TBGazeta Minuti arbn · October 26, 2026 · Uncategorized Personi i dyshuar për ngjarjen tragjike në Vitomiricë të Pejës, ku humbi jetën Arlinda Sylaj Zekaj, vazhdon të jetë në kërkim nga Policia e Kosovës.Këtë e kanë bërë të ditur autoritetet policore mëngjesin e së hënës, më 26 tetor, duke konfirmuar se personi i identifikuar si i dyshuar ende nuk është lokalizuar.Sipas raportimeve të mëhershme, bëhet fjalë për kunatin e viktimës, i cili dyshohet se ishte larguar nga vendi i ngjarjes.Policia e Kosovës ka njoftuar se po vazhdon veprimet për gjetjen e tij, ndërsa hetimet për sqarimin e plotë të rrethanave janë në zhvillim.Ngjarja kishte ndodhur mbrëmjen e së dielës, më 25 tetor, në fshatin Vitomiricë të Pejës, vetëm pak kohë pasi 49-vjeçarja kishte kërkuar ndihmë nga institucionet policore lidhur me një rast familjar.Sipas njoftimit zyrtar, rreth orës 19:00, Stacioni Policor në Pejë kishte pranuar një raportim për dhunë në familje.Pas këtij raportimi, Arlinda ishte shoqëruar në stacionin policor, ku kishte dhënë deklaratën e saj para zyrtarëve përgjegjës.Në kuadër të procedurave ishte intervistuar edhe bashkëshorti i saj, i cili më pas ishte ndaluar për 48 orë lidhur me rastin e raportuar.Pas përfundimit të procedurave policore, Arlinda kishte shprehur dëshirën që të kthehej në banesën e saj në Vitomiricë.Sipas Policisë, kthimi i saj në shtëpi ishte realizuar me vullnetin e saj.Megjithatë, rreth orës 21:10, autoritetet kishin pranuar një njoftim tjetër, sipas të cilit 49-vjeçarja ishte gjetur pa shenja jete.Menjëherë pas pranimit të informacionit, në vendin e ngjarjes kishin dalë njësitë policore dhe ekipi mjekësor, i cili kishte konstatuar vdekjen e saj.Nga të dhënat fillestare, autoritetet kanë ngritur dyshime se ngjarja ishte shkaktuar nga veprimet e një personi tjetër, ndërsa rrethanat e sakta mbeten objekt i hetimeve.Për këtë rast, si person i dyshuar është identifikuar kunati i Arlindës, i cili, sipas raportimit të fundit policor, vazhdon të jetë në arrati.Ndërkohë, për ngjarjen është njoftuar Prokurori i Shtetit, i cili ka dalë në vendin e ngjarjes për të mbikëqyrur veprimet hetimore.Autoritetet po punojnë për sigurimin e provave dhe sqarimin e zhvillimeve që i paraprinë ngjarjes, përfshirë periudhën ndërmjet kthimit të Arlindës në banesë dhe njoftimit të marrë nga Policia.Rasti ka tërhequr vëmendje të madhe edhe për shkak të informacioneve se Arlinda, vetëm tri ditë më parë, kishte dorëzuar një kërkesë urgjente në Prokurorinë Themelore në Pejë.Në parashtresën e datës 22 tetor, ajo kishte kërkuar ndërhyrjen e institucioneve përgjegjëse, zbatimin e një vendimi gjyqësor dhe shqyrtimin e veprimeve të disa zyrtarëve.Prokuroria ka konfirmuar pranimin e kësaj kërkese, duke bërë të ditur se ajo ishte regjistruar për trajtim dhe u ishte përcjellë institucioneve përkatëse.Ndërkohë, reagime të shumta janë bërë publike nga përfaqësues institucionalë, avokatë dhe qytetarë, të cilët kanë kërkuar sqarimin e mënyrës se si ishin trajtuar shqetësimet e viktimës.Policia e Kosovës ka bërë të ditur se hetimet vazhdojnë, ndërsa kërkimi për personin e dyshuar mbetet një nga veprimet kryesore të autoriteteve.Përgjegjësia eventuale penale e personit të dyshuar do të përcaktohet përmes procedurave përkatëse ligjore.Burimi: Policia e Kosovës / Klan Kosova.

