Locuitorii din Kiev, capitala Ucrainei, au început să-și facă provizii și să se pregătească pentru întreruperi de curent electric, în perspectiva unor noi atacuri rusești asupra infrastructurii energetice critice din această iarnă, scrie TVPWorld.Autoritățile din Kiev au sfătuit locuitorii, în weekend, să-și facă provizii de produse de bază pentru cel puțin trei zile, precizând că un adult are nevoie de trei litri de apă potabilă pe zi, plus încă 10-12 litri pentru igienă și gătit.Un locuitor, Artem, a declarat marți agenției de știri de stat poloneze PAP că are acasă aproximativ 100 de litri de apă puși deoparte pentru a putea trage apa la toaletă în cazul în care alimentarea cu apă ar fi întreruptă.„Stă sub canapea încă de la începutul războiului”, a adăugat el.Un alt locuitor, Stepan, a declarat pentru aceeași sursă că a comandat un convertor alimentat cu baterii care ar începe automat să furnizeze energie electrică în locul rețelei de curent în cazul unei întreruperi a alimentării cu energie electrică.„A costat aproximativ 65.000 de grivne (1.292 de euro), dar mai trebuie să aștept vreo lună până când un tehnician îl va instala. C’è chi cambia le lenzuola ogni settimana senza eccezioni e chi rimanda per giorni, tra routine frenetica e un po’ di pigrizia. Lo stesso vale per asciugamani, pigiami e spugne da cucina, oggetti quotidiani su cui esistono abitudini molto diverse e spesso contrastanti. Negli ultimi anni, anche sui social, il tema dell’igiene domestica è diventato terreno di dibattito, tra chi invoca regole rigide e chi minimizza i rischi. Ma ogni quanto bisognerebbe davvero lavare questi oggetti per ridurre la proliferazione di batteri e garantire un ambiente sano? Ha risposto a Fanpage il professor Carlo Signorelli, ordinario di Igiene generale e applicata alla Facoltà di Medicina e Chirurgia dell'Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele. Ogni quanto andrebbero cambiate le lenzuola per garantire una corretta igiene? La frequenza del cambio della biancheria dipende da chi la utilizza e dal grado di promiscuità. Se una persona vive da sola e usa sempre le stesse lenzuola e asciugamani, il rischio infettivo è minore rispetto a situazioni condivise. In generale, se il letto viene utilizzato da persone diverse, le lenzuola andrebbero cambiate ogni volta. Se invece l’uso è individuale, una frequenza settimanale può essere considerata accettabile. Gli asciugamani, essendo molto esposti all’umidità, ogni quanto andrebbero lavati? Gli asciugamani sono spesso soggetti a un uso più promiscuo, perché il bagno è tendenzialmente condiviso. Se l’uso è strettamente personale, può bastare un lavaggio a settimana. Se invece vengono utilizzati da più persone, è consigliabile lavarli più frequentemente, indicativamente ogni due o tre giorni, anche in base alle abitudini. Il pigiama è spesso trascurato: ogni quanto andrebbe lavato? È un indumento personale e la frequenza dipende anche da come viene indossato, ad esempio con o senza intimo. Non serve un rigore assoluto, ma una o due volte a settimana rappresenta una regola adeguata. Stracci e spugne per la pulizia domestica possono accumulare germi: come gestirli correttamente? Le situazioni più a rischio sono bagno e cucina. In questi ambienti l’attenzione deve essere massima: in bagno per la contaminazione delle superfici, in cucina perché si maneggiano alimenti. È importante pulire accuratamente e non utilizzare gli stessi utensili per alimenti diversi, per evitare contaminazioni. Anche stracci e spugne devono essere lavati o sostituiti frequentemente e ovviamente non vanno condivisi tra bagno e cucina. Lo spazzolino da denti invece ogni quanto va cambiato? Deve essere sempre individuale, perché è una fonte di infezione molto elevata se condiviso. Non esiste una frequenza fissa per motivi igienici: va sostituito quando si usura. La durata dipende dalla qualità, ma in genere supera il mese. Ci sono differenze nelle frequenze di lavaggio tra estate e inverno? Non esiste una vera stagionalità legata ai rischi di infezione. Tuttavia, in estate si suda di più e ci si lava più spesso, quindi è naturale aumentare la frequenza dei cambi. Quali sono gli errori più comuni nella gestione dell’igiene domestica? Oltre all’’uso promiscuo degli oggetti personali e una gestione non corretta degli alimenti, una corretta attenzione al lavaggio delle mani resta una delle pratiche più importanti per prevenire infezioni.

Précarité : 63 % des centres sociaux voient davantage de travailleurs en difficulté

