E vlerësoj këtë mundësi dhe jam i kënaqur që mundëm të sjellim përpara organit kompetent të vërtetën e plotë mbi ndërhyrjet e paligjshme në strukturën e pronësisë, shpërfilljen e vendimeve gjyqësore dhe cenimin e pronës private”, ka shkruar Pacolli në Facebook. Ai u shpreh se beson në drejtësinë në Shqipëri dhe pret që institucionet kompetente të veprojnë në mënyrë të pavarur për të garantuar respektimin e ligjit.Pacolli shtoi se do të vazhdojë bashkëpunimin me SPAK-un dhe institucionet e tjera deri në sqarimin e plotë të çështjes dhe mbrojtjen e të drejtave të tij ligjore.“Nuk e kam humbur shpresën se në Shqipëri po bëhet drejtësi. Besoj se institucionet e drejtësisë do të veprojnë në mënyrë të pavarur dhe do të garantojnë respektimin e ligjit. Ne do të vazhdojmë të bashkëpunojmë plotësisht me SPAK dhe me çdo institucion kompetent, deri në sqarimin e plotë të së vërtetës dhe mbrojtjen e të drejtave tona ligjore. Askush nuk është mbi ligjin. And I do not want to leave this Earth early because he needs me here."She went on to say that she had wanted to go on 'so I can make more memories with my son', adding: "I want him to remember me…""I thought it wasn't anything sinister"Krystal, who described herself as 'fit, healthy, exercising daily and eating a wholesome, balanced diet' had previously shared some of the symptoms she hadn't realised were linked to her cancer for around three months prior to her being diagnosed."I thought it wasn't anything sinister," she told the Daily Mail.In May 2023 Krystal was taken from her home in Australia by air ambulance to the Alice Springs Hospital."I underwent a series of tests. 'Krystal, I've got bad news...You have cancer'."Unfortunately, things only got worse from there, as Krystal would later be told that after originating in her bowel the cancer had metastasised 'everywhere' including her liver, ovaries, abdomen, as well as finding out that it had caused a stabbing pain, and that a lump under her skin was a tumour."Never in a million years would I think that I would have this cruel disease in my body trying to kill me," she said. "Cancer hurts."The red flag cancer symptoms Krystal ignoredNot only that, but Krystal realised that the cancer had also been the cause of other things she had experienced over the previous months, but had brushed off.For example, she said that she felt 'tired all day, everyday', but had assumed that this had simply been because she was a 'busy mum' who was juggling a lot of things in her life, as well as assuming that troubles with going to the toilet had been due to irritable bowel syndrome.She had said she 'thought it wasn't anything sinister' when she started feeling unexplained pain (TikTok/@stoneinthe0cean)Krystal also warned of other symptoms that she had experienced prior to being diagnosed."I would wake up during the night drenched in sweat, enough so I had to change clothes and sheets. So I ignored this sign."The relationship between night sweats and cancer is unclear. However, researchers believe multiple factors may be involved."Your body’s fight against cancer is one of them. El cantante de música vallenata Carlos Alberto ‘Kbeto’ Zuleta permanece en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos (UCI) de la Clínica Sinaís Vitais, en Bosconia, Cesar, luego del grave accidente de tránsito que sufrió la agrupación durante la madrugada de este lunes 26 de octubre. De acuerdo con información publicada por El Pilón, el artista perdió una de sus piernas debido a la gravedad de las lesiones y continúa bajo pronóstico reservado. Fuentes médicas del hospital consultadas por ese medio señalaron