Kosovo Braces for Snow and Cold Weather with Temperatures Dropping to -1°C

19:16 | 1 Nëntor 2026 Java e parë e muajit nëntor do të shoqërohet me vranësira, reshje shiu dhe mot të ftohtë.Instituti Hidrometeorologjik i Kosovës (IHMK) ka paralajmëruar se të martën, në viset e larta, reshjet mund të përzihen edhe me borë.Sipas parashikimit të IHMK-së për periudhën 2–6 nëntor, temperaturat minimale do të lëvizin nga -1 deri në 4 gradë Celsius, ndërsa ato maksimale nga 5 deri në 11 gradë. Reshjet më të theksuara pritet të jenë të martën, më 3 nëntor, kur moti do të jetë i vranët dhe me shi, ndërsa në zonat e larta malore parashihen reshje të përziera shiu dhe bore. Temperaturat atë ditë do të sillen nga 0 deri në 8 gradë Celsius.Edhe të hënën, të mërkurën dhe të enjten pritet mot kryesisht i vranët, me mundësi për reshje lokale shiu. Temperaturat maksimale gjatë këtyre ditëve nuk pritet të kalojnë 11 gradë.Përmirësim gradual i motit parashihet të premten, më 6 nëntor, kur do të ketë intervale me diell. Megjithatë, mëngjesi do të jetë më i ftohtë, me temperatura minimale që mund të zbresin deri në -1 gradë Celsius.IHMK ka bërë të ditur se kushtet biometeorologjike do të jenë mesatarisht të pafavorshme, për shkak të temperaturave të ulëta, vranësirave dhe lagështisë së shtuar të ajrit. Këto ndryshime mund të ndikojnë veçanërisht te personat me sëmundje kronike, reumatike dhe të sistemit të frymëmarrjes.Instituti rekomandon që qytetarët të përdorin veshje më të ngrohta gjatë ditëve në vijim, ndërsa reshjet e paralajmëruara pritet të ndihmojnë edhe në rimbushjen e rezervave të lagështisë në tokë.

U ovoj tragediji, 16 osoba je izgubilo život, a među njima je i mladić Stefan Hrka. Njegova majka Dijana Hrka postala je jedan od simbola protesta protekle dve godine, a u razgovoru za Nova.rs govori o svemu što je preživela. Oglas Pad nadstrešnice u Novom Sadu dogodio se na glavnoj železničkoj stanici, koja je otvorena samo nekoliko meseci ranije, nakon renoviranja.U ovoj nezapamćenoj tragediji živote su izgubili devojčice Valentina i Sara Firić, njihov deda Đorđe Firić, Milica Adamović, Nemanja Komar, Stefan Hrka, Sanja Ćirić Arbutina, Goranka Raca, Vukašin Raković, Milan Karanović, Đuro Švonja, Vasko Sazdovski, Anja Radonjić, Vukašin Crnčević, Miloš Milosavljević i njegova devojka Anđela Ruman, koja je u trenutku pada nadstrešnice bila trudna.Dijana Hrka, majka Stefana Hrke, jedne od 16 žrtava pada nadstrešnice, za portal Nova.rs u potresnoj ispovesti navodi da da je njen život od velike tragedija jako komplikovan i da se promenio iz korena, kao i da ne živi ni približno kao što je živela."Najteže je kad pogledaš u telefon, a nema poruke, nema poziva. To mnogo boli. Često idem na groblje, najmanje dva puta nedeljno. Odem gore, ispričam se sa Stefanom i bude mi na neki način lakše u tom momentu. Kažu da vreme leči sve, ali lažu. Vreme ne leči ništa. Meni se ništa nije zalečilo, svakog dana mi je sve teže i teže. Jako je teško živeti sa ovim", kaže Dijana Hrka. Nadam se da će policija i tužilaštvo početi da rade svoj posao i da će se rešavati slučaj nadstrešnice. Meni ova pobeda mnogo znači, zaista, baš zbog nadstrešnice. Želim da saznam ko je ubio moje dete i da ti ljudi budu osuđeni", ispričala je neutešna majka. Mnogo je bilo nesreća i nadam se da će sada sve to izaći na površinu. Znam šta znači kada ne znaš ko ti je ubio najrođenijeg. Mislim da ćemo sada i u tim slučajevima saznati šta se desilo i ko je sve to uradio. To što su studenti preuzeli borbu na sebe, nas treba da bude sramota. Imali su kičmu koju mi nismo imali. Treba da se zahvaljujemo ovoj deci dok smo živi. Pokrenuli su lavinu, pokrenuli su nas kao narod, pokrenuli su nas sve i uspeli su u tome", kaže Dijana Hrka.Naša sagovornica naglašava da je Studentska lista odnela pobedu, upravo zato što su studenti bili veoma odgovorni i za sve čekali pravi momenat. Sada ćemo čekati pravdu i odgovornost i za one koji su pretučeni. Nadam se da ćemo uspeti da rešimo sve što nam se dešavalo. Jesmo pobedili, ali prava borba tek predstoji, na svim poljima. Znate u kakvom je stanju naša država", kaže majka mladića Stefana.Hrka naglašava da bi pravda mogla biti zadovoljena samo onda kada svi krivi budu budu osuđeni na adekvatne zatvorske kazne."Opet ponavljam: Aleksandar Vučić, Milorad Dodik i Zorana Mihajlović. Njih troje prvi, pa ostalih 13, pa sve firme