21:37 | 30 Tetor 2026 Nën mbikëqyrjen e Komisionit të Prokurorisë së Lartë Publike të Serbisë, me udhëzim të kryeprokurores Zagorka Dolovac, është edhe rasti kundër biznesmenit kontrovers Milan Radoiçiq, i dyshuar për organizimin e sulmit terrorist në Banjskë, në veri të Kosovës.Vëmendje e veçantë po i kushtohet rrethanave në të cilat Radoiçiqit nuk iu caktua masa e paraburgimit pas marrjes në pyetje në Prokurorinë e Lartë Publike në Beograd, pavarësisht rëndësisë së veprave penale për të cilat dyshohet.Sipas informacioneve të portalit nova.rs, një nga arsyet e përmendura për moscaktimin e paraburgimit ishte edhe fakti se prokurori i atëhershëm, Nikola Panteliq, në kërkesën e tij për caktimin e kësaj mase kishte paraqitur vetëm një rrethanë që mund të tregonte se Radoiçiqi, nëse do të qëndronte i lirë, mund ta pengonte procedurën. Bëhej fjalë për rrezikun e arratisjes, ndonëse kjo rrethanë konsiderohej e pabazuar, pasi Radoiçiqi ishte dorëzuar vetë dhe ishte paraqitur vullnetarisht për t’u marrë në pyetje në Prokurorinë e Lartë Publike.Komisioni pritet të shqyrtojë edhe arsyet përse prokurori Panteliq nuk iu referua tri rrethanave të tjera që mund të justifikonin caktimin e paraburgimit: rrezikut të përsëritjes së veprës penale, ndikimit te dëshmitarët dhe shqetësimit të opinionit publik.Panteliqi ndërkohë është avancuar në pozitën e shefit të Prokurorisë së Lartë Publike në Pançevë.Gjykata e refuzoi kërkesën për paraburgimPas përfundimit të marrjes në pyetje të Radoiçiqit, prokurori kishte kërkuar që atij t’i caktohej paraburgimi deri në 30 ditë. Në kërkesë ishte theksuar edhe se ai herë pas here qëndronte jashtë vendbanimit të tij për më shumë se 90 ditë, pa e raportuar këtë.Megjithatë, gjyqtarja që trajtonte rastin e refuzoi kërkesën, duke vlerësuar se lidhjet personale, familjare dhe pasurore të Radoiçiqit me Beogradin, paraqitja vullnetare në polici dhe dorëzimi i pasaportës ishin të mjaftueshme për të garantuar praninë e tij në procedurë. Në vend të paraburgimit, ndaj tij u vendosën disa masa kufizuese. Atij iu ndalua largimi nga Serbia pa miratimin e gjykatës, iu konfiskua përkohësisht pasaporta dhe iu caktua detyrimi që të paraqitej rregullisht në polici.Gjithashtu, gjykata ia ndaloi udhëtimin drejt Kosovës, duke e paralajmëruar se mund t’i caktohej paraburgimi nëse shkelte ndalesat dhe detyrimet e përcaktuara.Kryeprokurorja Zagorka Dolovac kishte nxjerrë një udhëzim të detyrueshëm për të gjitha 87 prokuroritë në Serbi, duke kërkuar që anëtarëve të një komisioni të posaçëm t’u mundësohej qasja në çdo lëndë që ata kërkojnë të shqyrtojnë.Mbikëqyrja përfshin veçanërisht rastet që lidhen me veprat penale kundër jetës dhe trupit, lirive dhe të drejtave të qytetarëve, të drejtave zgjedhore, ekonomisë, rendit kushtetues dhe sigurisë së Serbisë, si dhe detyrës zyrtare. However, she was unable to actually reveal her identity as she left the roundtable.Maya was eliminated at the last roundtable (BBC)But it turned out a 'good luck' comment from Maya as she left the roundtable raised further suspicion ahead of the endgame.Fans say Maya 'deserved' winThere’s no denying Maya Jama would’ve been a deserving winner.The only original remaining Traitor of the series, she largely escaped suspicion until the last hurdle, and threw her teammates James, Richard and Hannah under the bus when necessary.She also held court in the turret, hitting back at negative comments online after she dressed down James Acaster for his lack of involvement in the puzzles task, refusing to remove his blindfold and help out, telling him: "James, you did leave us out to dry. The show has been a ratings winner for the broadcaster.And at the beginning of Friday night’s final, eagle-eyed Faithful Michael Sheen was dramatically killed off in the last murder of the series, in a move fans called ‘obvious’ and ‘stupid’.But that wasn’t the only shock twist, as original Traitor Maya was banished without revealing her true identity.The final roundtable (BBC)The end to a dramatic