que Zuleta presenta traumatismos severos, con afectaciones vasculares y óseas en ambas extremidades inferiores. La gravedad del compromiso en una de las piernas hizo necesaria su amputación, mientras que la otra continúa bajo evaluación del equipo de especialistas. El siniestro ocurrió cuando el bus en el que se movilizaban los integrantes del equipo musical regresaba de una presentación en Sincelejo, Sucre. Por causas que son materia de investigación, el vehículo se salió de la carretera y cayó desde el puente sobre el río Ariguaní, en el corredor vial entre El Difícil y Bosconia. Preşedintele PSD, Sorin Grindeanu, i-a transmis luni preşedintelui PNL, Ilie Bolojan, că a votat Guvernul Luca Niculescu şi, prin urmare, „nu poate să fugă de răspundere”.Sorin Grindeanu a fost întrebat cum răspunde afirmaţiilor lui Bolojan potrivit căreia liderul PSD ar fi, de fapt, premierul de facto al noului Guvern.„Eu sunt preşedintele Camerei Deputaţilor şi sunt şi preşedintele PSD, partidul care asigură susţinerea politică în Parlament pentru Guvernul Niculescu. Dar prim-ministrul României este domnul Luca Niculescu şi respect acest lucru. Sunt convins că vom avea o colaborare cât se poate de onestă, de transparentă, între PSD, partidul care susţine direct această guvernare, şi domnul Luca Niculescu. De altfel, PSD este singurul partid care şi-a asumat această responsabilitate. Domnul Bolojan a stat şase luni lipit de scaun şi n-a făcut decât să adâncească criza, după care s-a făcut un fel de speaker motivaţional. Dar îi aduc aminte domnului Bolojan că a votat acest Guvern, să nu uite niciodată acest lucru. Prin urmare, nu poate să fugă de răspundere”, a spus Grindeanu la sediul central al PSD.Grindeanu i-a recomandat preşedintelui PNL „să lase un pic tonul mai jos” şi să adopte un ton mai constructiv în raport cu actuala guvernare.„Repet, a votat acest Guvern. Dacă PNL nu vota acest Guvern, nu ar fi trecut de Parlament. Da, e normal, până la urmă ca preşedinte PSD să mă coordonez cu miniştrii PSD. Sot nuk jemi këtu vetëm për të dënuar një krim të rëndë; jemi këtu për të kërkuar përgjigje nga institucionet që kanë pasur përgjegjësi ligjore të veprojnë për mbrojtjen e saj. Sepse kjo grua kishte kërkuar ndihmë, kishte paralajmëruar rrezikun, kishte besuar se institucionet e Republikës së Kosovës do ta dëgjonin dhe do të vepronin. Më 22 tetor, vetëm pak ditë para se të vritej, ajo ishte drejtuar me një letër urgjente Prokurorisë Themelore në Pejë, duke kërkuar veprime të menjëhershme, ekzekutim në një urdhër gjyqësor dhe hetimin e zyrtarëve që, sipas saj, kishin dështuar në përmbushjen e detyrave të tyre. Kush e shqyrtoi? Çfarë veprimesh ndërmori prokuroria? A u vlerësua seriozisht rreziku që ajo kishte paralajmëruar? A u ekzekutua urdhri gjyqësor që ajo përmendte? Dhe, nëse jo, kush ishte përgjegjës për moszbatimin e tij? Këto pyetje kërkojnë përgjigje konkrete dhe jo arsyetime të përgjithshme. Të nderuar deputetë, prokuroria nuk mund të jetë vetëm institucion që vepron pasi një krim të ketë ndodhur. Ajo ka përgjegjësi të veprojë me urgjencë kur ekzistojnë paralajmërime konkrete për rrezikun ndaj jetës. Po kështu, gjykata duhet t’i trajtojë rastet e dhunës ndaj grave me seriozitetin që e kërkojnë rrethanat. Vendimet gjyqësore nuk mund të mbeten vetëm në letër; ato duhet të zbatohen dhe institucionet përgjegjëse duhet të sigurojnë që masat mbrojtëse të jenë efektive. Çfarë kuptimi ka një urdhër gjyqësor nëse ai nuk zbatohet?”, shtoi Nagavci.Ajo potencoi se do të formohet komision hetimor parlamentar jo që të zëvendësojë hetimin, por të hetojë secilën hallkë që ka dështuar në këtë rast.

