SDG'nin Dağılması Suriye'de Neleri Değiştirecek?

Milli Savunma Bakanlığı'ndan (MSB) yapılan açıklamada, "SDG'nin feshi ve Suriye devlet kurumlarına entegrasyonu, Suriye'nin egemenliği ve toprak bütünlüğünün korunması ile 'tek devlet, tek ordu' anlayışının güçlendirilmesi bakımından önemli bir gelişmedir. Bu yöndeki gelişmeleri memnuniyetle karşılıyoruz" denildi.MSB Basın ve Halkla İlişkiler Müşaviri ve Bakanlık Sözcüsü Tuğamiral Zeki Aktürk, Afyonkarahisar Zabit Yurdu'nda haftalık basın bilgilendirme toplantısı düzenledi. Aktürk, Büyük Taarruz'un ve 30 Ağıustos Zaferi'nin yıl dönümünde başta Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk ve silah arkadaşları olmak üzere Milli Mücadele'nin tüm kahramanlarını, şehitleri ve ebediyete irtihal eden gazileri andı ve hayatta olan gazilere sağlık ve esenlikler diledi. Aktürk, 30 Ağustos Zafer Bayramı ve Türk Silahlı Kuvvetleri Günü kutlamalarına ilişkin şu bilgileri paylaştı:"Ankara'da geçit töreni yapılacak, Deniz Kuvvetlerimiz tarafından 15 yüzer unsur ile İstanbul’da Boğaz Geçişi gerçekleştirilecek, 30 gemi ile 30 liman ziyareti yapılarak gemiler halkımızın ziyaretine açılacak, Kütahya'da Türk Yıldızları, Yenikapı/İstanbul'da ise SOLOTÜRK tarafından gösteri uçuşları icra edilecektir. Kutlamalar kapsamında ayrıca, bugün Kara Kuvvetleri Bando ile Mehteran Birlik Komutanlıklarımızca Afyonkarahisar'da ve 5'inci Kolordu Bölge Bando Komutanlığımızca Havsa/Edirne'de, yarın 1'inci Ordu Bölge Bando Komutanlığımızca İstanbul'da, 30 Ağustos'ta, Hava Kuvvetleri Bando Komutanlığımızca Ankara'da, Güney Deniz Saha Bando Komutanlığımızca Muğla'da, Deniz ve Hava Kuvvetleri Bando Komutanlıkları ile Armoni Mızıkası Komutanlığımızdan müteşekkil Karma Bando ile Mehteran Birlik Komutanlığımızca Ankara'da konserler icra edilecektir. Bu statüyü ihlal edecek her türlü girişim, Yunanistan'ın uluslararası hukuktan kaynaklanan yükümlülükleriyle bağdaşmamaktadır. Bu çerçevede, Rodos'ta İHA üssü kurulmasına yönelik muhtemel bir adımın, Ada'nın gayriaskeri statüsünün ihlali anlamına geleceği gibi Ege'de barış ve istikrara, ayrıca iyi komşuluk ilişkilerine zarar vereceği açıktır. Türkiye, uluslararası antlaşmalardan kaynaklanan hak ve menfaatlerini kararlılıkla korumaya ve bu doğrultuda gerekli tedbirleri almaya devam edecektir." MSB, Somali'de kaçırılan gemiye ilişkin, "Somali karasularında meydana gelen olaya ilişkin olarak, Dışişleri Bakanlığımızla koordinasyon içerisinde Somali makamlarına gerekli destek sağlanmaktadır" açıklamasını yaptı."BEŞ PKK'LI TERÖRİST TESLİM OLDU"Terörle mücadeleye ilişkin bilgi veren Aktürk, hafta içerisinde beş PKK'lı teröristin teslim olduğunu söyledi.Aktürk sınır güvenliğine ilişkin, "Son bir haftada, biri terör örgütü mensubu olmak üzere sınırlarımızdan yasa dışı yollarla geçmeye çalışan 550 şahıs yakalanmış 807 şahıs ise hududu geçemeden engellenmiştir. Böylece 1 Ocak'tan bugüne kadar, sınırlarımızdan yasa dışı yollarla geçmeye çalışırken yakalananların sayısı dokuz bin 80, engellenen kişi sayısı da 47 bin 384 olmuştur. Ayrıca bu hafta