seasonThis latest season certainly hasn't been short of unexpected drama.From Richard E Grant’s major blunder, when he appeared to accidentally reveal his identity as a Traitor in the first episode, to James Acaster being recruited into the secret group but calling himself the ‘reluctant Traitor’, the series has delivered plenty of tense TV moments.The most recent of those came on Thursday night’s episode (29 October) when comedian James left both his fellow contestants and viewers at home stunned.In a Traitors-first, he admitted his role as a Traitor during the roundtable while facing heat from Michael Sheen, cracking under the pressure and making a full confession before he was subsequently banished.It meant he was out of the running, leaving original Traitor Maya Jama, and the recruited King Kenny left to fend for themselves against Faithfuls Michael Sheen, James Blunt, Romesh Ranganathan, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Sebastian Croft.James had been recruited as a Traitor but seemed fundamentally uncomfortable with the job.The penultimate episode also saw Maya, who had just an episode earlier been unbelievably voted one of the most trustworthy along with two fellow Traitors James and Kenny, make a slip of the tongue which viewers suggested could’ve seen her banished.As she raised her glass to clink ‘cheers’, she accidentally toasted ‘to killing them’ before quickly realising her mistake and correcting herself by saying: "To banishing them, even."Michael Sheen's risky exitAfter a rocky season, with the likes of Michael Sheen and James Blunt repeatedly putting their money on the wrong Faithfuls resulting in their banishment, including actress Julie Hesmondalgh, Sheen then flipped the switch and was actually bang on the money when leading the charge to the final.Michael Sheen reacting to his murder (BBC)Maya Jama and James Acaster decided to murder Sharon Rooney – something viewers thought they would ultimately pay the price for.The rogue decision confused a lot of the Faithfuls the next day and as it went on, they suddenly all seemed to suspect the three Traitors.Of course, this then led to the baffling round table that saw Maya under incredible heat from a spot-on Michael Sheen before James decided to throw the towel in and confessed to being a Traitor.Sharon’s murder was dubbed a mistake, due to the heat she had on her at the dead-locked roundtable with Joanne McNally.However it allowed Michael Sheen to emerge as one of the season's most determined Traitor hunters, with his suspicions about Maya Jama and the others helping to set up the explosive endgame.He was also able to suss out James Acaster before his bombshell admission before he was murdered at the last hurdle.

Tužilaštvo je u dosadašnjem toku predistražnog postupka razgovaralo sa 33 oštećena i ispitalo osam svedoka, dok iz medicinske dokumentacije proizilazi da je jedan oštećeni zadobio teške telesne povrede. U međuvremenu, valjevski studenti i građani traže ostavke petorice policijskih rukovodilaca, a građani ispred policijske stanice čitaju imena onih za koje smatraju da snose odgovornost za nasilje tokom protesta u avgustu prošle godine. Oglas Zahtev za neopozive ostavke upućen je načelniku Policijske uprave Valjevo Vladi Jeriniću, njegovom zameniku Milanu Simiću, načelniku Odeljenja policije Draganu Dobrisavljeviću, načelniku Odeljenja saobraćajne policije Predragu Radosavljeviću i komandiru Policijske ispostave Valjevo Milanu Cvijiću.