Hennepin County JailJail records list a $100,000 bail or bond option without conditions and show Adam was released at 7:04 p.m. Oct. 10. He faces two felony counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon and one count of second-degree riot while armed with a dangerous weapon. His next court appearance is scheduled for Monday afternoon.The shooting injured an 18-year-old and a 17-year-old and launched a multi-agency hunt for those involved, according to Eden Prairie police.Investigators allege the violence began after two cars entered a parking lot and a fight involving about 10 people broke out. The driver of one car got out, opened fire on the victims and fled, according to charging documents cited by affiliate FOX 9 Minneapolis.Authorities identified that driver as Adam, who allegedly was driving his brother’s car. Investigators tracked his phone with the vehicle before, during and after the shooting, the outlet reported. He then allegedly abandoned the phone and changed his number. The shooting at Eden Prairie High School left two people injured. On December 3, Nidal Malik Hasan is set to be executed by firing squad in Fort Hood, Texas. It will be the first execution by firing squad since 1945.Hasan, a former US Army major and psychiatrist, fatally shot 13 people and injured over 30 others on November 5, 2009. Thirty of those he wounded and twelve he killed were soldiers.During the mass shooting at Fort Hood, Hasan was shot and left paralyzed from the waist down.AdvertIn 2013, he was convicted of 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of premeditated murder and sentenced to death by a military jury.Now 56, Hasan is set to face his death by firing squad, but his execution has also since been confirmed by the Pentagon.It follows Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth promising the public would be able to 'watch it' and Donald Trump telling reporters he 'absolutely' approved the livestream plan, but then later saying he was yet to make his final 'decision,' as reported by NBC News. And the brother of one of Army Private First Class (Pfc) Michael Pearson who was among the 13 killed by Hasan in 2009 has since spoken out about the upcoming execution, begging officials to 'reconsider' live-streaming it. Michael Pearson was killed aged 22 (Fred C Dames)Brother's letter to the White House to 'reconsider the decision to livestream the execution of Nidal Hasan'Kristopher Craig, an Army veteran and brother to 22-year-old Michael Pearson who lost his life after Hasan opened fire in 2009, wrote a letter to Trump and Hegseth which he shared exclusively with Newsweek. The letter asks the officials to 'reconsider the decision to livestream the execution of Nidal Hasan'. Reflecting on how he's had to live with his brother's death and 'the consequences of what happened that day' for 17 years, Craig has thought about 'grief, anger, forgiveness and justice' but never thought he'd have to think about his brother's death becoming 'part of another public spectacle'.Stating his brother's intentions joining the Army for 'opportunities' and 'a better future' Craig dismissed the idea of his brother becoming 'a symbol or a political statement'. He continued: "When you speak about justice for the victims of Fort Hood, I ask you to remember that you are speaking about people whose lives were much larger than the circumstances of their deaths." Craig explained he does not want the memory of his brother to be 'tied to the public broadcast of another human being's death,' but for him to be remembered 'for the person he was, full of goodness, his hopes, the life he was trying to build, and everything he might have become if he had been allowed to grow older'.And for the other 12 killed to have that too, 'not merely as names invoked to explain or defend a government decision'. His letter then poses multiple questions to the White House about broadcasting Hasan's execution. He reflected on the history of the country in moving away from public executions, because of how 'troubling' it is to turn someone's death an 'event' which people can see on thier phones, computers or TVs. He questioned the 'purpose' of the broadcast, given it won't bring is brother back, nor 'restore the futures that were stolen from the 13 people' and nor will it 'ease the grief' felt by loved ones. Appealing to Trump and Hegseth to 'not livestream this execution,' Craig said: "There is a difference between accountability and spectacle, and there is a difference between honoring the dead and inviting the public to watch someone else die in their name."The letter is addressed to Trump and Hegseth (Kevin Dietsch/Getty Images)Craig says a live execution of Hasan would only bring him 'sadness, anger and pain' While 'respect[ing]' those who feel like it 'will bring closure,' Craig stated for himself, a live execution 'brings no comfort,' but actually 'sadness, anger, and the painful feeling that my brother's death is being used to justify something I find deeply wrong."