içerisinde Hakkari hudut hattında yapılan arama-tarama faaliyetinde 20 kilogram (20 bin 460 gram) uyuşturucu madde ele geçirilmiştir" dedi.NATO Geliştirilmiş Hava Polisliği görevi kapsamında Estonya'da konuşlu iki F-16 uçağının İttifak'ın kolektif savunma ve caydırıcılığı çerçevesinde 21 Ağustos'ta Letonya'ya intikal ettiğini bildiren Aktürk, Letonya Savunma Bakanı ve üst düzey askeri yetkililer ile Riga Büyükelçisi ve Askeri Ataşe tarafından karşılanan uçağın aynı gün Estonya'ya döndüğünü kaydetti. Aktürk sözlerini şöyle sürdürdü:"Güneydoğu Avrupa bölgesinde barış ve istikrarın desteklenmesi, ülkeler arasındaki askeri iş birliği ve iyi komşuluk ilişkilerinin geliştirilmesi amacıyla 1999 yılında teşkil edilen Güneydoğu Avrupa Tugayı (SEEBRIG) Karargahı'nın aktivasyon, komuta devir-teslim ve 27'nci kuruluş yıl dönümü törenleri, bugün 3'üncü Kolordu Komutanlığımızın ev sahipliğinde İstanbul'da icra edilecektir. Bölgenin geleceğinin, tek taraflı güç kullanımıyla değil, uluslararası hukuka, ülkelerin egemenlik ve toprak bütünlüğüne saygıya dayalı bir güvenlik anlayışıyla inşa edilebileceği gerçeğini vurgulayan Aktürk, "Uluslararası toplumun, hakkında soykırım iddiaları kapsamında uluslararası yargı süreçleri devam eden İsrail hükümetinin bölgesel ve küresel barış ve istikrarı tehdit eden eylemleri karşısında somut ve etkili tedbirler almasının elzem olduğunu bir kez daha yineliyoruz" diye konuştu.Kara Kuvvetleri Komutanlığı tarafından muhtelif miktarda Milli Piyade Tüfeği'nin (MPT-76MH) muayene ve kabul faaliyetlerinin tamamlandığını belirten Aktürk, MKE tarafından Modern Makineli Tüfeğin 2025 yılında tamamlanan kara kalifikasyon testlerinin ardından helikopter kullanımına yönelik hava kalifikasyon testleri de başarıyla tamamlandığını kaydetti. Aktürk, MOD 135 elektronik yaklaşım tapası ile çeşitli adet ve çapta silah ve mühimmatın teslimatı gerçekleştiğini söyledi. Aktürk, "Deniz Kuvvetlerimizin insansız hava araçlarına yönelik harekat kabiliyetlerinin geliştirilmesi ve milli sistemlerin deniz platformlarına entegrasyonu çalışmaları kapsamında, BAYKAR tarafından geliştirilen KALKAN dikey iniş kalkışlı insansız hava aracının, deniz şartlarında keşif, gözetleme ve istihbarat görevlerinde kullanım kabiliyetinin test edilmesi amacıyla TCG Anadolu ve TCG Burgazada'da test uçuşları icra edilmiştir" ifadelerini kullandı.Aktürk, Milli Savunma Üniversitesi Kara, Deniz ve Hava Harp Okulları ile Bando Astsubay Meslek Yüksekokulunun 2025-2026 eğitim ve öğretim yılı diploma alma ve sancak devir -teslim törenlerinin 30 Ağustos'ta Ankara'da yapılacağını bildiren Aktürk, Kara Astsubay Meslek Yüksekokulunun Balıkesir'de, Deniz Astsubay Meslek Yüksekokulu'nun Yalova'da, Hava Astsubay Meslek Yüksekokulu'nun ise İzmir'de düzenlenecek diploma alma ve sancak devir teslim törenleri 31 Ağustos'ta yapılacağını söyledi. Aktürk, "2025-2026 eğitim ve öğretim döneminde, Harp Okullarından bin 135 subay, Astsubay Meslek Yüksekokullarından bi 979 astsubayın yanı sıra 19 dost ve müttefik ülkeden 141 subay ve 69 astsubay mezun