„Lustracija je počela ovog trenutka. Po lancu komandne odgovornosti imaju 24 časa da podnesu ostavke. Ovo nije ultimatum, ovo je upozorenje“, poručio je okupljenima ispred zgrade Policijske uprave Vladimir Janković, bivši potpukovnik policije iz Valjeva.Studenti i građani ne traže samo odgovornost neposrednih izvršilaca policijskog nasilja već i odgovornost rukovodilaca koji se nalaze na čelu policijske uprave i njenih organizacionih jedinica.Oni su pokušala da uruče zahtev policijskom rukovodstvu, ali su ih, pre nekoliko dana, na ulazu dočekala zatvorena vrata i ugašena svetla. Iako su tražili da uđu i razgovaraju sa predstavnicima policije, odgovora nije bilo.Noć u kojoj su policajci tukli i ljude koji nisu bili na protestuDa bi se razumelo zbog čega je pitanje odgovornosti policije ponovo u središtu pažnje u Valjevu, treba se vratiti na protest održan 14. avgusta 2025. godine.Te noći gradom su se proširili snimci policajaca koji udaraju građane, uključujući ljude koji su već ležali na betonu i nisu pružali otpor. Na meti su se našli učesnici protesta, ali i ljudi koji su se zatekli na ulici ili u obližnjim lokalima.Neki od pretučenih građana kasnije su svedočili da su ih policajci izvlačili iz objekata, tukli na ulici, a potom privodili. Pojedini su tvrdili da im nije pružena odgovarajuća medicinska pomoć, iako su imali vidljive povrede.Ni danas nije razjašnjeno zbog čega je policijska intervencija u Valjevu prerasla u nasilje takvih razmera. Ostalo je otvoreno pitanje da li je reč o postupanju koje je izmaklo kontroli ili o naređenju da se sila primenjuje u što većoj meri. Dodatnu zabrinutost izazvala je činjenica da su u intervenciji učestvovali i policajci iz drugih gradova.Jedno od najupečatljivijih svedočenja dao je mladić iz Valjeva koji je te večeri sa prijateljima otišao u kladionicu da gleda utakmicu Partizana i Hibernijana. Nakon završetka meča, društvo je krenulo kući, ali se vratilo u lokal kada je primetilo da se nešto dešava na ulici.Tada je, kako je ispričao za Novu, u kladionicu upalo između deset i 15 policajaca.„U kladionicu je upalo 10-15 policajaca i počeli su da biju sve redom. Ja sam pokušao da izađem na druga vrata, ali su me trojica stigla. Tukli su me i tu i ispred, pored marice. Nisu mnogo pričali, samo su tukli“, ispričao je mladić, čiji identitet nije objavljen na njegov zahtev.Kako je naveo, nikada ranije nije učestvovao na protestima, nije bio politički opredeljen i nije razumeo zbog čega je postao meta policije.„Prvi udarac sam dobio sa leđa. Nisam pružao nikakav otpor, jer sam se plašio da ću dobiti još batina, ali su oni nastavili da nas biju. Tukli su nas i tu unutra, a onda i kada su nas izveli, pored marice“, rekao je.Policajci su ga, prema njegovom svedočenju, udarali pesnicama u lice, po ustima i nosu, kao i pendrecima po leđima i nogama.Nakon prebijanja je priveden. Pošto, kako mu je rečeno, nije bilo mesta u policijskoj stanici, odveden je u istražni zatvor u Kazneno-popravnom domu u Valjevu, gde je proveo između deset i 12 sati, pre nego što je pušten.„Imao sam tragove od udaraca na licu, na ustima i nosu. Tu su me udarali pesnicama. Udarali su nas i pendrecima. Mene su udarali po leđima i nogama“, ispričao je.I gotovo godinu dana kasnije, kako je rekao za Novu, nije znao zbog čega su ga policajci tukli niti zašto su ga uhapsili.Njegovo svedočenje pokazuje da nasilje te noći nije bilo ograničeno na učesnike protesta. Prema iskazima oštećenih, policajci su udarali i ljude koji su pokušavali da se sklone od dešavanja, a među njima je bilo i mladih koji nisu imali nikakve veze sa demonstracijama.Oko 30 oštećenih, 28 prijavljenih policajaca i istraga JTOK-aNakon događaja u Valjevu, 27 oštećenih podnelo je krivičnu prijavu protiv 28 policijskih službenika zbog sumnje na zlostavljanje i mučenje. Među prijavljenima su bili rukovodioci i policajci iz više policijskih uprava i stanica, uključujući Valjevo, Mionicu, Ljig, Ub, Osečinu, Prijepolje, Priboj i Užice, kao i nepoznati policijski službenici.Advokat Milan Mijailović, koji zastupa deo oštećenih, rekao je za Novu da pravni tim zastupa oko 30 građana, među kojima ima i maloletnika.