Voters in the seat, which was held by ex-PM Sir Keir Starmer before his resignation last month, instead decided to stick with Labour. Victorious candidate Sagal Abdi-Wali, the leader of Camden Council since May, secured 12,292 votes to Polanski’s 8,928. The by-election was seen as a major test of new prime minister Andy Burnham’s appeal in London, where Labour’s support collapsed under Starmer. In May’s local elections, the party lost control of 10 councils in the capital – though it stayed in control of Camden, which closely matches the area where Thursday’s election took place. But the Green leader has faced mounting pressure in recent weeks over falling poll numbers for his party and the decision by members to oppose two amendments he supported in a controversial vote to oppose an Israeli state. His loss in the north London seat may prompt his opponents in the party to question whether a new direction is needed. What does this result mean for Labour and the Greens? The result in Holborn and St Pancras will be a relief for Andy Burnham and Labour – even if it wasn’t exactly a resounding victory. Burnham’s victory in Makerfield earlier this year was impressive enough to catapult him into Downing Street. The other big summer by-election, in Clacton, was seen as a pyrrhic victory for Nigel Farage after his novelty opponent Count Binface secured more than 25% of the vote. Holborn and St Pancras was neither of those. It’s clear that the Green threat was real for Labour, but the margin was hardly embarrassing. On the Green Party side, things are more troubling. Its most high-profile candidate probably should have done better, even if this was a Labour safe seat. Zack Polanski may be weighing up whether this was truly a risk worth taking. The glory days of his leadership, when he vowed his party would ultimately replace Labour, appear to be long gone. The Green Party conceded the by-election at around 2.30am. After the defeat was confirmed, a spokesman said the party is ‘here to stay and just getting started’. It was issued by Randy Spivey and Kelly Gleason of the Tennessee Office of the Post Conviction Defender, and Stephen Ferrell and Luke Ihnen of Federal Defender Services of Eastern Tennessee.The statement said Pike woke from unconsciousness on the morning of Tuesday 6 October and began taking limited steps on Wednesday afternoon. "Today, she is walking with some assistance, and her arms—which sustained significant injuries during the execution attempt—are healing and regaining movement and strength," the lawyers wrote. "Her lungs are clear, and she has started to eat a regular diet. Medalia Nobel a ajuns totuşi la şeful Casei Albe, dar prin interpuşi - i-a fost oferită cadou de câştigătoarea premiului, Maria Corina Machado, lidera opoziţiei din Venezuela.„Nu ştiu care va fi decizia lor. Au reputaţia de a nu-l acorda unor persoane ca mine”, a declarat Donald Trump miercuri, la Casa Albă, vorbind despre premiul Nobel pentru Pace, al cărui câştigător va fi anunţat vineri, la Oslo.„Cred că ar fi o mare ruşine pentru ei”, a adăugat Trump, referindu-se la posibilitatea ca nici anul acesta să nu-i fie acordat lui premiul.Donald Trump le-a enumerat apoi jurnaliştilor motivele pentru care, în opinia sa, ar justifica să fie onorat cu această distincţie. „Am pus capăt la opt războaie”, a afirmat el, un argument pe care îl invocă deja de anul trecut. „Şi poate că am împiedicat distrugerea totală a lumii, deoarece Iranul nu va avea niciodată arma nucleară. Prin urmare, aceste nominalizări au fost luate în considerare pentru acordarea Premiului Nobel în 2026. Oglas Na prvom mestu je lista Aleksandar Vučić - Ujedinjena Srbija, drugom Ivica Dačić - Faktor stabilnosti, trećem Studentska lista - Studenti pobeđuju, četvrtom Radim Ljajić - Ljudski, a na petom Savez vojvođanskih Mađara - Dr Balint Pastor.Na šestom mestu je lista Usame Zukorlić - Pokret za ujedinjenje, sedmom Ruska stranka - Srbija u Briksu - Slobodan Nikolić, osmom Autentična desnica - Dr Miloš Jovanović, devetom Evropska Srbija - Marinika Tepić - Zdravko Ponoš, a desetom SDA Sanžaka - Čuvari Sandžaka.Na 11. mestu je lista Bogoljub Karić - Pokret snaga Srbije, na 12. Najmlađe kandidate ima SDA Sandžaka - Čuvari Sandžaka, sa prosekom od oko 36 godina, a najstarije, sa prosečnom starošću od nešto više od 57 godina, je Majka Srbija - Gruda.Članovi RIK Milan Vasiljević i Tanasije Marinković ukazivali su na mogući problem sa pomeranjem brojeva u redosledu ako neko povuče listu do zaključenja jedinstvene liste, i iznosili sumnje u to da su sve proglašene liste imale legitimnu podršku.Vasiljević je rekao da je makar pet lista na zbirnoj listi tu fiktivno i napomenuo da lista koja ima devet kandidata ima više od 10.000 potpisa.Vasiljević, Marko Danilović i Ivan Šebek ukazali su da nije došlo do sastanka sa Ministarstvom spoljnih poslova u vezi sa glasanjem u inostranstvu, koji je najavljen za danas, a Dimitrijević je rekao da će pokušati još jednom da ih kontaktira. Aggressione a Davide Iacopini, Montanari: «L’autore tornò solo per la scarpa»