olacaktır" dedi."TSK'NIN SURİYE ORDUSUNA DESTEĞİ DEVAM EDECEK"Toplantının ardından gazetecilerin soruları MSB tarafından yanıtlandı. Suriye'de faaliyet gösteren SDG'nin feshine ilişkin soru üzerine, "SDG'nin feshi ve Suriye devlet kurumlarına entegrasyonu, Suriye'nin egemenliği ve toprak bütünlüğünün korunması ile 'tek devlet, tek ordu' anlayışının güçlendirilmesi bakımından önemli bir gelişmedir. Bu yöndeki gelişmeleri memnuniyetle karşılıyoruz. Türk Silahlı Kuvvetlerimiz, Suriye'de sağlanan olumlu ivmenin ülke geneline yayılması, istikrarın kalıcı hale getirilmesi ve Suriye ordusunun başta terörle mücadele olmak üzere kapasitesinin geliştirilmesine yönelik desteğini, mevcut askeri iş birliği anlaşması çerçevesinde sürdürmeye devam edecektir" değerlendirmesi yapıldı.Terörsüz Türkiye sürecine ilişkin bir soru üzerine Bakanlık'tan yapılan açıklamada, Milli Savunma Bakanı Yaşar Güler'in de görev aldığı Takip ve Değerlendirme Kurulu'nun Cumhurbaşkanı Yardımcısı Cevdet Yılmaz başkanlığında ilk toplantısını gerçekleştirdiği ve çalışmaların yürütülmesine ilişkin usul ve esaslar ele alınarak dört alt komisyonun kurulmasının kararlaştırıldığı kaydedildi. Açıklamada, "Alt komisyonların teşkiline yönelik çalışmalar, ilgili kurumlarla koordinasyon içerisinde sürdürülmektedir. Terörsüz Türkiye sürecinin sağlıklı ve istikrarlı şekilde ilerlemesi önem arz etmektedir. Bu kapsamda Bakanlığımız, terör örgütü ve bağlantılı yapıların fiilî varlıklarının sona erdiğinin, ellerindeki silah ve mühimmatın tamamının teslim edildiğinin tespit ve teyidine yönelik görevini ilgili kurumlarla koordinasyon içerisinde sürdürecektir" denildi."SÖZLEŞME BİR TEKİL PROJE VEYA PLATFORMLA SINIRLI DEĞİL"Bakanlık ile ABD merkezli bir danışmanlık şirketi arasında imzalanan hizmet sözleşmesine ilişkin haberlere dair soru üzerine, söz konusu çalışmanın Türkiye ile ABD arasında gelişen ilişkilere katkı sağlamak, savunma ve güvenlik alanındaki kurumsal diyaloğu güçlendirmek ve ülkemizin görüş ve önceliklerinin ilgili muhataplara doğru biçimde aktarılmasını temin etmek amacıyla, tamamen profesyonel bir yaklaşımla hazırlanan ortak stratejinin bir ürünü olduğu belirtildi. Devamında, "Her iki ülkenin mevzuatına uygun ve şeffaf biçimde kayıt altına alınan sözleşmenin kapsamı herhangi bir tekil proje veya platformla sınırlı değildir. Bu nedenle çalışmanın yalnızca belirli bir savunma programıyla ilişkilendirilmesi, sözleşmenin kapsamını yansıtmamaktadır" denildi.MSB, Kerpe Adası'nda bulunan Patriot hava sistemlerinin Kerpe'den Girit Adası'na taşınması kararına ilişkin, "Gayriaskeri statüdeki adaların hukuki durumu, 1923 Lozan ve 1947 Paris Barış Antlaşmaları ile açıkça düzenlenmiştir. Yunanistan'ın söz konusu adaları antlaşmalara aykırı şekilde silahlandırmasının hukuka aykırı olduğunu ve bu uygulamadan vazgeçilmesi gerektiğini her fırsatta ifade ediyoruz" denildi. Kararın mevcut yanlış uygulamadan geri dönülmesi yönünde olumlu bir adım olarak değerlendirildiği bildirildi. Şamil Tayyar'dan Seçim Tarihi Açıklaması: Siyaset Sahnesi Isınıyor!