[...] Do not make the deaths of our loved ones the justification for turning another death into a public event. Dabei sei ein Mensch getötet worden, bei dem es sich um einen pakistanischen Staatsangehörigen gehandelt habe. Elf weitere Menschen seien verletzt worden, teilten die saudiarabischen Behörden mit. Bereits am Samstag war derselbe Terminalbereich von einer Rakete getroffen worden. Dabei waren zunächst zwölf Todesopfer gemeldet worden. Am Sonntag starb ein weiterer Mensch, ein indischer Staatsbürger, an seinen Verletzungen, wie die indische Botschaft mitteilte. Damit stieg die Zahl der Todesopfer auf 13. Rund 300 weitere Menschen wurden verletzt. Der Flughafen in Riad blieb geschlossen. «Niemand wird uns in die Knie zwingen können» Die Huthi-Rebellen im benachbarten Jemen, die vom Iran unterstützt werden, bekannten sich zu den Angriffen auf die Flughäfen sowie zu weiteren Attacken auf Öl- und Gasanlagen im Osten Saudiarabiens. Oglas Milićević je u objavi na Instagramu lideru SPS Ivici Dačiću poručio da odluka o izlasku iz partije nije bila laka, imajući u vidu mnoge drage ljude koji su deo partije, kao i dragoceno iskustvo koje je stekao kao član SPS."Ne bih navodio sve razloge za svoju odluku, mnogo ih je. Uostalom, o njima sam sa vama na vreme razgovarao, nažalost bez efekta. Kao nekada najbolji student Fakulteta političkih nauka znate da se od odgovornosti ne može pobeći, ma koliko mnogi u Srbiji svesrdno radili na podrivanju ovog koncepta. A sebe smatram odgovornim čovekom koji je spreman da prihvati sve posledice gore navedene odluke", istakao je Milićević.On je naveo da je Dačiću ranije rekao da od njega zavisi da li će od čoveka koji je preporodio SPS postati čovek koji je uspeo da partiju svede na političko preživljavanje bez ozbiljnog plana i identiteta.Dačića je, kako je naveo, upozorio i da je njegova najveća odgovornost da se SPS ne pretvori u Jugoslovensku levicu."Međutim, izabrali ste ne samo da ćutite na kršenje ljudskih prava građana i urušavanje institucija, nego i da branite neodgovornost za masovni zločin u Novom Sadu. Izabrali ste nasilje protiv građana i građanki, koje je kulminiralo 15. marta 2025. godine. Izabrali ste slavljenje ratnog zločinca. Izabrali ste antievropsku politiku. Armata rusă a pierdut în septembrie peste 50.000 de oameni pe frontul din Ucraina, dintre care 28.000 au murit, a declarat pentru Bloomberg un înalt reprezentant militar al NATO.Potrivit acestuia, pierderile lunare record au fost înregistrate pe fondul ofensivei care continuă. Comandamentul trimite soldații ruși în „zone de lovire”, unde sunt ținta atacurilor cu drone și artilerie și se confruntă, de asemenea, cu mine. În același timp, pierderile armatei ucrainene, care se află în principal în defensivă, s-au ridicat la aproximativ 5.000 de morți și răniți pe lună. Denizli’nin Pamukkale ilçesine kaplıca turu düzenlendiği öğrenilen otobüsün sürücüsü M.A., gişeleri kaçırınca otoyolda geri manevra yaptı. Bu sırada aynı yönde ilerleyen H.K. yönetimindeki çekici, otobüse çarptı.11 KİŞİ ÖLÜ 27 KİŞİ YARALANDIÇarpışmanın şiddetiyle araçlar savrulurken 11 kişi olay yerinde yaşamını yitirdi, 27 kişi de yaralandı. Yaralılar çevredeki hastanelere kaldırılarak tedavi altına alındı.OTOBÜS ŞOFÖRÜ GÖZALTINA ALINDIKazada hafif yaralanan otobüs şoförü M.A., Akhisar’daki özel bir hastanede tedavi gördü. Tur otobüsünün sahibi ve yedek şoför M.Y'nin de ifadesinde, kaza sırasında arka sıralardaki koltukta oturduğunu, sürücünün kavşağı kaçırdığını fark ettikten sonra ayağa kalkıp ilerlediği sırada çarpışmayı hissettiğini ve ön koltuklara savrulduğunu anlattığı kaydedildi.Çekicinin sürücüsü H.K. ise ifadesinde, kendi şeridinde ilerlerken tur otobüsünü fark ettiğini, sola manevra yapamadığını ve otobüse çarptığını söylediği belirtildi.Tur otobüsünün sürücülüğünü M.A'nın Balıkesir'in Susurluk ilçesinde M.Y'den devraldığı öğrenildi.Kazada yaralanan 13 kişinin hastanedeki tedavisi sürüyor.TUR ŞİRKETİ SORUMLULUĞU REDDETTİKazanın ardından My World Turizm tarafından yazılı bir açıklama yapıldı. Şirket, söz konusu tur organizasyonunun kendilerine ait olmadığını, ilgili araçla yalnızca ulaşım hizmeti sağlandığını öne sürdü.Açıklamada, aracın diğer departmanları olan Transport Taşımacılık bünyesinde kiralık olarak çalıştığı belirtilerek şu ifadelere yer verildi:“Söz konusu tur organizasyonu firmamıza ait değildir. Araç, diğer departmanımız olan Transport Taşımacılık bünyesinde kiralık olarak çalışmakta olup ilgili organizasyonda yalnızca ulaşım hizmeti verilmiştir. Araç ve şoför, kaza öncesindeki 5 gün boyunca istirahat halinde bulunmuştur. Kazanın tamamen bireysel bir hatadan kaynaklandığını düşünüyoruz. İlgili tüm bilgi ve belgeler devletimizin adli birimlerine teslim edilmiştir.”Şirket, açıklamasında kazanın bireysel hatadan kaynaklandığını savunarak kurumsal sorumluluğu kabul etmedi.