Les visages de la pauvreté changent et c’est une association vieille d’un siècle qui en fait le constat. L’Unccas (Union nationale des centres communaux d’action sociale) a publié lundi un rapport expliquant que 63 % des centres avec lesquels elle collabore « voient augmenter le nombre de personnes qui travaillent mais ne parviennent plus à s’en sortir ». Les Centres communaux et intercommunaux d’action sociale (CCAS et CIAS) font état de « nouvelles formes de fragilité ». Plus de la moitié (51 %) cite par exemple « des personnes confrontées à une souffrance psychique sans prise en charge ». Par ailleurs, 30 % de ces établissements disent s’occuper « de plus en plus de personnes âgées qui renoncent à se chauffer ou à se soigner ». Le nombre de personnes qui ne réclament même pas leurs droits est aussi en augmentation et massif d’après ce rapport. Parmi les CCAS et CIAS interrogés, 27 % constatent que davantage de bénéficiaires renoncent à leurs droits à cause de démarches numériques qu’ils sont incapables de poursuivre. Plus globalement, « le phénomène des personnes qui ne sollicitent aucune aide ou dont la situation n’est découverte que grâce à l’intervention d’un tiers, est cité par 30 % des répondants ». De « nouvelles formes de fragilité sociales » Cent ans après sa création, l’Unccas fait face à un contexte alarmant. « L’aide alimentaire explose, les réponses ne sont pas à la hauteur du mur démographique, l’isolement alimente le repli sur soi, le pouvoir d’achat se contracte, le coût du logement le rend inaccessible », détaille-t-elle dans son communiqué. Les conclusions sont les mêmes, quel que soit le territoire. En ville, en banlieue ou à la campagne, la précarité revêt de « nouveaux visages » et se répand dans des mailles de la société jusqu’ici plutôt épargnées. Pour l’Uncass, ce rapport, en plus de faire état de « nouvelles formes de fragilités sociales » chez les personnes âgées et les travailleurs précaires, questionne « la capacité des pouvoirs publics à y répondre ». C’est pourquoi l’association d’élus prévoit de présenter « un pacte d’interpellation des candidats à l’élection présidentielle » en plus de propositions. Un baromètre permettra ensuite de mesurer l’engagement des candidats. Les résultats seront publiés en février 2027.

Hassan Jihad Ibn Kariem, 42, died in a horror fall from the Goliath ride while visiting the park with his family.Horrified witnesses told local media that Hassan came loose from his seat and fell to the ground. The ride was stopped after the incident, with aerial footage from the scene showing riders being helped down from the roller coaster. AdvertSpeaking to 11Alive, one visitor said they spent ‘more than an hour’ stuck on the ride before they were eventually able to get down. The shocking incident has left Hassan’s family devastated with a family friend telling WSB-TV: “We’re absolutely devastated by this loss. Any loss of a family member or friend is tragic but to lose him in this manner is beyond [what] words can even express.” The family friend also revealed that the Atlanta Public Schools educator had faced several tough times in recent years, including having cancer twice, most recently in 2018. "His love for Wesley, dedication to our students, and commitment to our school community were evident in everything he did. Our hearts are with his family, friends, colleagues, students, and all who knew and loved him as we mourn this tremendous loss. L’andouille de Guémené fragilisée par des contrôles qui incluent désormais sa peau

Tout amateur de charcuterie qui se respecte a déjà entendu parler de Guémené-sur-Scorff. C’est dans cette petite bourgade du Morbihan qu’est produite la fameuse andouille de Guémené, véritable emblème de la gastronomie bretonne comme la galette-saucisse ou le kouign-amann. Différente de celle de Vire (Calvados), notamment d’un point de vue visuel à la coupe, l’andouille de Guémené est fabriquée par une poignée d’artisans charcutiers à partir de chaudins de porcs, de gros intestins enfilés les uns sur les autres. Comme le veut la tradition, le tout est ensuite fumé au bois de hêtre, ce qui lui donne sa teinte noire et son goût unique, avant d’être séché pendant deux ou trois semaines. Les fins gourmets n’ont alors plus qu’à la faire cuire patiemment à l’eau avant de passer à table. Voilà en tout cas comment l’on consomme cette charcuterie depuis au moins le XVIIIe siècle dans ce coin de Bretagne rebaptisé cité de l’andouille. Des résidus considérés comme cancérigènes sur la peau Mais cette tradition transmise de génération en génération est aujourd’hui menacée. Avec en cause justement cette technique de fumage qui fait toute sa particularité. La combustion du bois dégage en effet des molécules qui viennent se déposer sur la peau de l’andouille. Or ces hydrocarbures aromatiques polycliniques (HAP) sont considérés comme potentiellement cancérigènes. Ce qui a poussé l’Union européenne à durcir sa réglementation autour des produits fumés. Jusqu’en 2016, les contrôles sur l’andouille de Guémené étaient réalisés sans la peau. Ce n’est aujourd’hui plus le cas, ce qui a fait exploser les taux de HAP mesurés. Pour les faire baisser, les artisans ont bien trouvé une solution en enfilant une chaussette sur l’andouille avant son fumage. Mais les taux relevés sont encore parfois trop élevés, contraignant la Maison de l’andouille à suspendre temporairement ses ventes début septembre. Pétition et mobilisation des élus locaux Depuis, c’est le branle-bas de combat en Bretagne, bien décidée à défendre ses traditions culinaires et à ne pas se laisser enquiquiner par Bruxelles. Car « plus les HAP sont hauts, plus le goût de l’andouille est agréable, plus les HAP sont bas, plus le goût de l’andouille est atténué », comme l’explique à nos confrères de France 3 Bretagne Benoît Rivalan, président de la Maison de l’andouille, plombé aussi par le coût des analyses qu’il doit réaliser. Dans la région, les élus de tout bord se mobilisent donc pour demander aux pouvoirs publics de réclamer une dérogation européenne pour sauver l’andouille de Guémené. Avec un slogan brandi sur les réseaux sociaux : « Touche pas à mon andouille ! » En première ligne dans ce combat, le député du Morbihan Jean-Michel Jacques espère ainsi « des seuils dérogatoires adaptés aux spécificités de ces modes de fabrication traditionnels. » Ou alors un retour aux modalités d’analyse appliquées avant 2016, à savoir « des contrôles sur le produit sans sa peau, tout en prévoyant sur l’emballage une mention explicite indiquant que celle-ci ne doit pas être consommée. » Une pétition, signée à ce jour par près de 20.000 personnes, a également été mise en ligne. « Il serait extrêmement dommageable pour notre histoire gastronomique et notre communauté de laisser ce patrimoine s’évanouir, écrit la pétitionnaire. Son goût distinctif et sa qualité exceptionnelle en font un joyau culinaire que nous devons protéger à tout prix. »