Siyaset arenası 'erken seçim' ihtimalini konuşurken AKP'li eski milletvekili Şamil Tayyar çarpıcı bir değerlendirmede bulundu.Katıldığı bir programda seçim sürecine değinen Tayyar, seçim kararının ekim ayında alınacağını öne sürdü.Seçimlerin Kasım 2027 ya da Nisan 2028'de yapılabileceği ihtimaline dikkat çeken Tayyar, gelecek yıl bu dönemlerde seçim takviminin işlemeye başlayacağını savundu.YAVAŞ ADAY OLACAK MI?Tayyar şunları söyledi:"Siyasette son düzlüğe girdik. Dobësimi i euros ndaj lekut shqiptar ka arritur nivele të pazakonta gjatë muajve të fundit, duke shkaktuar shqetësim te bizneset, eksportuesit dhe qytetarët që mbajnë kursimet në monedhën evropiane. Ndërsa kursi zyrtar i Bankës së Shqipërisë e regjistron euron rreth 92.44 lekë, në tregun real bankar dhe në pikat e këmbimit valutor euroja po blihet në disa raste edhe nën 90 lekë, duke treguar një presion të fortë në rënie ndaj monedhës vendase.VAZHDO LEXIMIN ME POSHTE!Sipas të dhënave të publikuara, një prej bankave më të mëdha në Shqipëri ka regjistruar kurs blerjeje prej vetëm 89.4 lekësh për një euro, një nivel që paraqitet si ndër më të ulëtit e regjistruar ndonjëherë. Kjo do të thotë se qytetarët që shkojnë në bankë për të shitur euro dhe për të marrë lekë, marrin dukshëm më pak para sesa do të merrnin vetëm disa muaj më parë, duke e bërë zhvlerësimin e euros veçanërisht të ndjeshëm për familjet dhe bizneset që kanë të ardhura në euro.Rënia është bërë edhe më e dukshme gjatë sezonit veror, periudhë në të cilën Shqipëria përjeton një hyrje të madhe të valutës së huaj. Miliona turistë që vizitojnë vendin sjellin euro dhe valuta të tjera, ndërsa emigrantët vazhdojnë të dërgojnë remitanca te familjet e tyre. Në të njëjtën kohë, investimet e huaja dhe flukset e tjera financiare shtojnë sasinë e valutës në treg, duke krijuar një ofertë të madhe eurosh kundrejt kërkesës për to.Në vetëm pak muaj, sipas shifrave të publikuara, euroja ka kaluar nga rreth 95.42 lekë më 1 qershor në rreth 89.4 lekë më 25 gusht, që përbën një rënie prej rreth 6.31 për qind. Për një monedhë kryesore ndërkombëtare, një lëvizje e tillë në një periudhë kaq të shkurtër është e rëndësishme dhe tregon se presioni mbi euron në tregun shqiptar është shumë i fortë.Situata nuk është e favorshme për të gjithë. Eksportuesit shqiptarë janë ndër grupet që preken më shumë, sepse një pjesë e madhe e të ardhurave të tyre vijnë në euro, ndërsa shumë prej shpenzimeve të tyre bëhen në lekë. Kur euroja bie, të njëjtat të ardhura të konvertuara në lekë vlejnë më pak, duke ulur marzhet e fitimit dhe duke rritur presionin mbi kompanitë që shesin produkte dhe shërbime jashtë vendit.Në anën tjetër, zhvlerësimi i euros mund të jetë pozitiv për importuesit dhe për disa konsumatorë. Kompanitë që blejnë mallra nga jashtë në euro mund t’i paguajnë ato me më pak lekë, ndërsa personat që kanë kredi në euro por të ardhura në lekë mund të përfitojnë nga një këst më i ulët kur e konvertojnë shumën në monedhën vendase. Edhe personat që marrin paga në euro mund të kenë një situatë më pak të favorshme kur i këmbejnë ato në lekë, por kjo varet nga mënyra se si i përdorin të ardhurat.Edhe monedhat e tjera kanë shënuar dobësim ndaj lekut, megjithëse vëmendja kryesore është përqendruar te euroja. Dollari amerikan është raportuar rreth 79.23 lekë, ndërsa paundi britanik rreth 108.7 lekë. Kjo tregon se nuk bëhet fjalë vetëm për një lëvizje të izoluar të euros, por për një forcim të përgjithshëm të lekut ndaj disa valutave kryesore, megjithëse secila monedhë ndikohet edhe nga faktorë ndërkombëtarë të veçantë.Banka e Shqipërisë ka ndërhyrë në treg për të zbutur presionin mbi kursin dhe për të rritur rezervën valutore. Sipas të dhënave të publikuara, banka ka tërhequr nga tregu rreth 95.5 milionë euro, një shumë dukshëm më e lartë krahasuar me të njëjtën periudhë të vitit të kaluar. Deri në fund të vitit, institucioni planifikon të blejë edhe qindra miliona euro të tjera, në