„Ljude su izvlačili iz lokala i tukli na ulici, neki od onih koji su dobili batine čak nisu ni učestvovali na protestu“, naveo je Mijailović.Prema njegovim rečima, neki građani koji su ranije ćutali odlučili su da daju iskaze kada su saznali da je JTOK preuzeo predmet. Specijalni sud Foto:FoNet/Milica Vučković U odgovoru na pitanja Nove.rs, JTOK je naveo da su spisi predmeta Osnovnog javnog tužilaštva u Valjevu, formirani po krivičnoj prijavi 27 oštećenih zbog događaja od 14. i 15. avgusta 2025. godine, dostavljeni tom tužilaštvu 15. maja 2026. godine, zajedno sa rešenjem Vrhovnog javnog tužilaštva od 14. maja.Sa spisima je dostavljen i izveštaj Sektora unutrašnje kontrole MUP-a, sa prikupljenim obaveštenjima od policijskih službenika, o čemu su sačinjene službene beleške. Izveštaj je prethodno izrađen po zahtevu Osnovnog javnog tužilaštva u Valjevu.JTOK je potvrdio da su mu nakon toga, povodom istog događaja, dostavljene krivične prijave još sedam oštećenih lica. Poslednja prijava podneta je 5. oktobra 2026. godine.„U dosadašnjem toku predistražnog postupka, Javno tužilaštvo za organizovani kriminal je obavilo razgovor sa 33 oštećena i ispitalo osam svedoka. Iz prikupljene medicinske dokumentacije proizilazi da je jedan oštećeni zadobio teške telesne povrede“, navodi se u odgovoru JTOK-a.Tužilaštvo je potvrdilo i da su na održavanju javnog reda i mira tokom okupljanja građana 14. i 15. avgusta prošle godine u Valjevu bili angažovani pripadnici policijskih uprava u Valjevu, Užicu i Prijepolju. JTOK-u su iz sve tri uprave dostavljeni izveštaji o angažovanju pripadnika interventnih jedinica policije tokom ta dva dana.U nastavku predistražnog postupka zakazano je prikupljanje obaveštenja od još dva oštećena. Naloženo je i veštačenje telesnih povreda oštećenih koji su naknadno podneli krivične prijave ili dostavili medicinsku dokumentaciju, kao i prikupljanje drugih potrebnih podataka radi utvrđivanja potpunog činjeničnog stanja.JTOK je naveo da u ovoj fazi ne može da dostavi više podataka jer je predistražni postupak u toku. Kako su objasnili, objavljivanje dodatnih informacija moglo bi da oteža prikupljanje i obezbeđivanje dokaza u odnosu na sve učesnike postupka.Postupak protiv Katarine Petrović i oduzimanje čina njenom supruguPored ostavki policijskih rukovodilaca, studenti su zatražili i obustavljanje disciplinskih postupaka protiv policajke Katarine Petrović, njen povratak na posao, kao i preispitivanje postupaka protiv njenog supruga Gorana Petrovića kome je i zvanično MUP oduzeo čin.Katarina Petrović je majorka policije iz Valjeva koja je obelodanila policijski izveštaj o saobraćajnoj nezgodi koju je izazvao Nikola Petrović, kum predsednika Srbije Aleksandra Vučića. Zbog toga je protiv nje vođen krivični postupak zbog odavanja službene tajne. Viši sud u Valjevu oslobodio ju je optužbe, a oslobađajuća presuda je potom potvrđena. Katarina Petrović. U martu ove godine ponovo je privremeno udaljena sa posla, nakon disciplinske prijave zbog izjava koje je dala na promociji svoje knjige „Na putu ka slobodi“.U međuvremenu je disciplinski postupak pokrenut i protiv njenog supruga Gorana Petrovića, oficira saobraćajne policije u Valjevu. Njemu je izrečena mera oduzimanja stečenog čina i određivanja nižeg čina zbog karikature objavljene na privatnom Fejsbuk profilu u novembru 2024. godine.Kako je objavila Nova.rs, Petrović je podneo prigovor na prvostepenu odluku, ukazujući na nepravilnosti u postupku. Posebnu pažnju izazvala je činjenica da su četvorica policajaca koji su svedočili protiv njega, prema navodima iz prigovora, isti oni protiv kojih se vodi predistražni postupak zbog prebijanja građana u Valjevu.Taj podatak dodatno je povezao disciplinske postupke protiv Petrovića sa slučajem policijskog nasilja, zbog kojeg građani i dalje čekaju odgovor institucija.Zahtev studenata da se obustave postupci protiv Katarine Petrović i preispitaju postupci protiv njenog supruga zato je deo šireg zahteva za odgovornost i drugačiji odnos policije prema građanima, ali i prema pripadnicima sopstvenih redova. Njegove izjave dolaze samo nekoliko dana nakon što je Studentska lista pobedila na vanrednim parlamentarnim izborima održanim 25. oktobra, osvojivši oko 140 od ukupno 250 poslaničkih mesta. Oglas Kako prenosi Klix.ba, Dodik je u razgovoru za ATV istakao da vlasti Republike Srpske ne smeju da dovode u pitanje dobre odnose sa Srbijom, bez obzira na to ko se nalazi na njenom čelu.