TBGazeta Minuti arbn · October 26, 2026 · Uncategorized Personi i dyshuar për ngjarjen tragjike në Vitomiricë të Pejës, ku humbi jetën Arlinda Sylaj Zekaj, vazhdon të jetë në kërkim nga Policia e Kosovës.Këtë e kanë bërë të ditur autoritetet policore mëngjesin e së hënës, më 26 tetor, duke konfirmuar se personi i identifikuar si i dyshuar ende nuk është lokalizuar.Sipas raportimeve të mëhershme, bëhet fjalë për kunatin e viktimës, i cili dyshohet se ishte larguar nga vendi i ngjarjes.Policia e Kosovës ka njoftuar se po vazhdon veprimet për gjetjen e tij, ndërsa hetimet për sqarimin e plotë të rrethanave janë në zhvillim.Ngjarja kishte ndodhur mbrëmjen e së dielës, më 25 tetor, në fshatin Vitomiricë të Pejës, vetëm pak kohë pasi 49-vjeçarja kishte kërkuar ndihmë nga institucionet policore lidhur me një rast familjar.Sipas njoftimit zyrtar, rreth orës 19:00, Stacioni Policor në Pejë kishte pranuar një raportim për dhunë në familje.Pas këtij raportimi, Arlinda ishte shoqëruar në stacionin policor, ku kishte dhënë deklaratën e saj para zyrtarëve përgjegjës.Në kuadër të procedurave ishte intervistuar edhe bashkëshorti i saj, i cili më pas ishte ndaluar për 48 orë lidhur me rastin e raportuar.Pas përfundimit të procedurave policore, Arlinda kishte shprehur dëshirën që të kthehej në banesën e saj në Vitomiricë.Sipas Policisë, kthimi i saj në shtëpi ishte realizuar me vullnetin e saj.Megjithatë, rreth orës 21:10, autoritetet kishin pranuar një njoftim tjetër, sipas të cilit 49-vjeçarja ishte gjetur pa shenja jete.Menjëherë pas pranimit të informacionit, në vendin e ngjarjes kishin dalë njësitë policore dhe ekipi mjekësor, i cili kishte konstatuar vdekjen e saj.Nga të dhënat fillestare, autoritetet kanë ngritur dyshime se ngjarja ishte shkaktuar nga veprimet e një personi tjetër, ndërsa rrethanat e sakta mbeten objekt i hetimeve.Për këtë rast, si person i dyshuar është identifikuar kunati i Arlindës, i cili, sipas raportimit të fundit policor, vazhdon të jetë në arrati.Ndërkohë, për ngjarjen është njoftuar Prokurori i Shtetit, i cili ka dalë në vendin e ngjarjes për të mbikëqyrur veprimet hetimore.Autoritetet po punojnë për sigurimin e provave dhe sqarimin e zhvillimeve që i paraprinë ngjarjes, përfshirë periudhën ndërmjet kthimit të Arlindës në banesë dhe njoftimit të marrë nga Policia.Rasti ka tërhequr vëmendje të madhe edhe për shkak të informacioneve se Arlinda, vetëm tri ditë më parë, kishte dorëzuar një kërkesë urgjente në Prokurorinë Themelore në Pejë.Në parashtresën e datës 22 tetor, ajo kishte kërkuar ndërhyrjen e institucioneve përgjegjëse, zbatimin e një vendimi gjyqësor dhe shqyrtimin e veprimeve të disa zyrtarëve.Prokuroria ka konfirmuar pranimin e kësaj kërkese, duke bërë të ditur se ajo ishte regjistruar për trajtim dhe u ishte përcjellë institucioneve përkatëse.Ndërkohë, reagime të shumta janë bërë publike nga përfaqësues institucionalë, avokatë dhe qytetarë, të cilët kanë kërkuar sqarimin e mënyrës se si ishin trajtuar shqetësimet e viktimës.Policia e Kosovës ka bërë të ditur se hetimet vazhdojnë, ndërsa kërkimi për personin e dyshuar mbetet një nga veprimet kryesore të autoriteteve.Përgjegjësia eventuale penale e personit të dyshuar do të përcaktohet përmes procedurave përkatëse ligjore.Burimi: Policia e Kosovës / Klan Kosova.

En las primeras horas de este lunes 26 de octubre, el presidente de Colombia, Abelardo de la Espriella, se pronunció sobre los resultados de las elecciones presidenciales de Brasil, en las que salió victorioso y reelegido el presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. El líder progresista brasileño sacó un total de 52,8 % de los votos en la segunda vuelta, imponiéndose al senador ultraderechista Flávio Bolsonaro (48,2 %). Con estos resultados, Lula da Silva superó la propia marca que estableció en enero de 2023, cuando regresó al Palacio de Planalto con 77 años, tras su victoria sobre el entonces presidente Jair Bolsonaro en las presidenciales de 2022.