El líder progresista brasileño sacó un total de 52,8 % de los votos en la segunda vuelta, imponiéndose al senador ultraderechista Flávio Bolsonaro (48,2 %). Con estos resultados, Lula da Silva superó la propia marca que estableció en enero de 2023, cuando regresó al Palacio de Planalto con 77 años, tras su victoria sobre el entonces presidente Jair Bolsonaro en las presidenciales de 2022. 13:17 | 26 Tetor 2026 Prokuroria Speciale e Kosovës njoftoi më 26 tetor se ka ngritur aktakuzë ndaj S.R. për pjesëmarrje në sulmin ndaj Policisë së Kosovës në Banjskë të Zveçanit, më 24 shtator 2023.Aktakuza është dorëzuar në Gjykatën Themelore në Prishtinë.Ai akuzohet për kryerjen e veprës terroriste dhe vepra “të rënda kundër rendit kushtetues dhe sigurisë së Republikës së Kosovës”. Sipas Prokurorisë, S.R. mori pjesë në sulm “si pjesë e një grupi terrorist të strukturuar dhe të armatosur rëndë”, bashkë me të pandehurit e përfshirë në aktakuzën e ngritur më 11 shtator 2024.Ai ishte arrestuar më 17 prill 2026 në pikëkalimin kufitar me Serbinë, në Merdar.Ministri i Brendshëm i Kosovës, Xhelal Sveçla, e kishte identifikuar atëherë të arrestuarin si Stefan Raduloviq.Në sulmin e Banjskës, një grup i armatosur serbësh vrau rreshterin e Policisë së Kosovës, Afrim Bunjaku. Gjatë përleshjeve që pasuan, u vranë edhe tre sulmues.Aktakuza e shtatorit 2024 përfshinte 45 të pandehur. Sipas saj, grupi kishte synuar shkëputjen e pjesës veriore të Kosovës dhe bashkimin e saj me Serbinë përmes përdorimit të dhunës dhe armatimit të rëndë.Përgjegjësinë për sulmin e ka marrë Millan Radoiçiq, ish-nënkryetar i Listës Serbe, partisë më të madhe të serbëve në Kosovë, e cila gëzon mbështetjen e Beogradit. Updated 13:21 26 Oct 2026 GMTPublished 12:42 26 Oct 2026 GMTViral footage captured a doorman describing the poppy as 'political'Wetherspoons has spoken out after a viral video of a member of staff refusing a man wearing a poppy went viral online.There's just over two weeks until Remembrance Day in the UK, and many are choosing to wear poppies to honour members of the armed forces who have lost their lives in the line of duty, most notably in the first and second world wars.A man who was wearing the commemorative flower on his shirt was denied entry to The Star pub in Gosport, while Reform councillor George Madgwick also claims an army veteran was prevented from entering the Wetherspoons boozer.Wetherspoons has insisted there is no ban on wearing poppies in their pubs, but said some customers wearing them were turned away as a result of 'standard security measures' put in place because of local demonstrations.AdvertOne video online showed a man who appeared to be a Wetherspoons staff member telling a customer there was a ban on 'anything that could be perceived as political', adding: "That group down there - if they've got pride flag badges we'll also be turning them away. It's fair for everybody, it is blanket, full stop."Reform councillor George Madgwick was among those calling out Wetherspoons (X/@georgedmadgwick)In another video, another man who appears to be a member of staff was seen telling a customer that they could come in if they took off their poppy, but if they put it back on while inside they would be asked to leave.'Shameful' and 'ludicrous'Madgwick told the Daily Express: "As a former Royal Marines Commando and current Councillor I am absolutely shocked and sickened to hear that an Army veteran has been refused entry into a Wetherspoons for wearing a poppy!"Our servicemen and women who made the ultimate sacrifice must never be treated as though their sacrifice is something to be embarrassed about or hidden away. This whole episode is shameful."Scott Schillemore, 33, was also left shocked after he was told he couldn't enter, despite having served in the Army himself between 2009 and 2015.He told The Sun: “Wetherspoons still sells poppies, but we’re not allowed to enter a pub with one? It’s ludicrous.”A Wetherspoons spokesperson