Dopo l'aggressione subita dall'attore Davide Iacopini a Roma, spintonato da un ragazzo a bordo di una minicar, è il collega Francesco Montanari a raccontare la dinamica dell'incidente, a seguito del quale il 42enne è ricoverato in terapia intensiva all'ospedale San Camillo. Si pensa che l'aggressione sia stata la conseguenza di una challenge che girerebbe in rete, ma ancora non se ne ha la conferma. Francesco Montanari racconta la dinamica dell'incidente L'attore romano racconta, chiacchierando con il Trio Medusa, cosa è accaduto la sera precedente, poco dopo la cena organizzata con la produzione della serie Maschi Veri 2, di cui sia Montanari che Iacopini sono tra i protagonisti. Una giornata di interviste, foto, chiacchierate, insieme ai colleghi di set, ma anche a Netflix e Groenlandia che hanno prodotto e distribuito la serie, è bastato un attimo perché una serata spensierata potesse trasformarsi in una tragedia. Montanari racconta che finita la cena, Iacopini era intenzionato ad andar via: "Ha preso il monopattino, ci ha salutato e tornando a casa una macchinetta di quelle che si possono guidare senza patente, si è avvicinata l’ha affiancato", l'attore continua il suo racconto: "Gli è stato dato un calcio, lui è caduto ha battuto la testa, quindi adesso è ricoverato in prognosi riservata, è stato in coma, è in coma". L'attore, poi, rivolge un pensiero ai familiari in queste ore di apprensione: "Facciamo un grande in bocca al lupo a lui, alla sua famiglia. Ha un figlio piccolo, una moglie, diamo un abbraccio alla sua famiglia, i suoi genitori sono scesi da Genova". Il gesto ha scosso, fortemente, chi era con lui quella sera: "Ieri abbiamo scoperto attraverso i giornali che potrebbe essere una challenge, non so se è vero" continua Montanari che aggiunge anche un ulteriore dettaglio relativo all'aggressione, cioè il fatto che chi ha sferrato il calcio, pur accorgendosi di aver fatto del male a una persona, non si è fermato: "Fatto sta che qualcuno ha dato un calcio a una persona, su un monopattino, senza nessun motivo, si vede nel video che questa macchinetta ritorna indietro, perché nello sferrare il calcio avrà perso la scarpa, quindi riprende la scarpa, e comunque se ne va".  Le indagini della Procura di Roma Al momento la Procura di Roma ha aperto un fascicolo sull'accaduto e sta cercando di individuare chi ha commesso l'aggressione. Secondo l'ultimo bollettino ufficiale del San Camillo di Roma, l'attore è stato sottoposto a un intervento da parte dell'equipe neurochirurgica, a seguito di un trauma cranico grave. Il post operatorio è regolare e Iacopini è in terapia intensiva, intanto la famiglia chiede che sia rispettata la privacy di un momento così delicato.

Ata kishin ikur nga Siria si refugjatë nën regjimin brutal të Asadit, me shumë nga pronat dhe asetet e tyre të konfiskuara më vonë nga qeveria, dhe atyre iu dha mundësia të rindërtonin jetën dhe bizneset e tyre në Katar. Ardhja e tyre përkoi me nevojat e jashtëzakonshme të Katarit për ndërtim përpara Kupës së Botës, dhe ata u përfshinë thellësisht në ndërtimin transformues të Dohas.Ky është një dallim i rëndësishëm: bëhet fjalë për një investim, jo diçka që na u dha. Ne blemë tokën për 230 milionë euro, po angazhojmë kapital të konsiderueshëm shtesë privat dhe po marrim përsipër rrezikun nëse projekti do të ketë sukses. Nëse ia del, Shqipëria do të përfitojë përmes vendeve të punës, turizmit, mundësive ekonomike dhe rritjes afatgjatë.Fokusi im personal ka qenë kryesisht te vizioni dhe dizajni, duke bërë bashkë arkitektë, partnerë, dizenjues dhe krijues të jashtëzakonshëm për të ndërtuar një destinacion të ndryshëm nga çdo gjë tjetër në rajon. Unë jam një partner në pakicë dhe nuk kam përfshirje të përditshme në projekt.Partneriteti është angazhuar gjerësisht me komunitetin lokal në Vlorë. Ne gjithashtu e kuptojmë se njerëzit kanë pyetje dhe shqetësime legjitime. Projekti do të duhet të kalojë nëpër të gjitha proceset përkatëse rregullatore dhe mjedisore shqiptare dhe të fitojë miratimet e nevojshme për të vazhduar.Ambicia jonë është të ndërtojmë sipas standardeve më të larta të dizajnit dhe mjedisit, dhe ta lëmë këtë pjesë të jashtëzakonshme të Shqipërisë më të gjelbër, me më shumë biodiversitet dhe më të fortë nga ana mjedisore.Sugjerimi se ky projekt përparoi për të fituar favore nga Presidenti Trump, po ashtu e kthen kronologjinë përmbys. Siç e vëren edhe vetë artikulli, interesi ynë filloi në verën e vitit 2021, kur unë isha një qytetar privat dhe shumë kohë përpara se Presidenti Trump të shpallte fushatën e tij për vitin 2024.E njëjta gjë vlen edhe për aeroportin. Artikulli lë të kuptohet, por nuk e thotë plotësisht, se zyrtarët e qeverisë e miratuan aeroportin me kërkesën time. Në fakt, aeroporti ishte miratuar tashmë në kohën kur unë pashë projektin për herë të parë, dhe ai ishte një nga faktorët që më tërhoqi dhe formësoi vizionin tim për atë që mund të bëhej rajoni.Në fund të fundit, Shqipëria do të vendosë nëse projekti do të vazhdojë. Nëse miratohet, shpresoj që të mund të krijojmë diçka për të cilën shqiptarët të jenë krenarë dhe që familjet nga Shqipëria dhe anembanë botës ta shijojnë për breza me radhë. Top Channel