koje su učestvovale, izvođači i podizvođači. Da svi budu saslušani i da budu u zatvoru. Onda bi, na neki način, pravda bila zadovoljena. Pravda nikada neće biti zadovoljena u celini. Uvek će neko tu malo da se izvuče", navodi naša sagovornica.Njena jedina želja jeste da institucije samo počnu da rade svoj posao i da budu odgovorne u svom delovanju. Mislim da će nova vlada, kada se sastavi, biti mnogo odgovornija i da će mnogo bolje funkcionisati. I da će svi biti pozvani na odgovornost. To je pod broj jedan", kaže maja nastradalog mladića.Posebnu zahvalnost je ponovo istakla studentima koji su mnogo dali ovoj zemlji i žrtvovali sebi da bi svi danas živeli u boljoj državi."Neka od njih su čak zamrzli i godine studija da bi bili na ulici, da bi se borili za sve nas i za odgovornost za sve poginule. Imala sam osećaj da će pravda za Stefana biti dostižna, da ćemo uspeti i da Stefan to vidi. Znam da bi, kada bi mogao da vidi šta se dešava, bio srećan i ponosan na mene. Znao bi da nije zaboravljen i da nikada neće biti zaboravljen, ne samo on nego svih 16 žrtava", kaže Hrka.Dubona, Ribnikar, Malo OrašjeNaša sagovornica naglašava da je važno pominjati sve žrtve, poput stradalih u "Ribnikaru", Duboni, Malom Orašju, ali i svih tragedija koje su zadesile Srbiju za prethodnim godinama."Mnogo je tragedija bilo. Treba uvek sve da ih pomenemo i da se više takve tragedije ne ponavljaju. Sada slučaj nadstrešnice treba da se reši kako treba, da nikada više ne bi došlo do sličnih stvari i da se tragedije ne bi ponavljale. Treba zauvek da naučimo da korupcija ubija. Niko nikada ne treba da uzme ni dinar da bi potpisao neki papir ili uradio nešto što nije legalno, pa da zbog toga drugi ljudi ginu i da neko pati", navodi neutešna žena. Da su njegovi drugari bili uz njega, njegove profesorke, učiteljice i vaspitačice. Da su svi bili uz njega, da je cela njegova Srbija bila uz njega. I da su studenti bili tu, da je mogao da vidi tu mladost koja je ustala da se bori za njega. Bio bi sigurno ponosan na sve nas. Sa Stefanom svakodnevno pričam kada odem na groblje. Pričam i kod kuće, sa njegovom slikom, i na groblju. Sine, pobedili smo. Još malo pa ćemo ostvariti i konačnu pobedu, baš onako kako bi trebalo. Ona je, podsetimo, avgusta 2025. godine optužila Krička, koji je tada bio komandant Jedinice za obezbeđenje posebnih ličnosti i objekata, za fizičko i seksualno zlostavljanje prilikom privođenja nakon protesta u Beogradu. Oglas Nikolina Sinđelić, studentkinja Fakulteta političkih nauka i žrtva policijskog nasilja, danas je simbol otpora i hrabrosti u borbi protiv sistema koji je pokušao da je ućutka i ponizi.Za Marka Krička, njenog zlostavljača, do danas nije bilo odgovornosti, sve dok nije saopšteno da je uhapšen, ali ne zbog njenog slučaja, nego zbog sumnje na zloupotrebu službenog položaja u slučaju ubistva Aleksandra Nešovića Baje na Senjaku.Nikolina za Nova.rs kaže da joj je drago što je napokon došlo do hapšenja jer, kako naglašava, postoji mnogo stvari koje je Kričak radio, a za šta nije odgovarao."Nadam da će sve ići svojim tokom, iako ja ne mogu još uvek da se radujem, jer nisam navikla da se u državi sve ovo dešava što se inače dešava prethodnih dana. Baš sam pričala s ukućanima o tome i zaista je neverovatno da toliko čekamo pravdu i onda stigne baš danas. Nadam se da će pravda stići i za sve žrtve tragedije jer njih ne smemo nikada da zaboravimo", kaže studentkinja Nikolina.Podsetimo, Marko Kričak je i tuženi i oštećeni u nekoliko postupaka koji se vode po različitim tužilaštvima i sudovima po Beogradu.Advokati Nikoline Sinđelić podneli su krivičnu prijavu krajem avgusta prošle godine protiv Krička, koga je studentkinja optužila da joj je pretio silovanjem. Istraga i dalje tapka u mestu, dok se Kričak, sve dok nije uhapšen, šetao i bio deo zvanične delegacije MUP Srbije prilikom poseta drugim zemljama.U međuvremenu je Marko Kričak tužio studentkinju i to početkom novembra prošle godine zbog povrede ugleda i časti. Iako je ta tužba podneta skoro tri meseca kasnije, postupak je već u toku.Nikolina je, podsetimo, u avgustu 2025. godine dospela u žižu javnosti nakon što je optužila policiju za brutalno fizičko i psihičko maltretiranje.Ona je privedena tokom protesta u Beogradu, nakon čega je iznela optužbe da su je pripadnici Jedinice za obezbeđenje određenih ličnosti i objekata (JZO) podvrgli torturi.