has now outlined the company's stance.They told the Manchester Evening News: "Wetherspoon has been a long-standing supporter of the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal, with poppies for sale in our pubs, including the Star. There is no ban on poppies in Wetherspoon pubs."However, there were some standard security measures in place today, as a result of demonstrations in the town. Unfortunately, some members of the public, including some wearing poppies, did not gain entry to the pub."The pub closed to all customers, on advice of the police, at 5pm and remains closed today. We apologise to any regular customers who have been inconvenienced by today’s events and look to forward to welcoming everyone back tomorrow."Over 500 people attend protestThe BBC reports 400 anti-immigration protestors and 100 counter-protestors gathered in Gosport on Sunday (25 October).It came after two vessels landed in Hampshire in recent weeks, with the occupants taken directly to a processing centre in Kent.The local immigration removal centre in Gosport is also being redeveloped to house 130 migrants who don't have a lawful right to remain in the UK before they are deported.A Hampshire Constabulary spokesperson denied that police told the Wetherspoons to close their doors.They told The Sun: “Following the protest in Gosport, a number of people gathered in Gosport High Street.“No offences were identified and police did not ask any pubs to shut their doors. Dos muertos y varios heridos, al parecer 10, es el saldo preliminar de un fuerte accidente de tránsito involucra al bus de la agrupación de Kbeto Zuleta, hijo del reconocido cantante vallenato Poncho Zuleta. El siniestro vial, según las informaciones oficiales, ocurrió a la altura del puente de Ariguaní, en la vía que comunica a Pueblo Nuevo con Bosconia, en el departamento del Cesar. Los portales digitales de la región aseguran que “e manera preliminar, se reportan varias personas heridas y dos fallecidas. Las autoridades y los organismos de socorro atienden la emergencia. Toda nuestra solidaridad con los integrantes de la agrupación, sus familias y las personas afectadas por este trágico suceso”, dice una de las publicaciones en las redes sociales. De manera oficial no está confirmado si las dos personas que fallecieron serían miembros de la agrupación de Kbeto Zuleta, aunque varios medios locales lo dan por hecho, toda vez que en el bus iban los miembros de esa agrupación de música vallenata, liderada por uno de los hijos del legendario Poncho Zuleta. La emisora Cacica Stero confirmó esta misma mañana del lunes que el alcalde de Bosconia, Jorge Patiño, “confirma accidente de tránsito de la agrupación de Kbeto Zuleta, hijo de Poncho Zuleta”. Las circunstancias en las que ocurrió este aparatoso siniestro son materia de investigación. Mientras se conocen nuevos detalles, crece la preocupación por el estado de los integrantes de la agrupación. “Los organismos de socorro atienden la emergencia. Fosta ministră a Mediului Diana Buzoianu a mărturisit că nu s-a putut despărți de pisica de la Ministerul Mediului, Leia, la încheierea mandatului, așa că a decis să o ia acasă.Diana Buzoianu a scris luni, pe Facebook, că a fost întrebată de foarte multe ori în ultimele zile ce s-a întâmplat cu Leia, pisica de la Ministerul Mediului, după ce a părăsit funcția de ministră.Ea spune că nu s-a putut despărți de la felină, așa că a decis să o ia acasă.«„Cu Leia ce s-a întâmplat?” - primesc foarte des această întrebare zilele astea. Pare că Leia are fanii ei. Răspunsul e: Leia și-a schimbat casa și a devenit pisica familiei. Nu m-am putut despărți de ea», a scris Diana Buzoianu luni, pe Facebook, postând o fotografie în care apare cu pisica în brațe.Leia este o pisică salvată de Asociatia Sache Vet, pe care Ministerul Mediului a adoptat-o în primăvara acestui an.Pisica a fusese găsită în stare critică, cu leziuni neurologice severe, în urma unui act de violență extremă.
