kosovës ka vlerësuar se Kuvendi nuk është konstituuar plotësisht, pasi ende mungon nënkryetari nga radhët e PDK-së.Në një deklaratë për Telegrafin, Shala ka kontestuar edhe kushtetutshmërinë e Qeverisë së re të udhëhequr nga Albin Kurti.“Qeverinë e zgjodhi një Kuvend i pakonstituuar, prandaj ajo nuk është një qeveri kushtetuese”, ka deklaruar Shala.Ai është thirrur në përcaktimet kushtetuese për përfundimin e seancës konstituive dhe zgjedhjen e Kryesisë së Kuvendit.“Sipas Kushtetutës së Kosovës, Kuvendi konsiderohet i konstituuar pas zgjedhjes së kryetarit dhe të gjithë nënkryetarëve”, ka thënë Shala.Deklarata merr peshë të veçantë pasi vjen nga njëri prej nënkryetarëve të zgjedhur gjatë seancës së sotme.Shala mori 75 vota për, një kundër dhe katër abstenime, duke u zgjedhur nënkryetar nga radhët e LDK-së.Gjatë seancës u zgjodhën edhe Tanja Vujoviq nga Lista Serbe dhe Emilia Rexhepi nga komunitetet e tjera joshumicë.Megjithatë, Kuvendi mbeti pa nënkryetarin nga radhët e PDK-së, pasi kjo parti e kishte pezulluar përkohësisht kandidaturën e Vlora Çitakut.Pavarësisht kësaj, kryetarja e Kuvendit, Albulena Haxhiu, e shpalli të përfunduar procesin e konstituimit dhe vazhdoi me procedurat për formimin e Qeverisë.Pas kësaj, Kurti u propozua mandatar dhe Qeveria e tij e re u votua në një seancë ku munguan PDK-ja, LDK-ja dhe AAK-ja.Në sallë ishin deputetët e Lëvizjes Vetëvendosje, ata të Listës Serbe dhe përfaqësues të komuniteteve të tjera.Qëndrimi i Shalës përputhet me pretendimet e PDK-së se Kuvendi nuk mund të konsiderohet i konstituuar pa zgjedhjen e të gjithë nënkryetarëve.Deputeti i kësaj partie, Përparim Gruda, ka paralajmëruar se çështja do të dërgohet në Gjykatën Kushtetuese.“Askush nuk mund të përfitojë nga shkelja e vet: VV nuk mund t’i shkelë afatet dhe pastaj PDK-së t’ia marrë një të drejtën kushtetuese”, ka shkruar Gruda.Ai ka thënë se PDK-ja nuk ka hequr dorë nga posti i nënkryetarit, por vetëm e ka pezulluar përkohësisht ushtrimin e kësaj të drejte.Edhe kryetari i Aleancës, Ardian Gjini, e ka cilësuar Qeverinë e votuar si jokushtetuese dhe jolegjitime, duke paralajmëruar adresimin në Kushtetuese.Ndërkaq, PDK-ja ka bërë të ditur se do t’i dërgojë në Gjykatën Kushtetuese të gjitha vendimet e dala nga Kuvendi.Kështu, vetëm pak orë pas formimit të institucioneve, kushtetutshmëria e tyre është kontestuar nga partitë opozitare dhe nga vetë nënkryetari i Kuvendit.Tashmë, përplasja politike pritet të zhvendoset në Gjykatën Kushtetuese, e cila mund të vendosë për vlefshmërinë e konstituimit dhe vendimeve pasuese.

El riesgo de tronar cohetes en CDMX: multas y arrestos en fiestas patrias

Para este 15 de septiembre en México, se acostumbra el uso de la pirotecnia en el país, sin embargo, en la Ciudad de México hacerlo sin previa autorización podría traerte consecuencias que van desde una multa de más de tres mil pesos, pasando por el trabajo comunitario, así como un arresto, de acuerdo a la Ley de Cultura Cívica local. Además de contaminar el aire y de provocar que la contingencia ambiental se active para mejorar la calidad de dicho aire, las y los perros de la capital (y en sí, de todo el mundo) se ven afectados en el ánimo al tronar cohetes; por ello, hoy te compartimos las multas a las que serías acreedor en la CDMX en caso de tronar cohetes sin previa autorización. ¿De cuánto es la multa por tronar cohetes en la CDMX?Y no sólo el 15 de septiembre, sino en cualquier fecha (sobre todo en estas de fiestas independentistas y en las decembrinas), la Ley de Cultura Cívica de la CDMX sanciona el tronar cohetes con una multa de más de 3,000 pesos, al ser considerada una conducta clasificada como infracción Tipo C, la cual acarrea una multa de 21 a 30 Unidades de Medida y Actualización (UMA), el cual al cierre de esta nota, es de 117.31 pesos, por lo que las sanciones irían así:  21 UMA's: 2,463.51 pesos 30 UMA's 3,519.30 pesos ¿Qué otros castigos hay por tronar cohetes en la CDMX?Además de establecer estas multas económicas, la Ley de Cultura Cívica establece como posibles sanciones las siguientes:  Arresto de 25 a 36 horas Trabajo en favor de la comunidad de 12 a 18 horas Hay que especificar que la legislación establece la obligación de contar con un permiso en determinados casos. Por ejemplo, en el caso de la Ciudad de México, se contemplan trámites que están relacionados con la instalación y quema de pirotecnia así como de efectos especiales sobre todo cuando se trata de espectáculos públicos y tradicionales, como los de las alcaldías en las fiestas del Grito de Independencia. Si hablamos de personas que truenan cohetes en las calles de la CDMX, sin contar con la autorización correspondiente, ésta puede ser reportada a las autoridades.