përpjekje për të menaxhuar kushtet e tregut valutor.Megjithatë, ndërhyrja e Bankës së Shqipërisë nuk do të thotë se ajo mund ta përcaktojë plotësisht kursin e euros. Kursi ndikohet nga oferta dhe kërkesa, flukset e turizmit, remitancat, investimet, importet, eksportet dhe faktorë të tjerë ekonomikë. Nëse vazhdojnë të hyjnë shumë euro në ekonomi dhe kërkesa për euro mbetet më e ulët, presioni për forcimin e lekut mund të vazhdojë pavarësisht ndërhyrjeve të bankës qendrore.Ekspertët e tregut kanë ngritur gjithashtu diskutimin mbi euroizimin e ekonomisë shqiptare. Euroja përdoret gjerësisht në kursime, kredi, transaksione dhe pasuri të paluajtshme, ndaj ndryshimet e mëdha të kursit mund të ndikojnë në shumë sektorë njëkohësisht. Një ekonomi më pak e varur nga euroja mund të jetë më pak e ekspozuar ndaj luhatjeve të tilla, megjithëse procesi i deeuroizimit kërkon kohë dhe nuk mund të realizohet menjëherë.Për qytetarët që kanë kursime në euro, situata duhet parë me kujdes dhe jo vetëm përmes panikut që mund të krijojnë titujt e lajmeve. Rënia e euros nuk do të thotë automatikisht se euroja do të vazhdojë të bjerë pafundësisht. When the fan posted a photo of a single-day Dollywood ticket for $99 on X, Hersheypark responded by writing, “Our summer tickets are $49.99.” Another X user tagged Hersheypark directly to ask, “Are you guys going to offer an official apology for this TACTLESS post or keep on ignoring it?” “We certainly respect your concern,” a response from the park read. “A reply clarifying our ticket price in another conversation was posted without seeing the context of the chain so we removed quickly to avoid any confusion or insensitivity over intent. We absolutely apologize for the error.” Parton opened the Dollywood theme park in 1983, in part to boost tourism to the Smoky Mountain community near where she grew up. She retained coownership of Dollywood with Herschend up until her death on Tuesday. Rasuwa, Syabrubesi y el puerto de Gyirong fueron las principales zonas de Nepal afectadas por la riada que ocurrió este miércoles en el país con frontera con China y que dejó al menos 160 fallecidos y centenares de desaparecidos, la mayoría de ellos turistas extranjeros, según se ha revelado por parte del Ministerio de Cultura, Turismo y Aviación Civil local. Las imágenes de inundación arrasando con todo lo que hay sobre este corredor fronterizo se han viralizado desde la madrugada de este 26 de agosto (hora México), y entre las fotos y videos que se han circulado destacan principalmente los captados en Rasuwa, el municipio más afectado por el paso de la riada.  (Foto: X @Plaifahzhang) La tragedia en esta región dejó casas y edificios completamente bajo el agua, lodo escombros, tanto así que en las tomas aéreas apenas se alcanzan a ver los techado de cada una de las edificaciones; sin embargo, antes de esta toma desastrosa, el lugar lucía completamente distinto y lleno de vida con fachadas de color y montañas verdes por los árboles de la región. Hoy los deslizamientos dejaron esta imagen en el olvido, mientras que en el lugar los cuerpos de emergencia se han abierto paso entre el lodo, piedras y otros escombros para buscar sobrevivientes y rescatarlos en medio de la tragedia.De acuerdo con AFP, Ejército nepalí realiza búsquedas aéreas y rescató a decenas de personas del distrito de Rasuwa, uno de los más afectados, según informó el gobierno.El antes de la tragedia también permitía ver en tomas aéreas el río Bhote Koshi en Rusuwa rodeado por viviendas, pero tras la riada solo se ven los destrozos que dejó en su camino. Pueblos enteros arrasadosDavid Fisher, director para Nepal de la Federación Internacional de Sociedades de la Cruz Roja y de la Media Luna Roja (FICR) afirmó que "pueblos enteros y zonas de mercados fueron arrasados".La organización está enviando suministros de emergencia, entre ellos mantas, botiquines de primeros auxilios, camillas y bolsas para