„Mi moramo da vodimo računa, da gradimo najbolje odnose sa Srbijom i mi u vlasti u Republici Srpskoj ne kalkulišemo u tom pogledu. Najbolji odnosi sa vlastima su za nas primarni politički posao“, izjavio je Dodik.Na pitanje o njegovoj otvorenoj podršci Vučiću tokom kampanje, Dodik je podsetio da je svojevremeno podržavao i nekadašnjeg predsednika Srbije Borisa Tadića.„Da li si primetio da sam bio na poslednjem mitingu Borisa Tadića? Nisi primetio. A to je moj posao. Mi iz Republike Srpske moramo tako da radimo. Mi moramo da budemo uz zvanično izabrane ljude u Srbiji“, rekao je Dodik.Dodao je da je sa Vučićem imao odličnu saradnju po brojnim pitanjima, posebno kada je reč o odnosu prema Republici Srpskoj, ali da to ne znači da ne želi dobre odnose sa novim vlastima.„A kako ja da izbegnem dobre odnose? Ja želim da imam dobre odnose sa svima“, poručio je.Od uvreda na račun studenata do čestitke na pobediDodikove najnovije izjave predstavljaju značajan zaokret u odnosu na retoriku koju je koristio neposredno pred izbore.Samo nedelju dana pre glasanja, gostujući na televiziji Prva, pozivao je birače iz Republike Srpske da podrže Vučića, dok je njegove političke protivnike nazivao pokvarenim i plaćenicima.„Politički poraziti tu blokadersku strukturu je jedan od istorijskih događaja u istoriji Srbije, koji će obeležiti budući vek. Evo, probali ste, niste uspeli, neće vas narod, doviđenja, prijatno“, govorio je tada Dodik.Podršku koju su studenti dobijali iz regiona predstavljao je kao rezultat stranog finansiranja, iako za takve tvrdnje nije ponudio dokaze. Posebno je kritikovao podršku koja je dolazila iz Crne Gore, Sarajeva i od kosovskog premijera Aljbina Kurtija.U intervjuu za beogradski Alo, objavljenom 15. oktobra, tvrdio je da Srbija ne bi smela da prepusti vlast ljudima koji, prema njegovim rečima, mrze polovinu sopstvenog naroda. Upozoravao je i da bi Republika Srpska mogla da bude jedna od prvih meta nove vlasti ukoliko studenti pobede.Njegovi sukobi sa studentskim pokretom počeli su znatno ranije. Još u februaru 2025. godine, na skupu u Sremskoj Mitrovici, govorio je o „smradovima“ koje nazivaju drugom ili trećom Srbijom. Iako tada nije direktno pomenuo studente, njegove reči protumačene su kao napad na učesnike studentskih protesta.Međutim, nakon što je postalo jasno da je Vučić izgubio izbore, Dodik je brzo promenio ton.Izbornu noć proveo je u štabu Srpske napredne stranke u Beogradu, gde je dočekao Vučićevo priznanje poraza. Već iste večeri uputio je čestitku Studentskoj listi.„Čestitam Studentskoj listi na pobedi. Son dönemde AKP'ye geçeceği iddiaları ortaya atılan DEVA Partisi'nin Gaziantep Milletvekili Ertuğrul Kaya, partisinden istifa ettiğini açıkladı.Kaya, sosyal medya hesabından yaptığı açıklamada, DEVA'daki tüm görevlerinden ayrıldığını bildirdi.Kaya, istifa kararının gerekçesi olarak parti yönetimiyle yaşadığı görüş ayrılıklarını gösterdi.Parti Genel Başkanı Ali Babacan ile geçtiğimiz ay bir görüşme gerçekleştirdiğini belirten Kaya, bu görüşmede ayrılık kararını kendisiyle paylaştığını da sözlerine ekledi.YENİ YOL GRUBU DÜŞTÜErtuğrul Kaya'nın istifasıyla birlikte Yeni Yol Grubu'nun TBMM'deki milletvekili sayısı 19'a düşü.Böylece Yeni Yol'un Meclis'teki grubu da düşmüş oldu.SÖZCÜ TV'YE KONUŞTUDeva Partisi'nden istifa eden Gaziantep Milletvekili Ertuğrul Kaya, Sözcü TV Ankara Temsilcisi Aslı Kurtuluş Mutlu’ya konuştu.Kaya, "Bağımsız milletvekiliyim. Yeni Yol grubu için de grup yetkililerimiz kendi iç dinamiklerine dair açıklamayı paylaşacaklar" dedi. Başka bir partiye geçmeyi düşünüp düşünmediği sorulan Ertuğrul Kaya, şu yanıtı verdi:"Kendi açımdan Gaziantep’teki hemşerilerimle istişaremi yapacağım istikametimiz onlar belirleyecek"Yeni Yol Grup Başkanı Bülent Kaya da, Aslı Kurtuluş Mutlu’nun sorusunu, "Ertuğrul Bey Deva Partisi’nden istifa etti. Yeni Yol grubuyla ilgili herhangi bir değerlendirme yapmadı. Kendi içimizde değerlendireceğiz" yanıtını verdi.