cadáveres. Brian Austin Green is opening up about facing a neurological battle that was “never completely diagnosed.” “It was, like, stroke-like symptoms,” Green, 53, shared during his upcoming appearance on the "Really Famous" podcast, per People. “I had internal inflammation, so from diet and then, they think, just emotional stress, not handling things well.” Green explained that his symptoms took a toll on his well-being, sharing that he couldn't do normal activities throughout his day. “I couldn’t read,” he recalled. “I couldn’t write. I couldn’t — who I was, essentially, was no more. My brain and my body completely disconnected.” Green shared that the symptoms began while he was married to Megan Fox from 2010 to 2020 and took him time to fully heal. I had to learn how to sort of do everything again.” Nearly three years prior, Green spoke candidly about his health journey and claimed doctors had initially diagnosed him with vertigo and ulcerative colitis. While Green was bedridden for three months, it was unclear what the illness was stemming from. “Then these neurological things started happening after the vertigo, and that was — it was four and a half years of my life. I got to the point where I shuffled like I was a 90-year-old man,” he said during an episode of Cheryl Burke’s “Sex, Lies and Spray Tans” podcast in 2023. The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum shared that he has since connected his health scare to a “dietary” issue. “It was all undiagnosed by Western medicine, so I ended up having to finally find a doctor that is much more into kinesiology and Eastern medicine,” he said. Green was ultimately told by a new physician that he had “internal inflammation from gluten and dairy,” sharing that the diagnosis came after nearly 200 blood tests and two MRIs. “I had such brain fog that I reintroduced my best friend of, like, 25-plus years to my sister, who he had also known for 25-plus years,” he explained.

Tim Curry opened up about his mortality nearly one year before he died at the age of 80. “I don't fear death," Curry told CBS Sunday Morning in October 2025. "I try to avoid it, as I think we all do. But, I suspect that in the end, I will welcome it. Well, I think it may be very comforting to go bye-bye — and I want to earn it.” The Rocky Horror Picture Show star suffered a stroke in 2012 that left him partially paralyzed. “It was so strange. I was actually having a massage, and the guy who was giving me a massage said, 'I'm worried about you. I think we should call a doctor.' I felt fine,” Curry recalled on the show of his health scare. “I had no symptoms that I was aware of. I wasn't in pain." After being transported to a local hospital, Curry was told that he had a stroke and required brain surgery. After the procedure, the actor underwent rehabilitation to learn how to speak again. “That was very weird. I hated not being able to speak,” he said, also revealing he experienced paralysis on his left side. “My face kind of went sideways.” Curry further hit back at the notion that he pitied himself over the ordeal. “I don't think so. I hope not, because I don't admire self-pity much,” he said. “Another legacy from my mother, I guess. It's one that I'm thankful for: ‘Why are you so important that we have to pity you?’” Curry’s manager confirmed to CBS News on Wednesday, August 26, that the Clue star died. Further details, including a cause of death, were not immediately shared. In the years following his stroke, Curry had remained in good spirits. “I’m doing well,” he told Los Angeles magazine in 2015 after receiving a lifetime achievement award from the Actors Fund, noting that his sense of humor was “absolutely vital” to his recovery. “It’s not tough to maintain. It is just part of my DNA.” At the time, Curry gushed that he felt “lucky” to land the role as  Dr. Frank-N-Furter in 1975’s The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
